Day 28- Convincing Design Decisions to Product Managers/Clients- Skill Booster 100 Day Challenge

Jagadeesh P teaches designers how to convince product managers and clients of design decisions using data, storytelling, and business alignment. The session covers practical examples and tools to strengthen your pitch in professional settings.
Foreign guys, welcome to the skill booster session. And in a minute we'll be going live today. We are going to learn a very interesting skill. This is a managerial and a leadership related skill which we are going to learn. And people who are in the industry, people are already having some work experience. What happens is these people have many times problem with this skill.
Okay?
In fact that's what we are going to see in this today's skill booster session. In fact, people who are starting fresh, people who are in the industry, people who are in the, what you call people who are actually being a product designer for more than a year or six months or three months, they will have all these struggles. Whatever. I'm going to take you out, okay? So take a lot of notes and understand this is a skill which is soft skill.
Okay?
It will be much easier for me to tell you you can do this, you can do that. Mistakes are happening here. But it will only make sense when you go and practice it with yourself. The moment when you're doing that, you will see improvement in your career. You will not be able to take result until you go and apply and iterate and take an advantage.
Okay?
So with that note we are starting this call guys.
Okay.
Yes. To tell about the skill booster session. We are doing it for the continuous day 28 and it's been end of the fourth week and we are super excited to tell you that we are continuously getting a lot of support from our students as well as we are getting the support from our public as well. So please take an advantage of it. And this calls will not be available all the time. So you'll have to take an advantage out of it and know how this has been going to be super immense value for you guys. Because a lot of people out there are looking for skill sets to learn but they don't know how exactly to learn.
Okay?
So that's the reason behind it. Let me. One second, Let me once again paste this link for the. For a community as well so that you can take an advantage out of it. Just a second, just a second. And how do I do it? I do it. Just a second. Okay, fine. So let's put out the link for people who are out there in the, in the zoom. I'm extremely sorry guys. Okay. Yes, yes, yes. Others please help out people as well to become panelists. I'm creating you as a co host. Okay. People who are joining. Yeah guys, excellent. So I'm creating you as a co host, Sneha and Manigandan.
Okay.
So kindly help out Others whoever is joining this call because I'll be going live out there in the stream. Okay, thank you so much. And yes, I have tried to make the people who are as co host, please help them out and switch on your camera. Okay, fine. So now let me share my screen guys so that you will know what we're exactly going to do. Okay, so this is a very, very interesting and important skill. Which one of our student, she asked me this question. So how to convince your design decisions to your product manager or even your client.
Okay?
That's why I told you people who are having little experience and people are having what you call a slightly inclination towards work experience. Like let's say three months, six months or maybe one year, you will have a big time problem in doing this. The reason being many people out there are struggling because it is actually a soft skill. It is not a hard skill. Hard skills can be learned very easily.
Okay?
But these things comes only by repetition and practice. That is why I told you in the beginning. So what is this? First of all, let us see that. See, the importance is communication and justifying design decision to stakeholders. First of all, the idea, whatever you're having, if you're not able to project or communicate to your design manager, it's going to be ultimately not in use. See, it doesn't matter whether you are a healthcare industry or hospitality or sports or anything. I will tell you why it is very important. First of all, it helps you gain the trust among your team. So what happens, Jagdish, if it gains among the trust? So your ideas will be taken forward really fast. The way in which your concepts gets implemented and your growth in your company will totally depend on that communication. If your communication is kind of a weak, people will not try to first understand what you're. What you're telling. How should. Why should I accept you? What is the reason I should accept this person's communication? This is a. This is a problem. People are in the industry, okay? Not for the freshers. Freshers still they have not gone into the industry. But understand this perspective, okay? The reason why I'm telling you this is one day you will be going into the industry, right? Soon, sooner or later, if you are not getting this clarity, you will not be able to film through that. Okay guys, everybody please switch on your camera and then focus here.
Okay?
