Day 15_Effective use of linkedin Skill Booster 100 Day Challenge

This is a YouTube video titled "Day 15_Effective use of linkedin Skill Booster 100 Day Challenge" recorded in October 2024. It features Jagadeesh P leading a live instructional session focused on strategies and daily rituals for effectively using LinkedIn to enhance job search opportunities, particularly in industries like edutech and healthcare. The session includes detailed advice on profile optimization, content creation, networking, and engagement tactics to increase visibility and job prospects on LinkedIn. The format is an interactive live stream with Jagadeesh P as the primary speaker and at least one other participant engaging minimally.
Yes, yes, yes. I think we are all going live. So what I'll do is I'll capture this live stream key and follow there also. Guys. Okay, Just watch it out.
And.
Yeah, just a second. I'm just forwarding this to the other people as well so that they can also join here.
Okay.
It was there. Cool. Yes. So now we can start this session. Guys, welcome. So the topic what students have asked me today is how to use the effective. What you call the first the options in the LinkedIn in order to grab more opportunities.
Okay.
It is. It is a very good question in fact and it's a two generic question also. But in that if you break down like let's say with respect to specific industries. Like let's say they have in fact asked for edutech and healthcare industries. What are the LinkedIn rituals which I have to do in order to grab more opportunities. In fact this was asked by our student Aravin. Very interesting question. So rituals means we know that every single day we'll have to follow this whether. Whether we like it or not. That is not a big. What you call. That is not important. We have to follow as a holistic rituals, right? So people follow it as their religious belief. People follow them as their. What you call culture. So they respect it. They. They give a lot of dedication and devotion to do that. So same like that. If you apply whatever we are going to teach you now.
Okay.
After this class this is going to be ultimate game changer for you. Because. Because mainly this is all about application. It's not about listening. Listening will be very easy. You can watch lot of YouTube videos, lot of chat GPT. You can learn. But ultimately there is no action. You will not be able to grow forward. That is why I'm stressing you that please take action. And also I'm sharing you the screen now. So. So that you can see my screen better.
Cool.
Is my screen visible? Confirm me. Mutu K Money content. Yes. Manik, I've made you as a. Hey guys. Mutu help others to make them as a co host here so that they can switch on their camera.
Okay. Okay.
I'm doing it manually either maybe Shiniba CPU know that you can do that. Just switch on your camera. Make others also co host so that they can become. They can switch on their camera. That's the point.
Okay.
Just a second here.
Okay.
Great.
Okay.
So I hope you can able to see my screen. So help others also whoever is joining as an attendees, just move them.
Okay.
Who knows zoom better. Maybe they can able to do it see guys, whoever is coming as an attendees, please move them to the panelist and make them co host so that they can switch on their camera.
Okay?
Will you, will you please help me out with this?
Okay.
Thank you. Thank you. Okay guys, so in the day 15 we are going to see what are all the rituals which we have to do in order to grab a job in LinkedIn. I mean through LinkedIn.
Okay?
So that is the ultimate pain point as well as one of the important questions which people have asked me. So when you take this, it is a daily practice. Guys, you need to understand LinkedIn is not a one day game where you are going to open LinkedIn account today and then you are going to get some referral today and then evening you are going to get a job. It's a daily practice. If you would have observed very carefully about the people, whoever is working in LinkedIn, it will be a hell a lot of game. They will have a lot of followers, they will have a lot of influencing activities, they will be keeping post, they'll be doing many activities in order to make them visible to the platform.
Okay?
But we are not content creators. Ultimately here we are, we are in objective to find our relevant connections as well as the dream job through LinkedIn portal. It's a very fairly direct thing what we are doing.
Okay?
But in order to get that we need to follow certain daily rituals. Apart from weekly rituals and monthly rituals. You should follow what is the ritual. Okay, should follow the rituals very carefully. So why it is very important to do that. Jagdish. I will tell you guys. See, I exactly know how the online world works because I've been creating content in online for the past one year and more than that I've been watching for the last three years also how this SEOs and how the social media platform and other things really, really work.
Okay?
So that is a very exact reason I'm telling you you need to do certain things in order to make you penetrate all these SEOs and come forward and make your keywords higher.
