And you know how you can able to use it as a brainstorming partner. Imagine if you talk to that guy, what kind of ideas you will get. And you should not only copy those ideas, you should put your idea. And that's how you become unique. Or else you will be again thrown away because you are not utilizing the tool properly. You are just using it like a Google search ultimately waste of time.

AI is the future of design for faster prototyping and execution. In fact, a lot of tools is there in order to do prototyping, wireframing, research, solution building, documentation, presentation. Lot of AI tools is already there. Okay, so industries who are adopting this example, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, lot of industries is now automating. And there are many statistics and relevant data which we will see. And there are many scientific journals also which can able to tell you what is the way in which the AI is even predicted in the market. You can go to Forrester, you can go to Statista. In fact, I think in the last mission I showed you how this AI industries is also influencing this Statista. In fact, inside the Statista and Forester, you have AI tools which can able to enable the feature and get you the best results possible. In fact, in the chat GPT also you can get those. But inside the site if you go, you can find lot of data in front of you. You can predict the future after three years. This is how healthcare industry will be. Imagine you have a doctor in front of you already. It's a doctor for me. How many of you don't know this? If I ask any kind of details about medicals, it will exactly tell you. Hey, I'm going to what you call buy this tablet. Tell me what are the benefit of this paracetamol. It will exactly tell me. I don't need a doctor to tell that. There are a lot of fake doctors out there. There are a lot of substandard doctors out there who don't know what is this exact side effect of this tablet. I'm not trusting those doctors. I'm trusting my AI which is a more neutralized data.

Once the PPT is ready, that presentation will be uploaded directly in your social media. Social media, okay? And once this social media is uploaded and then you can able to automate using a tool called Publer.

This Publer will exactly provide what are the time schedule to post this information in social media? Most optimal time.

Because every platform has a different time and a psychology for the user to Use it. Okay, so initially you have a content in Excel. Like let's say you want to create some content, you wanted to put it in the social media, you wanted to automate, right? That's what Manikandan asked. What you are going to do is using API, you are going to integrate into ChatGPT. In JPR you can do everything guys, okay, I am just giving you see right now you don't need JPM in a much larger way. But ideally you can get started from free account. You can do small, small automations and see how it works.