So what are the key techniques to implement? Because you will have to understand what are the techniques to implement as well, right? So how to improve this communication method? First of all, if you wanted to get clear in Your communication always have a notepad and pen. Write it down. Write it down what you wanted to say. Take a notes of what is your business projections, what is the value which you are adding. What are the business goals is there? So you have to align the design with business goals always. So communication means don't think by talking English is communication here. This is very important communication which is called internal communication. How are you internally communicating? If you wanted to become clear internally to communicate something, ultimately your metrics and values needs to be very clear. Like let's say if your business has some kind of a stakeholders, if it's a B2B business. If it's a B2C business. So try get the clarity what is your business all about? Okay, so align your design with the business goal. Like let's say how much conversion rates can happen because of your design alignment. How much people can come and interact with your product. Like let's say if I have to really write it down, how many people will be able to get the outcome for your product or service what you're creating? Okay, you'll have to mention that second you will have to write about the conversion rates. Like let's say if it's a clicks. If you want to convert using your landing page, you have to write it down very carefully. If you wanted to drive engagement, you have to build that. So your communication should always be in terms of metrics, numbers, stats. In fact, that's the next point. Always use data and metrics. Try to understand people don't. People don't understand the business language by just talking here and there. Oh, I made a design manager. Please approve it. Oh development team. This. This design is really good. Please take it and do it. No, no. Tell me how it is important compared to the others. Tell me how it is very vital. And how it is X times better or how it is Y times better compared to the other design. What was out there? If you are not able to tell that metricated it is your failure not with the design manager. Okay, so a research understand why it is very important.
Okay.
And then dig deeper. Jagdish. I don't have access to any of the data. You will have to ask your clients or you will have to talk to your top management. You have to talk to your seniors or you have to talk to your mentors. One or the other way. You should get the data about this. If you're not able to get this data, you will not be able to clearly articulate or communicate. Forget about convincing them. It is not about convincing See, the entire meaning of this particular thing is exactly not correct. It's about communicating, showing the true benefit of your design. Showing the true intention of your design is most most important. Because the moment when you're able to show your design through a proper metrics, data and the goals, people will be able to relate to you very properly. Okay, so demonstrate your user journey and connect with Personas like that means. I'm taking one example here. But the point is you'll have to show the relevancy simple. This is what I mean here. How your product is going to be very relevant for our user in order to help them solve their problem. How user centric it is, how better it is compared to our competitors. Also, whenever you're talking to your design manager, you should show this kind of enthusiasm to show your energy I words learning. You should always show that you are adaptable, you are open to feedback. So every manager expect this. The way in which you present your design, it should be really iterative, it should be open to feedback, it should be highly adaptable. Like you should be able to accept the feedback what they're giving and you should adapt. If somebody is saying why it is not good, the kind of website or the application or something, what you designed is not really up to the mark. Try asking them questions why it is not important. So what is your expectation when you say it is not good? Could you please elaborate me? Could you give me some kind of a reference or online screenshots? Where are you comparing this? Are you comparing with competitor A, competitor B, competitor C? Could you please narrate it carefully? So when people are telling you I don't like, I don't like, I don't like, don't leave them, just ask them why it is not really good. What is making you say that? What is making you tell that this is not good? If you can able to bring this more clearly to me, I'll be happy. You have to tell them. See, ultimately it's your communication. How are you strongly doing it for them? Because if you're not able to do this, what happens is your ideas will all be getting rejected. Same goes for your client. If your clients also shows that this is not good, you'll not ask and hi Mr. Client, tell me why it is not important. Tell me why it is not good? No, this button somewhat looks little off. What is making you say it looks off? See, you cannot expect a designer level feedback, but at least you can expect some level of basic feedback from these people. Simple, fair, direct. If you are not able to get it, you will have to ask multiple times in a different way for them to understand. And ask them. Like let's say if somebody is tasting a biryani, okay. That person is saying I don't really like this biryani. Why? Some people will say it's too spicy. Okay? Some people will not say spicy. Maybe they don't have the ability to tell. Oh, a little bit salt is missing. Little. Oh, see, salt is exactly right. But you have any other problem towards that particular thing, okay? Salt is okay for you. It is high. You're saying. Okay fine. So sometimes the feedback will be very subjective. Also this person will individually try to put their bias. So that is why you need to be very careful enough in receiving the feedback also while you're presenting. That's why I told you, you have to be open to feedback. Because many times it will be subjective feedback. Please be little careful about it, okay? If you're not able to objectively take it, it will bias your entire research and you will go into the negative mode. You will not know who is giving right feedback for you. Because everybody out there will give you some kind of a feedback.
Okay?
So how you can able to do it step by step. Please listen to this very very carefully guys. Okay, See first of all, always research and gather your data collected user feedback. In fact I would say if it's a healthcare industry or if it's a digital marketing focus on showing functionality, usability and aesthetics. This is more more important, okay? In fact I would even put a comma saying always talk about this.