Okay?
Like let's say it builds your credibility. First of all in online it opens up a networking opportunity as well as industry specific conversations you can make.
Okay?
So regular activity establishes presence in the industry. First of all, if you're having a LinkedIn account and the details, if you update it every single day, the moment when you update it every single day and post something new for the design community and then you are also learning. So LinkedIn notices you very carefully.
Okay?
The moment LinkedIn notices you, it will Automatically promote you to the people, whoever is hiring you. Because ultimately LinkedIn's main objective is to make you sit in the platform for a very long time. That's any social media platform subjective, right? See there are out there many platforms like let's say Glass Doors, Monsters, Naukri and what you call job syncer. Lot of portals are there. But the reason why LinkedIn is very professional is it has a capability to do lot of things. Not just connections, not just job opportunities. It can also give you some insights which will take a lot of time when you go and search outside. And there are a lot of information which is right now available for you in your one screen dashboard that makes it very relevant for the activities what you guys are doing. That is why keep it as a regular practice, okay? And engage with professionals and collaborate with them and tailor make your application for based on industries. Because many people are ethic oriented, healthcare oriented. So please be little specific while you're approaching that game, okay? So LinkedIn helps you to do that. What are the misconceptions? Let me tell you guys see posting daily is not necessary. I will tell you why it is a big misconception Because I told you just now the moment if you post something on a platform, 1% people are creator guys in LinkedIn. How many of you don't know this? Only 1% people are creator creators in LinkedIn. Yesterday also I created a blog. I don't have any need to create a blog there but the reason I am doing it is the moment when you are doing one, when you are becoming a creator like 1% you always you are in the top of the SEO of LinkedIn. So LinkedIn knows that, okay? Jagdish is doing something like let's say if Muthu is actively looking for a job, okay? If he doesn't do anything in LinkedIn he has only an account. LinkedIn will not understand that. Muthu is very serious. Even though LinkedIn SEOs will promote you lot of recruiters and hiring people to come into your dashboard and make them as a friend request or connection request or anything. There is no point in doing that because you are not active. What the software will understand the social media LinkedIn will understand in a way this person is not active. 1% of the people are active guys. I mean content creators are linked, okay? And I will tell you one interesting strategy, okay? In fact it is a statistics.
Okay?
60 to 70% people users are here and there. They are not complete engages, okay? The second one is 20 percentage people are active okay, they're active, they're continuously replying, they're doing something and out of which another 6% people, 6 to 10% people are engaging. There is a difference between active and engagement. You are going to get reply from these people only. Many people are telling no Jagdish, I am not getting reply. I am not getting reply because you are talking to the people who are not active. You have to talk to the people who are engaged in the platform. That is only 10% people. And then there are only 1% people who are creators. This is how the LinkedIn works, okay? If you target these people, you will get huge reply. That is why you need to create. Don't do anything, just create, create something. Take some blog, take some online reference material. Right now, a lot of AI tools is there. Do some research quickly and then bring something very interesting and then share to the community. That's it guys. You can switch on your camera, guys.
Okay?
Yeah. So the moment when you are getting creative, the moment when you're creating something new automatically what happens is LinkedIn promotes you in a more faster way. So the visibility, what you're going to get is immensive. Guys, that is the only thing, that is the only objective. I'm telling you. You have to create something worthwhile. Even though it could be a small two line text, even though it could be one general image, it is totally, totally fine. Quality doesn't matter here. What matters is understanding the statistics. If you understand this, you will know how to play this game.
Okay?
From today, the way in which you play the LinkedIn game is going to be very different, guys. Because almost all of the people in our community as well today are in the marathon of completing this 31st day October, right? So everybody has to land in a job. That's the reason why we are very actively working and particularly morning we are connecting in the sessions. So I've given you the mantra now, how the LinkedIn really works.
Okay?
Percentage can go here and there, but fundamental is same. If you take any social media platform it will be the same more or less. But why we are not targeting other medium is there is no point in doing that. Only LinkedIn has this kind of a support for the people who are career active, like career wise, they are finding out job opportunities and all those things. That is the very reason why I'm telling you please go and use the platform effectively. And if you use LinkedIn Premium, that would be even more better. You will be even connected to these people really, really fast, these two people, super fast.
