The content likely involves a presentation or discussion related to demonstrating product value to companies within the context of a hackathon challenge. No indication of multiple speakers or conversational dialogue involving Jagadeesh P is present.
Yes. So I'll tell you what are the activity. Just wait for a second. Punish. Neha, Please switch on your camera everybody and just look forward. Look, look at here. Okay, so don't get distracted. Just follow the instructions, whatever we are giving. Okay, Let me put this link in the group. Guys, just a second. Wait just a second. Just a second, guys. Okay, so people are asking me the zoom link. Just a second. Ar, did you listen what I said? Like I asked you to just put the link in the group. Because sometimes what happens is people will not be able to find it out. Okay, thank you, thank you, thank you. But anyway, I also put it cool that no problem. Fine. Guys. Okay, so listen here very carefully. Let us just join. Take a notepad and pen and write three things which you're very thankful about. Write three things which are very thankful about yesterday. Like let's say I will also take the note. I'll also have it. Okay? Three things which you're really thankful or grateful about. Three things which you're really grateful about. Okay? That is called gratitude. Practice. Every single day you guys might be doing it. But today everybody has to tell me what did you write? Like, I want to just understand whether you guys are in the right track or not. Because this is not creativity. This is a process. So we will have to do it rightly or else we may get wrong. Fine. Okay. So people out there in the YouTube who are watching live, please type out of the chat whether you are able to follow this. Okay? Yeah. Great. Fine. So did you guys write Maning Kumar Punish? Sneha, I want to ask money and can you tell me what did you write? You're in mute. I am grateful that I had food yesterday three times that I am grateful for my health. Also I am grateful for my family for taking care of me very well. Okay? General health is not correct. You have to tell what aspect. You have to be specific there. Okay? General thank you is not the point. We have to thank some person. Like let's say he has helped me study, he has helped me get job. He has helped me earn money, whatever. So that is actually the specific reason for it. Okay? And then you can thank the situation. Like let's say because of this incident, I was thankful for this. I was thankful for this person. So I will tell you what happens when you thank some situation or some people. Okay? So inside our brain there is something called gratitude box. Okay? Gratitude center. Not box, gratitude center. Scientifically, what happens is this gratitude center is filled with lot of blood flow, oxygen and everything. Slowly this Will start glowing. Okay. It's not a magic, I'm telling you, it is a science inside what's happening. Okay. I'm just trying to explain you in a simple means so that you can get this understanding. Okay, so what happens with this gratitude center is when you truly go and thank some people, when you go and truly appreciate. Okay, I am truly thankful for the product that I'm using. Like let's say if people would have not invented this mouse, I would not be operating it very conveniently in this interface. I am so thankful for the person who has invented this mouse. In fact, we have to thank Steve Jobs for bringing this into reality, this user interface. He was the one who took this idea and then he brought it into the world of user interaction. Okay. And thank you for the design team of the Apple who has designed this application. Thank you so much. That's it. See how specific it is? And also we have to thank for the electricity, what we're getting. Thank you for the people who are working out in the electricity to get me. Even though it is raining outside, even though it is heavily raining outside. I'm getting a very good light fan as well as a basic amenity to charge my phone, my laptop. Thank you so much. Many people in the India are not having electricity at all in this rainy times. Like 10 days out of light, 15 days out of electricity. So thank you that I'm having that. So every day. Guys, please switch on your camera. Everybody. Okay, Everybody, please switch on your camera. So the moment when you do it, what happens is your gratitude center will be filled with lot of good positive vibes. That means your gratitude center is always getting filled. Okay, but what happens is we don't activate it normally. Okay? Jish, by activating it, what will happen? I will tell you that benefit. You have to know why are you writing gratitude center? Right? See inside the courses. Just a second, guys. Just a second. Okay, so what happens when you do this? Gratitude is you may not be knowing it. Maybe in the courses I would have told you to write three things which your gratitude about. It is a habit. You are doing it every single day. But you may not know the science of it. You may not know the reason for it. The moment when you see and thank some situation, what happens is you start attracting more things in your life. You start bringing more of those into your situations, more of that into your life. So the world is same for you as well as others, right? The situation is same for you as well as your family. It is. It is same for everybody. But for you alone, what will happen is you will start seeing more possibilities. You will start seeing more what you call positivity happening. Possibilities means. What I would like to say is like let's say before that also you may be seeing that thing every single day. But when you keep on saying gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. Thanks, thanks, thanks. I'm really happy, really sincere, really happy. You will see more possibilities of that thing happening. Oh, I can also do with this possibility. I can also think about this idea to bring it to my projects. Oh, this is a great thing. See, your. Your brain will work in a very different way when you activate this gratitude center. You should activate it just like that. You won't get it. Okay. Previously also you may be seeing that same idea every day. But someday what happens is when you activate this gratitude center daily. Okay. It will not happen in one day. Okay. You will start seeing some possibilities. Oh, this is amazing. This is great. Let me do it. Okay. Jagdish, why it is coming like that? By just writing thank you, how are you seeing the possibility? I will tell you what the moment when you thank our entire body gets a little different. Kind of an electricity. Have you guys felt it? Thanks is not just telling thank you. That's not what I mean. Thank you. I've learned it from one of my mentor who has actually taught me this. This is a very, very powerful subject. I've recorded only one podcast in this subject because I mean, I would say, see, this is. I don't know whether the people will be able to understand or accept it. Okay. But the deeper I go into this, I see my designs are getting changed, my career is getting changed, my way of thinking and the idea and creativity is getting completely changed. The moment when I keep thanking people again and again and again, you don't blame or explain or complain anybody. You just blame. Inside you are thankful for the situation. So you will start attracting more opportunities. Previously there was nothing. But when you say gratitude, thank you. I'm so thankful. I'm so thankful, Faisal, that you helped me. I'm so thankful, Sneha, that you give me this information. I'm so thankful for these people that so find some deliberate thing to give a thank you. That is why every day when you write 10 goals, you should write the three gratitude which you're about to thank for somebody from the yesterday. Okay. Ideally when you do it on the night, it would be better. But morning is also fine. No issues. You can just recollect that moment. So what happens is our gratitude center inside our brain will start Activating lot of blood flow and oxygen. And every content will will go. And that gratitude center will start activating. So what happens? Okay, Jagdish, why are you telling for designers? Creativity, Gratitude. Everybody has to say. But why specifically for designers? This is where you have to ask me the question. Okay. Why it is for. For designers. I'm telling that the moment when you thank people, appreciate situation, it will make you more creative. It will make you more extreme creativity. You will be in like far ends. People will be sitting next to you. As a designers. They will not see the possibilities. But you will see it. Have you? Have you? Have you? Maybe not. Lot of people are working in a full fledged design studio. But people are working in a full fledged design studio. Maybe they would already work like let's say Arun, Sneha and Faisal has also now started working. Kumar is already working. So these people might know. When you are in a design team there would be three or four people who would be ideating, brainstorming. They'll be doing some design projects. Okay. But the way in which