And you can find an API and then you can integrate with ChatGPT. And once you integrate with ChatGPT then you can integrate PPT to it. Let's say we'll remove this, okay? We'll put PPT only, okay, let's understand, let's not bring chat GPT. Maybe you can simply assume, okay. And then you can if you want to create a PPT for it. And once if you're ready making this PPT using any AI tools and something you can set up automation in Zapier which can directly go into your media. Like let's say if you wanted to create an Instagram post, okay, with the ppt you can just directly give an automation in one click you can integrate it. There'll be an API inside Zapier for Instagram and you can do it. And once if you're doing it then you can go for a tool called Publer. So once the Instagram you are fed this will exactly go for the Publer tool. So what Publer tool will does it? I mean I'm just giving you some tool names. You don't have to memorize or worry about it guys. So this tool will exactly find out the take the content and based on this platform it will find out, okay, Instagram 7 o' clock is the maximum user engagement happens. Let post at 7 o'. Clock. Manikindan has did it two days before and he has published it. But these tools will automatically schedule at 7 o' clock and post the content. And then even you can able to automate what are the comments you're getting from these people. Comments in Instagram. Okay, and then that comments you can able to export as an Excel sheet and every single day you can get report in email. Did you guys understand? Content is there in Excel sheet converting into a ppt uploading directly in a social media platform and it's publishing in a very most optimal time and providing a time schedule for it. And then it collects the comment Whatever is coming in that Instagram page and it taking in an Excel sheet and it is sending you as an automated report, you are not doing anything here. Everything is automatically set in JP here and fit and forget every single day, 7 o' clock evening when you see there will be hundred people who have commented on your post and what are you going to do with those people? This is the content creator's job. Okay, and before that, what are the PPT you wanted to create? What are the Excel sheet we want to create? That is your responsibility. You will go and complete it. Once you complete an upload, go to your work, it will automatically go and post, get the feed, get the comments. It will come. How many of you would like to learn this? I'm just giving you a small example. You can automate it exactly for your job search process. Yeah. You can integrate LinkedIn, yeah. You can integrate ChatGPT along with your projects as well. You can do for anything guys. In fact I'm going to record a program in higher level programs which is called in high level memberships, which is called automating your workflows. That means every single aspect you can able to automate and design. Starting from your research, starting from your everything. Usage of AI tools is one thing, but if you're not setting the workflows to automate it, you will not get the leverage of it. Literally if you do this manually, guys, you know how much time it will take. It will take almost a day for you to get this report. But one time, if you sit in JPR and integrate it, it's a very simple tool. You can literally forget this automation will run for your lifetime. If you want to change your Instagram into Facebook, you can do it. But make sure Zapier has that Facebook integration or not. You have to check it because Zapier has already had a tie up with close to thousand plus applications. Almost every application is there. Google Drive, Google Sheet, Microsoft ppt, everything is there. You don't have to worry. In fact, have you seen you getting an automated email from our team? When you make a purchase, when you come inside the program, when you come for the classes, you'll be getting a workshop notification. Do you think I am sending this? It's all automated how it is because of this jpm because inside the platform we have built many messages like let's say if somebody is purchasing a program, like let's say 20,000 rupees if they're purchasing our program and they'll be getting a Congratulations Muthu, you have purchased this program welcome and this is the steps which you can log in there and tomorrow your class will be like that and log into the dashboard portal and you can do it. That's it. I don't have to consciously go and type out an email every time to send to everybody, right? This is called automation. I'm just giving you an example of what I'm doing. But you guys can think about how you can able to automate in your way. Use Chat GBD to ask this is my problem statement using Zapier what are all the automations I can do? Because you know the pain points better, right? That's why I'm telling you write your pain points and start automating. I can give you certain suggestions, but ultimately you are going to be the driver of this game, okay? It is very important. Fine guys, so I didn't did not give you the live demo. If you wanted to do lot of research, I would always suggest use Chat GPT because Chat GPT is one of the great tool which can able to help you out. And there is something called Google Bard. Many of our people know this, but this is for also public. I'm just giving you some information. There is something called simplified. Okay, you can do this. There is something called Bassumo. You can do this. There is something called Keyhole. You can do it. Okay, there is something called. Oh, I forgot the name of it. No, anyway Perplexity is different. Okay, Perplexity is different but there is another tool which I forgot. Okay, so these are all the tool you can able to get insight. You can create all of this accounts free account. Like let's say I'm not sure whether Keyhole has a free account but every tool whatever I showed you now has a free account. That means you can create a sign in with a Google and you can start getting data whatever question you want guys you can able to ask here, okay? Okay, there is something called Microsoft Copilot. In fact Copilot is getting really really superb now people are using Officeworks. You can use officially Microsoft Copilot. Don't think ChatGPT or Office is not using. No, you can use Microsoft Copilot in all of your people, all of your teams and it's available right in front of you. You don't have to even think much it's already there.

In fact, I would say there is something called another Google Analytics, okay? In fact there is something called Trends. You can map the trends in Google Analytics and I think it's Google Trends, right? Can you please confirm me Analytics? You won't be able to use it, I guess. Google Trends, okay? You can find the trends and you can able to predict what's happening in the thing. Everything is AI based tool, guys. And Perplexity gives you data analysis.

In fact, you can use Ideation with Runway ML. It's a image creation tool. It is available for you right in front of you. It's an image creation tool.

And it will exactly help you with what kind of idea you're visualizing. Your sketching, your concepts and other things could be very easily tried out using this tool, okay? It's an interesting tool, guys. You can able to try it out. But the point is first you should have something in your mind before going in automating and all these things. You can use something called Mid Journey. Mid Journey may be expensive, you don't have to try. But these are all image creation tools, okay? You can brainstorm and ideate with this and you can also use. There is a tool called. And there is a tool called Meet Leonard.

And second is prototyping. In wireframe, you can use something called UI Zard. I've already recorded one video, guys. In UI Zard. What happens in UI Zard is. I'll tell you what, in UI Zard, you can literally put your photo like let's say off the wireframe, okay? It will give you exactly automated wireframe. You have to just upload your picture. That's it. You just have to upload your picture and put it in the UI Zot. It will exactly show you. I've recorded a video also recently. You can try it out, okay. In YouTube. So the point here is you can automate each and every things which you're doing in design. And there is another tool called. There is another tool called axe. In fact, there are a lot of plugins available inside Figma.

You can explore a plugin called Wireframes IO. I think. So it's Wireframes IO or just Wireframes. You can try this keyword. I'm not sure about this plugin. In fact, if you go for today, I'll publish you one course, guys, okay. In your learning management portal, okay? So you can directly go and watch that course. In fact, I've taught 20 AI plugins, 20 Figma plugins of how you can able to create more faster design output.