Okay?
So that is very important. Are you guys getting it? Type with me if you are understanding till this point. WM in the chat box in YouTube. Guys. Okay, I'm just pasting you the link also in the YouTube.
Okay?
Please go there and comment here.
Okay.
Let me also see how you guys are learning. Just a second. Just a second guys. Wm, thank you so much. Thank you so much. Great, great, great. So okay. So another misconception is there. I don't need to network.
Okay.
People think. Jagdish, I feel very uncomfortable to talk to people here. Why do I need to really network? See, good profiles alone don't substitute for active networking. Meaning you'll have to understand without networking it doesn't matter whether you build a high profile picture or a cover banner on anything. You need to be actively networking with the people. The whole purpose of LinkedIn is to link with the other people. That's why the name itself is LinkedIn. So creating an account, having a portfolio, telling that you have a cover banner image and all these things is fine. But you should ultimately have a presence which is active every single day.
Okay?
And you have to start networking with the people. Even though you're not very comfortable, you have to do it, guys. For some reason it is. It is very vital for all the designers to start networking.
Okay.
Okay. So what are the key strategies which we can do? Very, very important thing. Guys, just follow this. This is the actual thing, what I call it as a rituals.
Okay.
First of all, every single day make your profile optimized.
Okay?
Maybe you can do it on every single day or maybe you can do it at least two, three days once.
Okay?
Keep on updating your profile. That means you can change your keywords and see how the response is coming. If lot of people are coming and asking you for job vacancy and other things and all, then that keyword really works. If nobody is coming, then you will have to change the keyword. You will have to change the summary. Or maybe you will have to change the COVID banner. In fact, yesterday I told you like the COVID banner image, how you can able to change it, right? Shanti Rad also did. Kaushik also did. And people are also doing it actively. I can totally understand it. The reason why you have to do it is again the activity will be detected faster that you are doing something very interesting in LinkedIn.
Okay?
And the moment when people are coming into your page, the very first thing what you are going to see is your picture. I think I told you how the heat map works in LinkedIn. Right. Can you type out of the chat? Yes. Or maybe if you wanted to explain to me again, I will do it, no problem. But yeah, how the heat map works is your picture first, your summary, your cover image. So this is the first thing which people see and connect with you.
Okay.
And yeah, so that is the important point. So you have to align the heading summary with the edutech or healthcare industry. Whatever you are applying, please be little specific about it.
Okay?
So a lot of people do it in a very, very generic way. There is no point in doing it generically. You have to understand this is a specific game, okay? Because first impression matters. It is very, very vital to keep that.
Okay?
So make sure your, your, your, your recruiters are attracted for that as well as your peers or whoever. And you also specialize in improving this outcome for these customers. Like let's say this is your audience, right? So you'll have to understand what do they really require. Maybe you can share few insights, knowledge, a piece of information about edtech industry. Or maybe if you're very interested in cryptocurrency, you can write one small article. What do you think? What are the basics of cryptocurrency nowadays online? Is there guys, go learn and bring it here. See the moment when you post information, you also learn first. See every single day I'm creating content, I'm also learning with you guys. Ultimately that's important.
Okay?
Yes. And the second is engage with the industry content. This is most, most interesting. Guys, see the reason why I'm telling you this is ultimately if you are not engaging with your, your audience, with that industry, whatever is there, you will miss out the connections. See how you are going to build presence, it's by making it more relevant. Read some case studies in the edutech industry or read some papers about how the cryptocurrency world works and make sure you are having some knowledge and information about it. The moment when you are getting close into it, your post becomes more relevant. A lot of people will start engaging. Even the recruiter from that edutech industry who is going to see your post will find a lot of connectivity. Oh, this person is also doing something very similar here. This person is also active, maybe he's in line so that their connectivity will be very high for you. Okay, so that is most important. So, and then AI in healthcare, maybe you can take some topic like that. I mean I'm just giving you an example, but you can do anything, okay? To share your thoughts, add value to the conversation. That is the most important thing C is post valuable content. This is very very important guys. See a lot of people have a big time problem here only.
Okay.