you think will be extremely unique. One person will be extremely unique. Have you observed? One person's idea will be so great. It is exactly because he is so thankful for the universe. He is so thankful for the people. He is so thankful for the things. Whatever he has. He doesn't complain much. He doesn't complain at all. The more you complain, the worst things will again and again happen to you. There is no doubt in it. This is how the universe is also designed. And it will work that way. The moment when you thank. The moment when you again and again thank people, thank situation, thank these things. What happens is you get into a different realm. Same world only. But it will happen differently for you. You will enjoy each and every situation. You will be so, so happy. And you will see the joy coming into your life. And slowly. What I understood is it should not be done for only one day. When you do exercise for one day and go for sleep, what happens? Type out in the chat. Do you think that will give any kind of a benefit? Type out on the chat. I want everybody to type out in the chat. Chat box is open. No guys, just a second. Okay. No. Yes, Kumar. Fine. So nothing will happen. No. Yes. Pish. Correct. So it is a muscle. Gratitude is like a muscle. Okay. You will have to build it every single day. How much time you're going to spend? Three minutes. That's it. Goals. Writing. Ten minutes. Okay. Goals. Writing is ten minutes. But gratitude is just three minutes. People have did extensive Research in this topic. Guys, my mentor, he has. He has did a lot of scientific research. This guy has gone insanely deep into it. Initially I was taking it very lightly. I went into this topic. Then I understood. Oh my God. This is like really great. I started practicing. It was even more amazing. Immediately. Guys, the moment when you say thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. The next few minutes, you'll see something really happening inside you. You'll not really get angry on anything. You will be seeing only possibility. That's what I'm telling you. Possibilities. Remember this word, possibilities. See, don't do it for the sake of. Okay, I'll get something. So I'll thank this person. Don't do that then. That doesn't mean thank you. It is like an exchange. Then it's a. It's a transactional exchange. Whatever you are thinking about. No, don't do that. That's not right. In fact, okay, heartfully thank without any expectation. When you do that, what happens? You will see the magic started happening in your life. You will not blame others. You will not blame situation. You will not blame anybody. Who's doing this responsibility. Oh, this person has really made me do this. Oh, I got a bad situation because of this one. I'm really not happy with this thing. Your depression, your pain, your anxiety, your. Your entire bs, whatever you think is sitting in your head will slowly, slowly go away. Every day. You have to just what you call. You have to float in gratitude. That's what my mentor used to say. You have to float. It's not like you have to just say thank you. You have to float everything. See, have you seen people when you. When. When they come and ask like how to go this route. When we say go to right, find this place, go left. They will not even tell thank you. They'll just run away. They will not even tell. Hey, I'm really thank you that you helped me. I'm new to this place. Thank you. This also people don't give. That is how we are right now. And those people will take those karmas. Simple. You have to definitely thank for each and everything. We've got a very good body. We have to thank our ancestors for getting this evolution right. We were able to. What you call human evolution started accelerating when our fingers started opening. How many of you don't know this? The moment when we were able to activate each and every finger, the more interactions we were able to do with the food, with the product, with the manufacturing, with the technology, with the industrialization, everything happened that Is why everybody is trying to copy the human body as a resource for doing design. Have you thought, have you. I mean, have you think about user interactions? It's all finger based, right? People touch, people talk. So the thing is the interactions are completely based on this hand, our handle, whatever. You are designing a product like let's say mobile, like let's say mouse. Everything is based on this, right? This ergonomic position. Water bottle. You have to. You have. If you keep a bottle this much big, what will happen? How can you hold? You can't hold like this, right? So our entire evolution started accelerating. Because when our fingers started spreading. Have you seen any, any animal with this kind of a precision? No. We can even operate a needle. We can even operate what you call precise device. Even we can operate anything. We can even use it like this. We can hold, we can grab, we can pinch. We can do everything. But animals don't have this flexibility. The moment when animal has this kind of a flexibility and intelligence, they will be beyond our food chain. They will evolve faster. Okay? So we have to be thankful for that. Find a reason to be thankful. If you don't have any reason, fine. So do this for 21 days and you will see the magic people who are brand new who have just started this program few days before. Or maybe like let's say I want to welcome Shashank also. Shashank has joined yesterday. Welcome Shashank. So in inner circle call, we'll introduce you formally. Okay? Don't worry. The point is when you do it for continuous 21 days, go to your level up portal everybody and put a gratitude tick. When you write three gratitude, how many of you are doing it regularly? Can you raise your hands? Faisal is doing great. Faisal. I understand. See. Yes. Neha is doing. Hasnen is doing. Arun is doing. Faisal is also many times used to talk about I'm doing this prayer for my God. That is good. The way in which you actually pray the God, what happens is naturally you tell thank you. See, many people are inclined towards religion. Not religion. That is fine guys. It's up to their personal wish and their choice. But people are connected to spiritual background. What happens is they naturally have this habit. You understand, right? They naturally have this habit. You don't have to force fit this. I understood recently that why certain religions are having this mosque, temple, this. This kind of a culture. Because people can go and sit and only focus on telling thank you instead of only asking for prayers. Give me this. I have this much debt. Give me the money. I Have this problem. Solve it. No. Go and thank for the situation. What also happened? People have written lot of scriptures. And there was one Tamil poet also who has did a. What you call. And a lot of people are from Tamil Nadu also, right? Maybe you guys know this person. Okay. So he has written one. One what you call one two liner. Okay. Even before the scientists have discovered about this gratitude center. Yes. That's great. Shashan. That's great. That's great. Superb. So even when. Even when people have not understood this scientifically. Even when people have not known anything about this gratitude. Imagine hundred years before, nobody has gone deep into it. Imagine thousand years before nobody has even thought of benefits of gratitude. But even before 5,000 years, a Tamil poet has written extensively about this line. You know what? In Tamil there is a saying called Nandri Marapadanandri. Nandraladi Andriya Marapadanandri. That means you should thank and you should not forget the person who has helped you. Thank. Thank. Nandri means thanks in Tamil language. Okay. But I don't know in any other culture if some poet have really gone into this level of deeper understanding. But this guy has understood this. His name is Thiruvallur. Okay. You can google this guy. I connected the dots later. Oh my God. This. This person has known this. That is the reason he has written. He has written 10 verses for that particular thanks. Thankful. He has taken 132 I think chapters of our life. And then he has written 10, 10 verses for each of this. Totally 1330 verses he has written in that one verse is completely for. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And when people have started deciphering in scientific methods, what is the benefits of seeing thank you. Why? The gratitude center is very important. We have something called execution center that is responsible for your creativity. That is responsible for your vision. That is responsible for your mission of your life. There is something called amygdala. Okay? Remember these three chemical words, okay? Execution center, creativity. Amygdala is a dangerous guy. Okay? Amygdala is like an animal instinct. If somebody comes and hits you, what you will do? Hey, what did you write? You get that impulse in nature, right? When somebody tells you you are fit for nothing, you are not really good. Hey, how come you'll tell this? You're getting angry, right? That's your animal nature. You are by by thought. What happens is we are defaultly using our amygdala only for a lot of time. We don't use execution center. Why? Because we've been Evolved from animals for billions of years, not few years. Okay? This scientific discovery has been for last 150, 200 years only. After that, people started why people started meditating. Why people started focusing on certain things. Why people started thinking about vision, mission, goals. Because this will slowly shift your focus to its executive center. When you are in executive center, what happens the moment when you're in executive center, you start thinking about possibilities. See, I underlined the word called possibilities. You'll start seeing, I will definitely invent this product. I will definitely make sure this is coming into the reality. I will help thousands of people with this. When you tell that what happens internally, you will have a lot of difference in your blood pressure level. You will have a lot of what you call blood flowing into your execution center. Your blood glucose and sucrose level goes up when it goes inside the what you call execution center. And your oxygen, your sugar level, everything rises in a different way. People who are getting lot of diseases and all these things, no, they don't practice this. They're always complaining, bullshitting, all these things and all that is why chemically what happens body will not support these people. When people are thinking about mission, vision value this, that you will be operating at a higher level. Many times you may be observed While you started working with me, you will not get into sick, you will not get into health problems. This, that and all very often. Why? Because you've already shifted your focus of your body towards execution center. How many of you have written Codex document? Raise your hands. Many people have written Codex document. The moment when you write Codex document, what happens? Automatically your execution center comes into action. Because you're. You're thinking about possibilities. You're thinking about your career, right? You're thinking about, I have to be creative in order to solve problem, right? So when you write the Codex document, it's been designed in a way to be very honest. Lot of questions in the Codex document. I've taken from the my mentor who has taught me this. That is why it's an engineered document. It's not a joke. Each and every question is very, very powerful. Okay, so when you start doing it more often, put amygdala into action. Sorry. Put execution center into action. You will be far more creative. Any topic will be given to you. You will bring hundred ideas. Hey, can you bring some ideation for this particular problem statement? You will go crazy. You will go convergent, divergent. You will do lot of things. You will go up and down to make sure you have hundreds of ideas with you. That is the power of using Execution center, and that is the power of using gratitude Center. If you use this tube properly, automatically your Amiga will come down next time. Go and observe people around you. Mostly people will operate in amygdala. Emotional situation. Suddenly getting angry. Suddenly getting emotional. Fine. This is how we are. That's how we designed. That's how we are designed. But it's our responsibility to go and shift that to greater again. Again, life is balanced. We cannot have 100% thinking only in that. Sometimes we'll go into some negativity because of situation. But you'll have to get back. You have to get back. Okay, so there is something called meditation people do. There is something called focus practice people do. There are a lot of methods people teach to to actually think this thing positive, think positive. But nobody has understood the science behind why it is important. Very few people have understood. I've learned from these guys. Okay, so this again, how it is important for designers. I think you would have figured it out. The moment when your Execution center gets activated and your gratitude center opens, you will start receiving a lot of creative ideas, guys. But other people are not seeing the possibilities. You will be far more different from the idea what you are presenting. And don't expect that you will do one day and then you will expect results. No, at least you have to do 21 days. That is why in our portal in Level Up. Okay? By the way, people who have joined new also, I'm telling you, Level up feature is going to be there till end of this month. Please utilize that. That feature is worth of more than 35,000 rupees. That single feature alone. This is one product which we've been building for a very, very longer time. Please utilize that. Today is what, 16, 17, right? You got another 14 days time. Keep a habit. At least click three habits, whichever you wanted to do every single day and then mark it and do it. That's it. Practice this habit and then automatically you will see the difference happening. Fine, guys, so now I wanted to ask you again. Go back to your notepad and pens. Now write three things which are gratitude in your entire life. Not just yesterday, in your entire life. Can you write it down? I will also write three things which your gratitude for your entire life. Thank the situation, thank the person. Don't just be generic. Start with I am thankful for. You can even thank the negative situation. Because of that only you have become positive, right? You have to thank that as well. Maybe somebody would have not given you money. Maybe somebody would have not helped you because of that only you become strong, right? So you have to tell the other side also, right? Did you write three things? Did you write three things? Guys, can we get into the topic? I believe this is very important. That's the reason I. I told you. Yes, Monkey have five fingers. It gives some fulfillment. Great. Shashank, you don't have to even keep reminders. Go to your portal. There is a portal called level up. Okay. Inside the level up there is a habit. Okay? Go and take that habit. In fact, you will get points also. So somebody can explain Shashank after this call. Also like how does the point system and level up works so that he can also start doing that. Okay. Anybody who starts this program, even today or Yesterday, in just three days you can able to get at least 3,000 to 4,000 points. That much of activity is there inside. And by the time you completed 3,000 points, you would have learned exorbitantly high in design. So that's how the assignments and activities has been created. So you are also learning, you're also getting points. The engagement ratio should go high. Okay? So that is the benefit of having level Up. And on top of it we have added some habits also for the people. Like let's say daily goal setting, gratitude, change a secret. So take that, you're going to get points. Okay? So fine. So now we will get into the topic, guys. Okay? In fact, I have also written a gratitude for the travel time. Sometimes I travel a lot at that time only I think a lot and then I also learn a lot. I also prepare content for the program and syllabus. All of this 42 day journey, people, whoever has attended that is completely came out of the travel. Many people think about travel is a what you call waste of time. And they think, oh, why is this traffic very, very bad. Why is this what you call bus or train going very slow? No, in fact I have thought exactly the other way around. That is the time where I sit alone and think. There is no disturbance, there is no distraction. And I also learn continuously put putting the headphones and learning through podcast, through videos or whatever, learning materials. And then I just write it. I just take this diary and just take this diary. That's it. Can you see here? Day 20, day 19 for the 42 day journey. I plan each and every day what I have to teach for this day. Something like that. I write it down and then I come and create a content around it and add more details and collect some research information and then we go deep into the topic. That's how it is. Getting populated or else what happens? I'll be just sitting idly. Time is gone. Any which way time is going to go, right? Whether you are utilizing it or not. Okay, so think about it and I'll also tell you a name. You. You guys can go and follow this person. Okay? Dr. John Demartini. Please go and follow this person. Okay, Dr. John Demartini. I'll talk about him later because he's an amazing person. Dr. You will not be able to understand this guy initially. If you watch his podcast or mainly he's good in podcast. John demartini. It took me a while to understand what he is talking. To be very honest, you will not understand initially what he is saying. You will not relate it, you will not connect it again. When you really thank for something, definitely you will start attracting this kind of a people into your life. Because the more people attract in your life, the more better things will happen. So your average of 10 people. I think everybody knows that, right? I've been telling you. Okay, fine. So now let's get into our major topic. Okay. Because every day we are teaching skills. I