Basic figma. If you know that is okay. But just try experimenting with this because in figma, if you use the plugins, it will be very, very faster in terms of helping you automate many things. If you wanted to create a presentation. Plugins is there if you wanted to find out whether it is following the WCAG guidelines, is there or not? Plugins is there if you wanted to create some kind of a visual wireframe for it. Plugins is there in fact lot of activities like let's say this axe and usability.com and like let's say there is something called WCAG. Each and everything plugins is there guys you can able to use this because lot of people, they don't know about this, they just do it manually. All these things are separate software guys. In fact, usability.com is a separate software and this Axe is a separate software and WCAG is a guidelines which you have to follow. But when you use this as a plugin inside your figma, you can correct all of your work like let's say WCAG is whether your website, whatever you're building it is content wise, accessible and properly aligned to the guidelines or not.

For that you need to learn the standards, you need to learn and memorize all of this information and come back to your FIGMA screens and try to do it manually. But you don't have to do anything. There is a plugin directly available in figma. If you watch that course you can able to understand what I've really talked about. Because just by running that plugin you can able to get your entire work. What are the mistakes you have, what are the color context you missed it, what is the typeface mismatch which you had and you can able to get it live. In fact, I've also shared the screen and talked to you live. Okay, so try it out. In fact, for automating your wireframes and prototype, these are all the methods you can able to try it out. Yeah, obviously we know Adobe XT Figma that is inevitable. Like we all know about it, okay? And there is something called Presentation. Presentation you can use Gamma. In fact a lot of people in our program, they know about this Gamma tool, okay? It is majorly used for presentation and there is something called Jasper and I have not used this guys, but you can try it out, okay? The one tool which I really trust is Gamma, which is really good. In fact you can able to get in minutes get presentation done. See these tools is very easy guys. It's not a very complicated tools. It's not like you need to take one six months course to learn all these tools. No, these are all like one click you can able to run very, very quickly.

You can use this. And inside Figma also there is a plugin called Presentation Creator. In fact, recently I've heard there is something called Figma Slides also, right? I heard that tool is really automating in terms of presentation, right? So you can try it out. You can try it out. How you can create your entire presentation in a very easy PPT format. The one tool which I use is my phone. Guys, There is no AI tool which I'm using, okay? In fact I'll split it into two time, okay? And productivity. In fact for time management I don't use anything. I just use pen, paper and phone. Simple reminder. That's it. In. In. In phone there is an option like let's say can you keep a remind at 7pm today to call MU. Okay, I'll remind you at 7pm to call Muthu. This is not AI guys. This is just a phone information, okay? You can do anything. Like let's say I have a workshop at October 12th and 13th. Can you check my schedule if any schedule is clashing? I don't see any events on your calendar that are scheduled for October 12th or 13th. This is simple. What do you call your phone has this feature. Don't think it's AI, it's just A simple feature, okay? It's already there. It's there for the last five years. I don't know. You guys are not using it properly. So you can use the simple, simple things to create some reminders, create some time management and all these things. First I would say use pen and paper to write down what tasks you have, plan the day properly and use simple phone reminders. That would be highly enough. Okay, you want to use productivity applications so you can install this in your phone. Also like let's say task tracker, you can install something called. I think I've given you some clockify.

Saturday means 6 o', clock, I have a inner circle call. Sunday I have this so that also will come. But this is a general calendar. So because for only creating workshops and any other personal task I use it. But all of my design related task and everything, it's there only in the AI schedule. So if I include that, I can able to even operate better. In fact, Google Bard is built into it. Just a basic level search, okay? Google Bard is built into it because people are using this Oxygen os, they will get to know this feature. People are using latest, this Android, they can able to learn it, okay? I mean they can able to use this better. It's available already in your phone, okay? And there is something called fitness apps. So you can use fitbit, okay? It's a very good tracker. Fitbit is a very good tool. And also there is something called smart watches, okay? Instead of going and installing an app, I would say get a smart watch, okay? Because it can able to track your sleep, can able to track your steps, it can able to even track your calories, right? So these are all the things Jagdish, why it is needed? No guys, it is needed for you to understand what is your real Activity what you're doing. In fact there is something called water intake. Also it can monitor your temperature. Also it can monitor your heart rate. Also can monitor your oxygen. Invest on this tool, guys. Hardly it cost you 30004000 rupees for a smartwatch to be invested. But invest on all these tools. In fact you can buy mi. You can buy Apple Watch. Apple Watch is also a good investment.

You should not run away by all these tools. If you start run away with all this advanced tools and all then you won't be able to learn it better.