In fact, in fact I would say Jagdish, how do I create content? See I have not seen many people in our program also not doing that. The very reason I am telling you is people are not doing it. That's the reason I'm telling you. So ultimately you will have to go and find out any good materials. Like let's say if you're reading some articles, if you're going through some, even some LinkedIn messages, you can even repost that.
Okay.
Like let's say if you found something interesting in the online take that snapshot. Put the give the credits for the creator. Whoever has did or if you are creating put yourself no problem.
Okay.
So make sure you show that expertise. Let's say can you type out guys what are the top skill which you guys have here? Like let's say Jagdish, this is my top one skill which I have. Can somebody type out in the chat box what is your top skill? What you have? Because based on which I can able to exactly help you. Can you type out in the YouTube chat Top one skill. Top one skill. CAD modeling. Okay, fine. CAD modeling. Like let's say if you are very good in CAD modeling you will have to take one thing which is available in the CAD modeling.
Okay?
Okay Jagdish, how to take it. Okay, maybe you can find out in the chat GPT itself. Can you see my screen guys? Advanced techniques in 3D CAD modeling for mechanical engineers. Just take one topic. Okay, you don't have to think too much. Ultimately we are, we are not a content creators or influencers. That's not our objective. But we are learning. Okay, there are two type of modeling. Parametric surface modeling, Direct modeling, Topological optimization. Very interesting. Assembly modeling with motion analysis, Multi body part modeling. Master modeling technique. Okay and yeah there are different, different types of model. Advanced feature based modeling, SolidWorks, Catia, CAD management, DLM. So a lot of things is there. Okay, next what I'm going to give you is list all of this different different modeling techniques along with two examples and real time case study. What industries are using this? Make it very short, crystal clear, simple. Okay so because I'm going to post it in LinkedIn right? So I just need a little information. I'm extremely sorry guys, something else is happening here. Okay fine, fine. So now this is in, this is available for me. So what I'm going to do is write me a short summary why it Is relevant for make engineers to use CAD modeling and list these types of modeling. See so you have to just do one thing. Just copy this.
Okay.
Okay, like let's say copy like this. Go to your LinkedIn profile.
Okay.
Go to your home. If you go to the home there is something called write article. Can you see? Write article.
Okay.
Just every single day do something. If you want, you can able to write here something.
Okay.
Put it here. You want to create a design? Just generate one image. It is highly good, right? So if you are creating one image also it will be more relevant for the people whoever is going to engage with this content. Okay, I'm just generating some AI image. Look at this. I'm. I'm liking this one. Okay, maybe importance of CAD modeling. Maybe I can put it's little.
Okay, done.
So that means it will take your image and it will start putting it. Okay, so then go for this content and yeah, see one line. So whoever is reading this content will be able to get a better clarity. Oh, these are all the types of modeling available. And that's the purpose of it.
Okay, see.
That'S it. And go to the next and post it. That's it. Tell me. Hey mechanical engineers. This is most important. See the first three words is very important. People will understand the whole message by following this.
Okay.
Spending lot of time in learning random softwares. Understand the basics of this and then start selecting the tools accordingly.
Okay look.
I'm going to publish it. That's it. See? And you can share it with anything. You can share it with a group, it doesn't matter. Okay, so I have edited this post. That's it. How much time does it take? Five minutes. So similarly like that you can create one information guys which is relevant to your post. See by doing this you are also learning. See, I don't know. Multi part modeling, Master modeling, Feature based modeling. PLM multi. I'm also seeing this only for the very first time. But the point is you will also learn more when you create some content. Create a relevant content guys. Don't create any random content. I just took some example because you guys need this 3D modeling. Some of the people have messaged me in the YouTube live. So learn that. If it's not, please don't create, don't put any random stuff here. It should be relevant to the summary keywords because the platform get really confused when you. When you are actively looking for something. But when you're posting something, LinkedIn will get confused what to do with you. You are ultimately going and confusing LinkedIn itself. Please don't do that.
Okay.
Make sure you specifically type out what you want and then based on that content, you can get the output.
Okay.
And outreach every day you should be able to connect with the people. This is very, very important. The reason being ultimately you should also go and reach people. It's not like they will only come and talk with you.
Okay.