understood. But the reason why I am what you call little bit taking a pause and a break is we will have to be aware of these things as well or else what happens is we'll completely get into a what you call learning, learning, learning, learning. No, we should offload this kind of a things so that we are more channelizing oursel correctly because these things will bring your effectiveness more. Okay, good. So now let's go into the 25th day which is one of our student asked this question. Okay, like let's say Jagdish you are telling showcase a value to the company. Jagdish you're telling show what did you find as a gap in a company? Jagdish you're telling pitch these people and then you will automatically get the job. How to show the value this person has asked me. You're telling Jagdish in the Codex document industries are there and you're also telling don't go with the normal application process. Just chances of selection will be only 20% but unpublished market is really huge. That means finding out a gap of a company and pitching your value, your projects, your skill set to that company's gap and then approaching them for an interview or something like that. Right. Even when you are approaching a normal interview, if you go by this method, your chances of selection will be like 10x20x. You will be definitely getting hired. Okay, so how to show that value? Jagdish I understood what you're saying. I don't know how to showcase that value. Am I right? Kumar? Kumar, Sai has asked me this question. Right, Kumar? Correct me if I'm wrong. Right? So listen to it very carefully guys. Okay? So this particular thing is about showcasing value in your job application. Focus on their products, insights and tailored solution. Okay? This is the overview of it. Okay. Why it is important. I think people would have guessed it. Why it is important. See, when you personalizely show some problem solving, it makes you very proactive as well as memorable for the people who are interviewing you. Like let's say if you're going and attending some interview for a branding agency, okay, they're asking you to come for an interview. Imagine if you go to the interview with one of their pain points. You understood before going into the interview. And then you had worked on a one day project, you had a solution and then you sowed that in the interview. They did not ask you anything but you did that. Imagine how happy they'll be. Imagine how much relativity you are bringing already before attending the interview. People would love to have you. This is called proactiveness. Okay? Think about it because this is not easy. Not everybody really gets this what you call clarity. Just a second guys. I'll just fold this neatly so that it is really good. Okay, Good. If the screen gets cut, please tell me. Okay? Memorable, proactive, standout. So what happens for keeping you memorable? You will have to make sure the tailored approach is having a proper. Let's say if you're addressing a person, if you're addressing a problem, try to be very specific for that. Don't just tell. I will improve the company's user interaction into next level. I will build websites which is world class. Don't talk this tell. If you're building a website, in what way it is going to be unique in the market. In what way your website could able to turn the business into more profitability? Okay, in what way the website, what you're going, what we have built is actually different from the competitors which is going to yield them immediate benefits. Be very specific and also tell. I'm going to work with the developers to develop it. So the more specific you are, the better it will be. Okay? Proactive shows research and understanding of the company stand out. Offer solution that sets you apart. I think people will understand this, what I'm saying. Okay, so what are the misconceptions? See, people think that only experience. Experience matters. No, people don't do that. You think, oh, if I'm Experienced only. They will hire me for the job. If I'm a fresher, I will not give. Okay. I will pitch generically. Okay. I am a product designer. I know this skill. I am a value giver. I am a hard worker. Everybody tells it in the resume, right? When you go to resume, you will find all these words happening. I don't know why people are telling like this. The moment when you tell like this, guys, what happens? I will tell you. Nobody will be able to attract you. Nobody will be able to. Sorry guys. Just a second. Guys. Am I still live in the YouTube? Just a second. I just came out. Okay. I think it is there. Cool. Cool. Cool. Fine. Okay. So the moment when you. When you specifically go and pitch, what happens? You bring a customization into it. People will try to relate with you. People will try to understand you. So think about it, guys. People who are already applying jobs. This is a very, very vital step. Don't. Don't do work like a donkey. Be very smart in doing these activities. Okay? Even when you have a one project, make sure it is aligned to your Codex companies. And pitch those products into the industry with this method. Talk to the people with this intention. Like let's say we'll take one example. Okay. Can anybody tell me what industry you guys are applying in Codex? Maybe I'll take that case also Type it in your chat box. What are the industry you have in Codex? Yeah, go ahead. Guys, please first switch on your camera and type out of the chat in codex what kind of an industries you have. And what are the recent application you made. Okay. Arun Cemetery. What Fitness industries? Any one project you got, Arun. Regarding to fitness. Yes, sir. You got product for that gym membership project, right? Yes, sir. Okay. Like let's say. Very good, Arun. Thank you for helping me with this case today. Listen very carefully, guys. Like let's say if Arun is approaching for this. Okay. Listen to me very, very carefully. This is very important. See, if you miss what I'm saying even one word, you will not be able to understand it fully. Please listen very carefully. Okay. So now according to your interest, your passion, your codex document says that you are very interested in fitness. Because in total of industries in the design, there are only six different industries. Inside that one industry is healthcare. One or the other way, your company will fall in that six only. Sure. In that healthcare fitness is one major thing. Okay. So how many industries are there in India for fitness? We can take that data very easily. It's not a big deal. Okay. And also based on that fitness industry, what specific Role you wanted to play. Like let's say you are very good in storytelling. You are very good in building visual solutions. That could be your skill. You are very good in what you call use. Use a research. It's fine. But can you tell me one skill Arun, which you are very good at? I am actually very good at UI design. Great. You're very good in visual communication. Okay. You're good. You're very good in visual communication. So you have to pick your one project. Okay. You have to pick your one project which is very relating to this fitness. And like let's say in that fitness you must have built some what you call a kind of a gym website. Okay. A fitness website where people can able to view it and they can able to sign up for a membership for a gym for a three month subscription, six month subscription or one year. That's your project, what you have. Okay. So your interest says fitness industries. Your project is like that. So how do I really create a pitch for this Jagdish? How do I offer this as a value for them? First of all before thinking and doing this research about those industry properly what do fitness industries really want? What do fitness industries really expect from a creative designer? You will have to list it down. You will have to find it. Because every industry works in a different way. As a designer you cannot tell. Hey, they will expect. They will expect me to build figma screens. That could be one requirement. But go and understand that because each and every role is very very different. Think about it very very carefully. Okay? I'll tell you the key strategies, how we can do it. Okay, so use targeted insights which will offer solutions and then back up with a case study and a specific metrics. Simple. Guys, listen to this very very carefully. Use targeted insights. How will you find targeted insights? We have already covered in mission 4 and 3. Go to the glass doors. Go to what you call Toler. Go to Statista, go to Forester. All this website is going to give you exact insights of the industry. How it is growing. Okay. Maybe I can share the screen and show you now. But it will take a lot of time. But anyway I'll quickly get through this. Okay. Okay. How to find this insights? You can go to Glass doors. Okay. Insights review. Listen to this very carefully guys. Okay, so like let's say go to this companies. Like let's say what is this? Firebolt. Firebolt. Okay, so There are only 51 to 200 employees available. Okay. So it's a private company. It is based on San Francisco. Fine. So this is founded in 2018. You can read the reviews about it, what people are saying. Okay fine, you can find the salaries, you can find something which is related to your project. Okay, so they are having engineering, they are having human resource, sales, media communication. Find out something, whatever is available for you. Okay. Interviews. Okay, so application through online is also possible. Get some information about this company. Okay. Benefits, what they're giving you. Like let's say Firebolt offers you a lot of insurance plan, this, that employee benefits. Okay fine, so try to take out one information which is more suitable for you. Like let's say Firebolt is a company which produces sub second analytics. I think they are into some data analytics for fitness based industries. I'm not sure but you can just correlate the similar method and approach for your industry, what you're taking. Okay, so listen to it. Like let's say if they are bringing some kind of a value add product for the fitness, like let's say for the people who are playing sports or maybe people who are doing some kind of a fitness. So they are bringing some kind of educational methods for keeping these people learn. Okay and also you can find the top companies which is also related to that. Maybe not directly but indirectly also. Okay, so try to understand each of these things. Some of the Firebolt team at re invent, okay you can read about this word like let's say reinvent Fireboard. You can go do a Google search and understand what is this people are doing into data analytics. Try to understand so how are they working on data analytics? Maybe they have some position or maybe they have projects with respect to data analytics into fitness. So in your projects what you can do is you can bring more of a data, you can bring more of an analytics style of doing. Why? Because they are tracking some fitness. Go to their website like let's say Firebolt. Okay, Okay. I think this is a very different website guys. Imagine this is one example. Okay, don't go into details because I want to show you the method right now I'm not sure whether this is a perfect website. Let's take fitness industry Firebolt this example. Okay, so in this case Firebolt I think majorly produces some watches, right? And they have some kind of different, different watch and then they have some tracking for sports as well as sleep and all these things. So try to find out a very good insight about this company. Later you can find like let's say, like let's say we'll go into their reader blocks. Ideally you'll find a lot of information in the blog okay, think about it. So Firebolt click an Android smartwatch with selfie, camera and more what to expect all in one smartwatch. When Snap selfie comes in handy today. Explore universal space Stainless steel Draper watch Groove into fitness Fire band Athena, your audio track. Something related to fitness you can find here. Okay, they have read lot, they have put a lot of articles but your responsibility is to go and find out that. Okay, go to the second page. Maybe you may get some idea Battery power. Maximizing your battery power drive into the latest innovation. Yeah, we'll take this article. Okay, let's go into this something related to fitness. Okay, Elevate your fitness journey with Fireball smartwatch. So now look at how you can able to find some insights into this. Okay, like let's say they have invented some, they have innovated some kind of a feature for their industry. Power of data at your fingertips. Personalized workout anytime, anywhere. Okay, they have already had some data study and then they're putting into their interfaces. But your responsibility is to find out what a fitness freak really wants with respect to doing fitness. Okay, so list on few features. These people have already did that study and then they would have got some what you call gaps. That is why they are doing this product and they are creating a solution for it and then they are selling it to the market. Super. So how you can go and intervene find out fire bit like let's say this Firebolt. What do they really lack compared to their competitors? What Firebolt features are available inside this watch which is not there in the competitors try to take their USPs also try to approach in two ways. Okay, you can read this whole article. If you're not. If you're not able to read this full article, you can just go to this and put it to ChatGPT quickly and okay, read this entire article and give me the top three insights as a product designer, what I can learn. Look at this. Since I don't have time, I'm just doing it. Okay, but don't find shortcuts. This is completely a shortcut what I'm doing. But ideally you can read if the article is really big, if the video is really big, then you can use AI tools to summarize that. Okay, so they're providing data driven user experience. They're providing personalization and user centric design. Gamification and motivation. I'm more interested in this. Okay, so I'm more interested in gamification and motivation. So I'm thinking about building a one day project for gamification for Firebolt industry. So give me a few ideas. Look at this. Okay. Achievement badges and milestone rewards. Okay. Concept motivation, one day task. What we can do. So charge is giving us some idea. But your point is you will have to know using this gamification, how are you going to be different from the market? Okay. You can also go to their competitors. Like let's say Fireballs competitor could be Apple Watch. We never know they could be their competitors. Okay. But we will have to go and find it out. What happens. There is something called Apple Watch. Apple Watch is predominantly used for this. What you call this fitness related freaks. They use it. Okay, so what do they have exactly in fitness? So they have something like running, marathon tracking. They have some walking tracking and they are customizing into their mobile and some feature is there. Right. So go and understand this. Like let's say if I click this to learn more about this product, what are they doing? Okay, like let's say I'll go and find it is not coming. Let's go into any one specific watch. Okay, go to maybe Ultra. This is not having enough details actually. Okay, so read about this watch. It is like very detaily given. Okay, what are the features available? What are the material they're using and what are the. What you call like let's say things which you can track. Like let's say heartbeat, let's say time. Like let's say you have some beats per minute and you have your pulse oximeter this oxygen content. So a lot of things are available inside it and you can also keep a streak and you can follow a pace also when you're running continuously. So easy jog. So a lot of specific physical activities are being put here. It is definitely going to be very different from the other competitors because Apple is continuously innovating this feature. So when you're reading this, how is Apple getting gamified? Like let's say how Apple is getting gamified. In fact they are also putting some numbers, they are also putting some statistics, they are also putting some what you call graphical way of representation. So why don't, why, why can't we create a different way of gamification? You can find that inside. These people are also telling gamification. I'm also more interested in gamifying my Fireball product. How can I take inspiration from here? Let's still find out. Like let's say this looks very common. Read about it. Continue completely guys, I'm just skimming through because you have to get the idea but ultimately you should know how to work on it okay, one second. Just a second guys. Give me a second. Give me a second. I'll just continue. Give me a second. Just a second. Okay, cool. So yeah, I'm sharing the screen again. Cool. Listen to me. Okay, so now we are doing some research about how gamification can be brought from like let's say competitors. Similarly you have to do for other competitors. Also there is something called Fitbit. There is something called what you call, I think many sports brands is there who are doing this. Watches, right? So think about how these people are gamifying. Like let's say gamification is not only about giving numbers, points, collection, badges and everything. Gamification is also giving them some kind of a milestone to achieve. Some kind of a levels to achieve. See you look at our program in level up we have some milestones, right? We have five levels of gamification. Like let's say when you open what you call our portal, when you go for level up. Like let's say when you go for level up you get a feature like. Like let's say achievement. Okay. First is WIX upload challenge. Second is goals, values and codecs. Third is master of design process. Fourth is AI Automation. Fifth is System Thinker. So the moment when people go and get this, they will collect this batch. What happens when you are collecting this batch? What happens? I will tell you. Can you see here? Okay, I'll go here. Okay. The moment when you go here, what happens? Can you see here? Faisal has completed three batches. What