The more opportunities will come based on that. So you can ask for referral, you can find job opportunities, you can grow network with giving connection requests with a lot of people every day. Start with 10 to 20 people. Connection. Guys, this is a big ritual which you can follow. Once you're doing that slowly you can increase it for 30, 40, 50. You can even go for 100 if you slowly do it. But don't do initially 100. That's not the point.
Okay.
And make sure you personalize the message. If you're talking to a healthcare designer or maybe a fintech designer or maybe a recruiter, make sure your message should be tailored in a way it will attract them. Don't be very generic in that part.
Okay?
Very important. And you need to directly message them. In fact, if you have a LinkedIn Premium, you will have a much what you call good leverage to talk with these people directly in the platform. Just a second, guys. Something else is happening. Okay, cool. So what is the purpose of doing direct messages? You can build the trust gradually.
Okay.
You will understand. Okay. This people, this person is very important. People will also prefer that.
Okay.
And conversation leads to collaborations, maybe job referrals. That's the, that's the major objective we are also trying to accomplish through this platform.
Right?
Because we need to get the maximum out of this. So why ultimately LinkedIn is there? It is to make you get connected with the right people in order to get the right opportunity opened up for you. Or else LinkedIn will also go in flop.
Right?
Their. Their ultimate business model is like that.
Okay.
It is a. It is a. It is a very, very vital tool. Guys, the reason why I'm telling you go and get the link LinkedIn, go and get the LinkedIn Premium is this is the ultimate future. More than any social media, LinkedIn is becoming really, really famous. The reason being it is not distracted platform. When you take YouTube, when you take Instagram, when you take this Facebook and all, you get lost in the feed, nobody will stick. The engagement is really low. Very, very low there. But LinkedIn is not like that. That is why I only recommend this tool. You can use many other tools, no problem. But start this first and then parallel you can do. Don't jump jagdish. I'll go for knockery. I'll go for glass door. It's fine guys, but at least fix with this. Start with this. Through this itself, you can accomplish whatever your goal is. If you want to talk to 50 different recruiters, you can do it if you do it properly.
Okay?
So based on which you give request and show the genuine interest. See, this is the ultimate five important statistics. Guys, please make a note of it. If you are not doing it, if you are not doing it, whatever activity you do in LinkedIn, it will become waste. You should know how to change your profile picture, cover, banner, image, summary description and engage with some industry content. And also type out some valuable information there. Maybe if you feel like I wanted to add some information to this article, you can go and add here like let's say backstage with millennials so you can read this.
Okay?
See some Komal panda, she's putting something. So if you want you can able to type here like let's say, wow, nice story. I have not honestly looked at it. But you'll have to look at it, okay? And then you'll have to post it.
Okay?
For example, I'm telling you, read on this comment and post it.
Okay?
And whatever you feel some information which is relevant for you. Fanuc. This is one 3D modeling. This is one controller. Okay? Fanuc controller automated. So this guy is telling something. Actually he's my friend.
Okay.
So he is posting some information in fanuc. What is this? Some automatic robots are going and assembling this condition. So he's putting some information out there.
Okay?
If you want to really analyze this, go to my bonus 6. I've taught you a tool called Engage AI Merlin AI. You can learn and analyze the sports in second post. And once you're analyzing this in seconds, you can comment on this very easily and automatically. What happens is you can engage with a lot of people in a very short span of time. In 10 minutes you can engage with at least 20 posts. If you do it that fast, okay. And post valuable content and outreach to the people and directly message them. If you follow this guys, ultimately your reach will be like super, super high. Okay, Are you guys getting it? Are you guys in line with me? Okay, now go to your learning management portal and mark your attendance and get points.
Okay.
Just a second. Mark your attendance and get points as well as type out your learning what you really guys got.
Okay?
And parallelly I'll explain the final statistics and information. Just wait for It I just wanted to show you this info so that you guys are knowing this. Just a second, just a second. Yes, yes, yes. Sketching, ideating. Okay. Srinivas, I saw a little later. Fine, no problem.
Okay, cool.
Guys. So yeah, so that is the key statistics, key strategies, what you can do in order to start your game.
Okay.
So yeah, I showed you some live demo. I guess I showed you how to target the industries using our Codex document. It's already taught to you. It's a very simple, fair, direct prompt. You can get those industries. And I also told you how you can optimize your profile. If you're still not sure about it, go to the bonus 6. You will know exactly what is optimization of your profile. How the heat map of LinkedIn really works.
Okay.
And how you can engage with the different different post. Use the 12 curiosity hook which I taught you.
Okay.
And also find the relevancy of that person and then post with them. So don't put random. Make sure it is having some relevance to the activities, whatever you are doing.
Okay.
Hi Hariharan, welcome. I promoted you as a panelist. Guys, please help out some people to switch on their camera.
Okay?
Yes. Astin, you wanted to talk something. You raised your hands.
Okay, fine. Okay.
And engage with your post. And every day give connection request. Guys, start from two.
Okay?
Slowly you can increase.
Okay.
Like let's say two per day. Then you can even increase it for 10 per day. Then you can increase it for 30 per day. In fact, 30 per day would be ideally a good count. Even you can go for 100 per day. But right now you won't be able to do just 30 is a good target which you can fix. Because lot of people here are having many industries as a target. More than 50 industries, right? So if you go by this speed only you can able to get a lot of connections. How you can do, analyze their profile, use that Merlin, engage AI very carefully and analyze their information and keep posting and add lot of content. Also see few minutes. You can create one content. Guys. Create one image. Create one content. That's it. If you feel like you wanted to put your projects also there, you can highly do that. Take your case studies project, put it into ChatGPT, polish it a little bit. Create like a story. You can use a prompt called can you write it like a story? You can put all of your content of your entire case study project, put it into LinkedIn and ask can you write it like a story? Yeah, you can bring that story. You can read it, you can add your Words don't just copy paste. I've just shown you an example. But you can also do a little tweaking and you can copy paste and generate one image for them. So now it's very, very easy to create that kind of a presence, guys.
Okay.
And follow it up on previous confusion. I mean connections. Very, very, very, very important. See, many people out there are not getting reply because you don't know how to follow. Ultimately follow up is the whole strategy in LinkedIn. You have to follow the people four times rituals you need to have. First, you need to follow it up them in a message, connection or something. Second, if they are not replying after one or two days, you have to thank them. No problem, I understand you're busy. And message them and then go and engage on their content. Okay? Like let's say if they have posted something, go and comment, read that, analyze that. Give your critical feedbacks, honest feedback. Hey, I really like this post. Hey, I feel this could be even told like this way. Then they will definitely reply after that two days. Once you reply them again, hey, I understand you're busy. Connect with me once you're available. If they are not still replying, go and endorse their skill. And automatically the moment when you endorse their skill, your profile name will go high. They will get in their notification. Even though it's a big CEO, your name will come on their top. This is a magical skill, guys. And once if they are still not replying, you then tell them thank you so much. I was really expecting a message from you. I understand you are super, super busy, so no problem. I understand that spending time with you will be really great. But now it seems like it is not possible. So take care. Bye.
Bye.
Last message is like this. And you can drop your message or a number or that so that people will get back to you fast if they see it. If they're really busy, if they wanted to connect with you, they will find a way to contact you back. And you have to message their message, your phone number or anything or WhatsApp number, email ID, whatever, whatever you're comfortable with.
Okay?
But in spite of that, that person is not replying. Leave them go for the next person. Ideally 7 to 9 days you should take for one profile to follow it up before leaving them. Every single day you guys are doing it right? 10 people, 30 people. Transfer it into an Excel sheet. Just put one column. Whether have you connected them or not, follow it up them or not.
Okay?
Create a date, create a format.
Okay.
And then next day While you're giving new connection request, make sure you follow the people. Whoever has you already yesterday what you did automatically your message will also come when somebody is replying you. If you use the 12 hook formula, whatever I told you guys, everybody is going to reply you. Not even one person is going to leave you. Everybody will reply but make sure they're active. That's the only strategy.
Okay?