happens when other people sees this? Like let's say Manikindan. No, let's take Nyanc. When Nyansi sees this. Hey, how come Fizer has got five batches here? Let's go and talk to him. This is his number. Email. Let us go and interact with Fiser. What made Faisal really get this? Faisal is continuously sharing some information. Faisal is sharing some good info and he's also commenting. He's also learning. So you get to see the badge and then you start your interest rate. Oh, how come this person is also getting. Let me also try. So you create badges or maybe you create graphical denotation. Or you create milestone or you create any kind of a format. But your main objective is to make the people do fitness. This is your one insight. Okay, See how much time it is taking. It took me last 10 minutes to find out this insight. But ideally you will take even more time. But you have to go and find it out and also validate whether this is a proper gap or not. Go to their website. Like let's say if this is their website, if you're reading and choose your perfect fitness companion, challenge yourself with gamified fitness. Okay, this is one interesting. Who said fitness can't be fun? So you can also think about this. Like let's say they're talking about some gamification, right? So bring this insight to there. Can I give some kind of a badges, can I give some kind of a milestone or should I give some kind of a reward? Like let's say for the Firebolt people who are working on this particular watch application, they're working out and they're doing some gym, they're going to get one month of free subscription for our gym. See, you're already building a website. You can also cross collaborate it, right? People who are completing this streak, they are going to get one month of free subscription for this ultimate gym for ultimate coach, you're going to get one month free subscription for them. Yeah, you can keep that reward. What happens? This insanely drives the engagement for your user. Okay Jagdish, now I found the gap. What should I do? The moment when you are able to find the gap, then go back. Like let's say the moment when you're able to find the gap then okay, this is the method which I'm showing you. Okay. First research the company. I told you, you must have got it. Okay, how to research about the company. Go and find their pain points. Read their blog articles, read their products. Go to multiple industry sources to analyze it. It's your responsibility to do it. Offer some product insight. That is what we found out. Now what are the insights? What these people have? To be very honest, gamification is not very prevalent in all industries. Being a designer, when you think in that direction you will find a lot of ideas. Okay, so highlight the product improvement or features. What else you can bring in this gamification? Don't just focus on visual design. Visual design. Visual design. Before creating visuals you have to think more. What needs to come in visual? Are you guys getting it or not? You will have to know what are you bringing for putting these people into the visual design, Right? You should not think about only let me put this button here and there and it becomes gamified. No, think about the psychology, why people will be able to interact with this. If you are creating gamification, what kind of interaction should I plan? So think about all these things. Okay. And once it is ready then you can able to create a tailored solution like let's say just I told you like you can create some kind of levels and badges. And also for the top winner, every month Firebolt offers you a free subscription for their gym membership. And if you consistently win for two months, what happens? Firebolt offers you a special smartwatch which is available for you free of cost. It will be shipped to you. Yeah, you can keep some rewards because the moment when you keep gamification, you should have a reward. Second, can I have a punishment? Also the moment when you talk about reward, you should talk about punishment. Like let's say if you are not activating your fitness based on this app, in this watch application for continuous 3 days, what happens? Your watch will be locked, you will get minus 100 points, okay? So whatever you already collected points, it goes into minus, okay? And this is an option. People who are very serious about their fitness, they can activate this feature. For the normal people who are not interested in fitness, they can switch off this feature. See, this is an option, right? We cannot force fit for everybody. People who are fitness fit, they can activate it forcefully. And what happens if two days goes the third day, people will know. If I'm not doing fitness for today, my watch is going to get activated, locked and I'm going to get minus 100 points already I'm about to reach the top three, so I have to somehow do it. So they go to the gym, they hit the forum. So your watch is not only a watch, your watch is making the people take action. And their life gets improved and their health gets improved and they go into action. What happens? User engagement insanely goes up. Like anything, user psychology will be very different. Subconsciously he will be driven to this product. Subconsciously he will be more engaged to this product portfolio. So that he keeps on buying Firebolt again and again and again. And he also recommends people. And you can also have a reward points for the people who are referring it to the brand, right? Every company has the referral points. Every brand has a referral points. When you bring somebody from the other people, they give you referral points, right? They give you some kind of a cash back, they give you some kind of a referral bonus, they'll give you even we are employees in a company, right? They give you referral bonus. When we refer somebody like 25, 30,000 they give me. So that way also you can drive engagement. So think about how you wanted to gamify this and now go and tell the company. Hello, Mr. Firebolt HR, I'm attending interview. Let's say imagine hello, your engagement for the user, whatever your company has been sold in the Indian market so far. Take out the data. Your user engagement rate I've observed with five people, Mr. HR. It is exactly 30 to 40 percentage. In my observation what I found majorly is compared to the global competitors you guys are lacking in terms of engagement. I found out that gap. What I did is instead of telling problem problem, I also found out a situation to help this kind of a gap. Do you have five minutes to talk with me? Imagine if you go and talk to HR or maybe a Firebolt guy. In this manner showcasing this, I have increased this engagement up to 80 percentage. You will not believe I tested with three people yesterday. This simple feature. Okay, imagine if this industry. If this feature come into the watch industry. You guys will be forefront runners. Would you like to see more about that idea? Ah yes. Jagdish, please show me that idea. No, I would like to show you my screen. Because this is confidential information which I've collected. If I'm able to interact with you over a zoom call or an interview or a design task, I would be more than happy to come. Don't show everything. Don't show portfolio. Don't show resume. Just ask questions initially. Build a trust and relationship. Then you talk to them. This is how you tailor make the solution. You go beyond and find out some problems and propose actionable points. And then showcase your case studies and then use proper metrics. Tell how it is engaging. Tell what factors made it engaging. Tell how it is improved from the competitor. Tell how much steps it has reduced. Tell how your users are going to get benefit. Tell if 80% of the engagement happens. People who are dropping off from the fit Firebolt brand can also stick to the brand. Again how much people have purchased last year. You can go to their websites and take the data simply. You can take how much watch has been sold. You can go to Amazon. You can just go and read the reviews. Simple. You will know what are the kind of feedbacks you're getting. Use ChatGPT to analyze these inputs and formulate an insight. This is also a great way. You can go to Amazon. Take all of the Fireballs reviews. You will have close to 400, 500 reviews or maybe thousand. Copy paste this entire thing, put it into ChatGPT and ask ChatGPT. This is the feedback of a brand. Give me three ideas how as a product designer I can improve this product. If you start thinking guys, you will get thousands of ideas how to find a gap and then you can bring the value accordingly. Okay. The moment when you are bringing the value then you customize create a pitch the moment when you are bringing it. Try to create a metrics. Before last year your sales was like this. Imagine this year sales is reduced because 30% of the people are lost. They have gone into some other brand new. Either they brought Apple watch or they bought some other Fitbit watch. They bought some Samsung watch. Why? Because the engagement is missing. Using this idea, we can bring back this 30 to 40 percentage people and