So once if you do that guys, you can see lot of people will start engaging with you. And then you start pitching your content and then you start pitching your portfolio resume. Start asking for interview calls, start asking for personal feedback, start asking for design tasks and start asking for even physical interviews or virtual interviews. And all because you need to ultimately move the stones or else somebody else will do it. Okay, it's very very important to understand this guys. So I told you about the emotional hooks. Please go and learn it. A gratitude hook, self what you call help seeking hook, storytelling hook. It doesn't matter which hook it is. But the point is go and apply whatever is relevant for that context.
Okay?
So thank them, take an advice for them, relate to their journey and go to the earlier YouTube live. Guys, I told you about the 12 hooks, right? So follow whatever method is there.
Okay?
So first of all when you do it repetitively guys, you will feel so confident. See how why you get frustrated. Frustration comes by not taking action. If you're doing this activities in a LinkedIn every single day, you will be very very happy. First of all, I'm doing something right. So far you've been doing but you're doing random. But right now if you're doing like this way you will feel very, very what you call meaningful by the things whatever you are creating that will create a lot of positivity inside you guys. That's called dopamine hit. It creates a positive loop.
Okay?
Very important. And also it helps you get one reward also inside your brain, okay? And empathy and emotional memory. So it also builds your trust, makes interactions memorable. And yeah, if you truly connect with the person, you will also feel psychologically really happy. Guys, that is very very important. I'll tell you why. Because when you find somebody very meaningful and if you start conversation with them in a very useful way, you feel like wow, this is wonderful.
Right?
Same like that. And also when they share information and you share knowledge and everything, you feel really connected and meaningful. Oh, this person is giving out a lot of information. Oh, this is really great. Let me also giving some help. So please remember always one thing you need to be giving a lot of help to the people more than they giving you see universe is works this way every time you need to give more more than receiving it. Ultimately that is very very important. Don't expect something oh this person will give me job referral. That is why I'm talking to this person. No, don't operate with that mindset. If you operate with that mindset, it is mean. Don't have that as that's what I'm trying to say. Because the ultimate reason why we are connected in LinkedIn is to is to network with the people. Not just randomly brag here and there. You need to get this clarity.
Okay?
So that's why you need to help a lot. Hey, you ask them, hey, you need some support. I can see your portfolio leads little kind of a polish. So should I help you? You need any input from my side, Ask them no problem, they'll help you. So you are also getting empathized with them and then you are also doing it repetitively. So inside your brain also you feel so good while you're doing this. Okay, so another important statistic which I have to tell is 90% of the recruiters use LinkedIn. 30% of the jobs is acquired through LinkedIn. Very nice platforms uses talent search. Networking uses unlisted opportunity and consistency. Posting improves your visibility by up to 50 percentage. Guys, there is something called hot suit data proves that engagement increases exposure. In fact we have seen enough information to prove this right? So you need to get this clarity. And also remember that one percentage creator game, okay? And you can find it. There is no AI tool required, guys. Just use LinkedIn. That's it. In fact LinkedIn itself has an inbuilt AI feature. You can write some messages.
Okay.
But on top of it, if you want to use you can use LinkedIn Premium. I already told you, okay? Shield app analytics. You can use that Shield app analytics inside the LinkedIn itself.
Okay.
So what happens is this provides you some insights like let's say you can send to email like in email means you can directly connect with the people. Whoever is not your connection before. For free account you will get 5. For premium account you get 15 or 20 I guess.
Okay.
It reaches you super fast. Guys. People immediately reply you when you use this. But there is only 15 connections. Don't give a random and waste that.
Okay.
And also you can analyze the post using the shield data to improve engagement effectiveness. Ultimately this is not required for us because this will be mostly for content creators.
Okay?
Yes. So emotional hook effectiveness, consistency improvement. That's it. And there is no. 1 hook, guys. Try to use whatever hook is really applicable for you in the past session, what we saw and keep on doing it.
Okay?
When you do it continuously, your profile gets visible. You get connected with a lot of people. When you get connected with a lot of people, automatically your profile will go away like anything.
Okay?
And I also recommend you to go and listen to my podcast, guys. In fact, I have recorded four podcasts in this stream. In fact, you can see if you go to the Design for Change channel, you will find there is something called. Just a second. There is something called. I think it's seven podcasts I've recorded in LinkedIn. You guys can go and type the word LinkedIn in the design for Change, Spotify or Apple podcast channel.