consistently improve the sales. Consistently improve our engagement factor and we can produce stunning visuals. That is where I am specialized. I have produced beautiful visuals for you in order to create the engagement and break down that and show the moment. When you show this guys with the proper metrics and the visuals you will have a compelling value proposition for the people. You are differentiating compared to the market. You're having a unique value proposition. You're demonstrating your skills and also you are a very good problem solver. People will see. Think about it. That is why this kind of a value proposition should be talked with the people in person, not in a generic portfolio. Don't do that. Nobody cares to look at your portfolio. Please understand this. Okay, so you need to get this clarity, guys. So how many of you understood what we have discussed now? How many of you understood what we have discussed now? You can take for healthcare, you can take for fintech, you can take for supply chain. You can take for anything guys. It doesn't matter. Provide some patient data management or suggest some multi factor authentication for security. Let's say if that is your problem supply chain. Show some blockchain integrations for your logistics. Transparency. Always think about business goals. Always think about pain point. Always think about insights. That is your input. Don't do some fun projects guys. Don't do some random projects. Oh, gym membership. I will create 13 boxes. I'll put this is the membership. I'll create some black theme. Don't be some kind of a what you call mindless graphic designer. How many of you are like mindless graphic designers? Just I'll open the tool, I'll put some pictures here and there, I'll do some graphics. What is the purpose of doing that? There is no point. You will reach nowhere if you do that in goal. Should be very clear. Okay. And whatever is your like I say 30% user satisfaction and whatever is your improvement metrics. Try to bring that the moment when you do this guys. I already showed you the demo also. But anyway this is the point. Okay. Choose company. Develop insights proposed solution. Support the case study with some measurable impacts. Okay. Identify the area of improvement. It's your responsibility to go and find out the case. It is not easy. You have to do it for the, for the 200 industries in your Codex document, you are not going to do that. Out of this, you are going to bring down to 50 companies, right? For those 50 companies you are talking with five, five people. 250 people you are interacting with. For the 50 industries, you will know exactly this kind of an industry is more, more aligned towards you. Like let's say we'll take first 15 industries. Like let's say the 15 industries more of healthcare. Because you're a healthcare designer. Imagine, okay, a lot of people have typed healthcare. Also imagine you're a healthcare. Let's, let's say financial. 15 industries. Financial. Like let's say Razorpay this Insta Mojo this SBI bank, icici. Everybody's now hiring user interface designers for sure. There is no doubt, okay, they're hiring. So what do this company really lack? How do I find this insight? How do I find this gap? How do I really mitigate this understanding and the moment when you're finding this gap, then approach the same method and create a compelling value proposition. And for those 15 industries you will have to find a common three pain points or maybe one pain point which is affecting all of these industries. Like let's say people who don't know digital, how do they do transaction? Maybe this could be a finding what you have. Okay, still 30 to 40% of the people are living without Internet and digital literacy is very poor. They don't know how to do a banking transaction. For those people, can you build a solution like let's say Razorpay is used majorly for transaction and everything. In fact, we have partnered with Razorpay. Guys, by the way, I have to tell you this, okay, people who have taken our payment method to do you will have a very comfortable checkout page. How many of you have observed that you will see Razorpay trusted business? Yeah, you will see Razorpay trusted business. Because we have validated by Razorpay we cannot do just like that initially. When Razorpay is partnering with us, they will transact the money. They will, they will understand whether this guy is fake or not. Whether somebody puts the money he runs away or not. They will understand everything. Then and only they'll put the word trusted business and the link, whatever we are sending you, it's going to be a secured link. And we have partnered with Razorpay with multiple banks. Now you can see in our program you can find lot of Zero cost tmi because these are all the options which Razorpay has understood. Their customers is having their pain points and what happens. They're asking us are you willing to pay for your customers because you can insanely drive conversions. They're talking to us. Then we said oh yeah, okay. But six banks we have partnered with us. That is why people are joining it this month particularly they will have a benefit of the zero cost emi. Previously what happens if you will be charged but now when you do it insanely higher, what you call advantage you have. So Razorpay is also continuously finding the gaps in the market they're solving. So you apply for the razor pay or maybe some other bank. You should also understand these factors. You can tell, hey, I can improve your checkout page. I can see a lot of people are dropping out in your checkout page. Why? Because the trust business is not there. Maybe because of this is not there. Maybe I'll take PayPal, I'll take Stripe, I'll take big payment gateways in the world. How are they doing? Let me do a benchmark study. Let me offer a solution and tell why it is important, why it is improved, how it is improved. This is where you are becoming a potential asset for a company. Don't think by sending some generic behance profile, sir, I'm looking forward for a job, sir, please give me offer sir, this is my portfolio. I'm a product designer having two years of experience. Please give me job sir. Sir, I'm a UI UX designer having graphic design skills, user interaction skills. Give me an offer sir, attach my portfolio. Don't do this kind of stupid things. You will literally waste your time. And people have put a lot of trust in you. Your family, your people around you. Please make justice for that as well. Okay? At least for that reason you have to start doing this kind of methods. Don't be a generic guy. You will be out of the market very soon. Be very specific, do these methods exactly whatever I told you and meticulously follow that. Because if you miss one information, whatever I said now also you will not be delivered completely understood. This is how you have to find. Imagine if you find out 15 industries, 15 different pain points and deliver 15 different projects. Talk with 55 people, what happens? I'm telling you, you will not have time to even attend interview. You will not have time to reply. For the people who are replying you in LinkedIn, that is what I expect from each and every student. And how many of you would like to know the new feature in Level up. In fact, it is very relevant for whatever the topic I have talked to you now. Okay, how many of you would like to see that? How many of you love to see that type of interview calls? Interview calls and how many? Pfizer is very proactive. Yeah, Pfizer is very proactive. Great, great, great. Okay, let me go into this, guys. Okay, how many of you would like to see that? This is a beautiful feature, guys. See guys, we've been dreaming this. Particularly I've been dreaming this. Okay, I will tell you the power of. Listen very carefully, okay? Listen very carefully. Okay? You will not believe there is one highlight which I have given, right? Written. Maybe you will not know this very detailedly. See this particular idea which I wanted to gamify the students experience. October 13th. I've written as a goal last year. Not this October 13th. What is the date today? October 17th. You can see this date and maybe you will not be able to read it exactly. This highlighted lines is for. I had a dream that. Not a dream. I have a specific goal. I have created a platform like Polestar. In fact, there is a platform called Polestar, okay, Which is very expensive. It is like damn, damn expensive. And you will have to spend crores of money to build this platform. Okay? But I need it for my students. I have created a platform like Polestar for my students to track their progress and gamify their learning. It was exactly one year before I've written a date. I've written it specifically in smart format. What happened now? Universe has brought me. This is the power of writing goals. If I say write goals, I should also write goals, right? I have to show you the testimony also, right? What benefit I'm getting and you are seeing the benefit in front of you. People who are playing level up, people who are tracking their habits, people who are experiencing this platform. Please thank. Because this goal I've written even without thinking, I don't know whether level up is going to help me because three months, I mean I think it's six months from the January we've been working. February we've been working, okay? And it took lot of time and efforts. Similarly, like me, lot of coaches has also given their improvement, their feedback, their continuous improvement and this levels of achievements, this habit tracker, everything we brought it gratitude, practice. Do you think it's possible it's not available outside, it's available inside our platform. So that is a big benefit you guys have. So we have the reason why I'm telling you this is when you have a specific goal and you Write it every single day. Definitely it will happen no matter how big it is. Okay. And people are able to see that. Okay, so now I'm going to share the screen. Look at this. Okay, so this is exactly level up, right? So people may not know much about this level up. So go and explore all these features, guys. You will find it. Okay. Since lot of 29 people are actively applying for the jobs. For your information. Okay. And we'll see the last four weeks habit. Only 22% of the people are completing habit. That that will give me a feedback. Students are impulsively taking the habits but not they are doing it. I don't know why. Maybe this is one session which I understood. If I am able to tell the habits clearly, people can able to do it faster. Okay. This is an insight for me. Okay? Like let's say there is something called data. Okay? Data responses. I have not created this. I mean you guys should have not what you call gone deep into it. But I'll tell you, okay, so there are three questions available for you every single day. You will have to write it. Guys, put the date. Okay? You will be getting a form like this in your portal. Put the date. Like let's say today is October 17th and go to this column. How much people replied in LinkedIn today? Not how much people you applied. I don't care about how much activities you do. I care about the results. Like let's say two people replied. Jagdish, write it down. How many design tasks you received today? One design task. Write it down. The count is minimum one. Guys, you cannot put zero. That's not possible. Okay, how many interviews you attended today? 1. So every day just you have to write the data, close it, next day, write it, close it, next day, write it, close it. What happens the moment when you write it? I will have the graph for each and everybody. Like let's say Faisal is doing. I can able to track. Faisal is continuously getting reply in LinkedIn. Every single day, 5, 6, 7 people are replying. But he is doing only one design task. First of all, leave me. You will itself track properly. Okay? I just use this for this strategy. The reason being everybody's applying for the job now. Okay? We are in a big marathon till this end of this month. Everybody's applying lot of job vacancies. And they're also approaching job interviews, design tasks. So you have to track this metric, guys. Because anything when it is not tracked, it gets lost. Okay? So same like that. When you track this activity and then you will know how much interviews you're attending? Like let's say if Sneha is getting one interview per week. There is something wrong with her application process. Like let's say if. If. If Muthu is. Like let's say if Arun is not getting any reply in LinkedIn every day. 00000. Then I'll call Arun. Arun, what's happening? You're not getting reply. Show me. What did you do? Show me your mistakes. Show me your. How are you messaging to the people? Okay. Arun, you are generically messaging. You're not getting reply. Arun, make it specific. Arun, you are not showing the value for the company. You're not. I'll exactly find out that. So people who are actively playing this. I'll be able to get the data response in a graphical way. And I can able to switch this mode also. Like let's say if I wanted to create a graphical way, numerical way. I can see everything. How many of you are getting mind blown? How many of you would like to play this? What happens when you do this, guys? You will insanely driven towards bringing the value for this. You'll do something to get reply from the LinkedIn. How many of you are really excited to play this? It is activated today. Okay. Everybody can go and check in. If you're honestly bringing zero, put zero. No problem. How many of you are really excited to play this? Type out in the chat. Yes. I don't know how many of you have really understood this feature. But once you open your portal you will get it. Mutu Arun Shnein. Srinivas Kumar Sai. Great. Great. Great. So the point is now I'm watching you see even as thousand people come in to design for change. I can able to track in minutes. I can able to track in seconds. Because I have a very big mission. One million people. We have to reach before 2030, right? It's not a joke. So for that we are building systems now. If you want to be a part of it, stay here. If you are not aligned, what happens? You will leave soon. That's it. Okay. So officially we are coming to the end of this class now. I believe this session is really impactful. Because what happens? Normally we used to complete at 6:45, 6:50. But today we have gone very far. The reason being this topic is very important for you guys. You will have to understand what is the meaning behind it. Okay. And yeah, you can also use these emotional hooks. Let me quickly complete this one as well. You can use solution hook. You can use impactful hooks hook. You can Use industry insight hook. I think we have talked enough about hook in the last sessions itself, right? So go and watch those YouTube videos as well. And what did you identify in my previous role I worked on this engagement role. I've been following your industry for a lot of time. So tell something. When you talk to the people with your solution, use these hooks, go to the video 12 hooks and 5 curiosity hooks and then you will find out what hook to talk to what people. The moment when you're bringing this clarity to the conversation, you will get some interesting reply from the people and how it why it works. You have to provide the concrete solution, show the measurable impact, demonstrate the awareness. Same thing. I'm just repeating you. Okay, so neuroscience wise, what happens Jagdish when I do it like this way? I will tell you because you need to understand, right? What people are all to get first is they activate trust. The moment when you show this kind of a solution to anybody, people trust you to reply. See why people are not replying in LinkedIn? Because they don't trust you. Ah, you are a random guy. Just, just like that random. There could be possibility that you are a spammer. There could be another possibility that you are just like that random here, randomly, here and there, wavering, you're not skillful, you're not. I'm not interested to waste time in there. HR wants a quality candidate, right? Designer out there looking for LinkedIn. They also want a quality designer to network with them, right? The ultimate benefit of using social media and LinkedIn is to find out connections to get visibility. If you build this trust, people will trust you a lot. That is why I also tell for the people create a lot of content in LinkedIn every week at least create one content. People who are intensively looking for job. Every three days you have to create one content. Very, very intensively looking for the job. Because what happens, the trust factor goes up. The social media platform also brings you a lot of information. Like this guy is actively looking for some kind of a connections and potential thing. Okay? Cognitive engagement. It engages the user to take decision and definitely helps them retain their memory. Okay, so how to improve your pitch? I think I've talked about it enough. Just a second. Anyway, just to complete if any information is missing, I have to cover, be specific, be measurable. And what happens to these industries when you're approaching 40% more success? 90% of the employees, employers value problem solving. I told you, right? People love to see the problem solving ability in you. They don't want a generic portfolio okay. And also 2x more likely to get interviews. I'm telling you you can get 25x more likely to get interviews if you do by this method. Statistics says 2x but I'm saying you, you can get 25 times more higher ratios. Okay, there is a AI side guys which I'll give you some insights. Okay, Crayon, you can use Google Trends I believe Google Trends, I've already told you you can go to find that. Okay so crayon is a one good website where it provides some competitor insights and gaps. This is a direct AI tool. You can try that. Okay. In fact for the fitness brand you can use this crayon website and find out that what is the hack. It offers a solution that you can give for the company to give a competitive edge. You can bring that as a one day project to it. Okay, so try to use this crayon. This is one good AI tool which I've got the information which is good and try to do it.