Okay.
In the top search bar you will find a lot of materials. I've talked about LinkedIn how we can start emotional connection formula three secrets of connecting with the people. So these things will help you out to understand how to use the platforms better. First learn it, get the science and now you have understood the basics of it, then go and implement and you can follow us on the other channels. Also, like Substract, you're writing some blogs and you can follow us on LinkedIn Instagram. So the reason why I'm telling you this is LinkedIn is a part of the whole process. But if you ultimately wanted to get a full part of it, you can also come to the webinar, which happens on Sundays. And sometimes what happens is if few people are there, we'll be taking them on a call to address their help.
Okay?
If a lot of people are coming, we'll be able to convert as a webinar and help them out.
Okay?
Because we are spending a lot of money for that webinar and investment. So we find that if people are very serious and they are also asking for a lot of doubts and clarifications, you will definitely have that webinar. And then we are going to change the theme also for the webinar. In fact, it will be much useful for our students also who is coming to this call. So we will let you know about that information. But for now, follow this information and start learning and start implementing your strategies, whatever we discuss. Guys. Okay, so now I want everybody to type out what are the top three takeaways, what you got in this session? What did you learn about LinkedIn? And people who are not completing the challenges quiz in the level up platform, they will not be able to get bulk points. Guys, you cannot even submit your proofs. Challenge means every single day you have to go and check in. Challenge is very different. If you everyday check in 30 points you will get some details. You are adding. One proof you are adding. It's okay. Two proofs you are adding. Don't upload every proof at once. That means on that day only you will get 30 points. Challenge is created in a way every single day you have to get 30. 30 points. If you have completed this seven day challenge, you would have got 210 points. People, whoever has completed the challenge are only eligible to approach the level 2. Or else you will be getting stuck. Guys, very simple. So please be very careful. Once you're completing the level 2 only level 3 will open. Once you're completing level 3 only tomorrow I'm going to post level 4 after the hackathon. So please engage carefully and complete the quiz. See the conditions is very clear. You need to complete 100 points in quiz. You need to complete 100 points in challenge. You need to complete 100 points in community post. Sorry, 50 points in community post. You have to add some value to the community, right? And you need to create. You need to get attendance of at least 50 points. When all these conditions are met, only you can get the level of batch. I think yesterday two people have got batch only four people have still got it. Other people, I don't know what is the problem happening. But please engage. Complete assignment, quizzes, activities, summit and it will be published by us cool guys. Are you getting it? That's how it is. So now type out your learning platform.
Okay.
Where can I upload the proof? I can't see the button. Seven proof. You have to upload for second challenge. For the second challenge. Where? Where? Upload proof. Same like how? Same like how you Uploaded the first challenge. Second like second also the upload proof. There'll be option called plus you can create and upload there. How did you upload first proof? First challenge? Yeah, there was button but now the that is locked. I think that's why I'm telling. Wait, let me check. Yeah. Okay guys, first type out your learning. Okay, let me do this parallelly. Type out your learning first. It.
Okay.
Carry your top three learnings in today's LinkedIn rituals session day 15.

Okay.
See Faisal, you have. You are eligible for the challenge. You have also completed the quiz and the community post is there. Overall your progress is 93 percentage. If you complete today, I think you will be getting the option to upload the proofs. I guess. One second. Okay. In the level three only proof is there. Guys. In the level two there is no proof required because it's mentioned there, right? See. Yeah. Yeah. I am telling everything. I am. Yeah, each and everything. It is available. No, the asset instruction. One second. Let me go to level three. Yeah, I think in level three you can find uploads. Right option. Can you see that, guys? Yeah, but level three is locked. Level two complete community post. Yeah. Ideally Faisal will be moved to the level two, I believe. Just a second. Pfizer will be moved. Punish will be moved. Just a second.
Okay.
See guys. Shantilal, Ayman, Malik, Srinivas, Bhatia, Manikandan. Still you guys have not submitted the proof. Gokul, I've given you some feedback also Gokul for your post. What you've given. Okay, so kindly correct it. And yeah, has also did not give me proof. Yeah, tell me. So my wix page is more than a single screenshot. Yeah, I. I've.