Okay?
Like let's say if you're showing some kind of a digital marketing campaign, as an example I'm taking, you can show how the AB testing results can able to improve the engagement. Show how it can able to cut short the cut short the journey. So try to mention like this. Because the moment when you're mentioning like this automatically it helps the people to get oh, this is what you are trying to say. Got it? Fine. Instead of just going and presenting some design with some figma screens, make a short ppt to bring this data. First, research and gather data. That's why I told you, right? Without metrics you cannot talk. Second, align with the business goal. I already told you that you will have to align. Jagdish, I don't know what is mean by business goal. It is your responsibility to go and ask your manager what is that business goal? If you are working in an organization without knowing its business goal, I would say you better quit that job. You are doing Some labor job there. Waste of time, waste of money. In fact you are paying more for the company. You don't think they're giving you 25, 30,000. You are paying more cost for that. If you would have ideally worked in another organization which is having a proper glare goal, you will earn 2x3x more than what you're doing inside that organization. Either your goal is not there or maybe the company goal is not there somewhere. It is mismatching. Try to understand this. Okay Jagdish, I'm asking my manager. He's not telling me. That is a problem. Wrong industry. I have not yet asked the goal with the organization properly. Then go and ask what is stopping you? Sir, from the beginning of this career I'm building lot of landing pages. Tell me what is our business goal? You have to responsibly go and ask them and then they will tell you. We are going to drive a lot of traffic for our website using this E commerce. Sir, traffic means how much people? More than 1 lakh people sir. 1 lakh people. If they are going to use this, are they going to be scattered across India? No, it is only across metropolitan cities. If it's only across metropolitan cities, people who are with the digital literacy are going to use or people who are using the laptop or mobile is going to use. No, only massively people are going to use mobile is going to use. So our website needs to be responsive for mobile as well. Exactly right. And how much people are that? 80% of the people make purchases in mobile. Oh. Then means it should be really responsive enough for the mobile screen. Okay. In that, in that mobile applications how much people are going to be our target market? It's only the youth segment. See your goal is now getting very very clear Based on the user's need and your business alignment. Your business knows it. I'm telling you guys. Most business knows it carefully. They. They launch their product. They make their investment only after this clarity. But you as a designer have to go and ask that. Don't be just a guy who's just implementing, implementing, implementing. Build screen, screen screen in figma. Leave it.
Okay.
Help out others also. Guys, thank you so much. And I'm making the other people also co host. Please switch on your camera. Great. Great. Great. Okay, wonderful. So the second point is align your business goal. Third create a very good visual presentation. See whatever you're doing. Ultimately if you're not able to present it carefully, waste of effort. People has to see what you're trying to say. Don't put lot of Sentences. You can use that Gamma AI tool also to create stunning visuals and presentation in minutes, right? I already told you that. Create a slide deck or prototypes or key elements to showcase that. Always try to create a story around it.
Okay?
Don't think that without story you can able to tell like let's say if it's a guest booking experience, the seamless impact and design. Try to always justify with a story. Try to create scenario and based on that scenario, you tell a story.
Okay?
If you're presenting to even clients, try to take that case very carefully and take one story. Sir, in our situation, the users are ideally using this scenario. Imagine if the user is traveling into the like, let's say city using this kind of a mobile application. Whatever you're building, how he will exactly operate. This is the challenges he will have, this is the results he will get. So try to storify that. If you want to learn what is torrification, go to my podcast and listen. There are three powerful podcasts I've recorded for stories. Okay, try to go and learn that. And fourth is be open to feedback and iterate. I already told you that always try to incorporate the adaptability. So this is the five important things. Research and data align with your business goal. Please go and dig deeper. Create a very good presentation for showing the metrics before and after. Make a form of story and then be iterative.
Okay.
And majorly to do it. First of all, try to take a lot of data and metrics and tell a story. In fact, this is what I've shown you. But in a more little deeper way. You will have to get this clarity. This is how you convince your manager or your client with a proper reason. Okay, so like let's say scenario, maybe you can take one healthcare app, you can take one product design app or whatever is your app. Can anybody type what are the projects you have which you wanted to really showcase to your managers? Like let's say Sneha has asked this question. Can you take one project, Sneha and give it to me in the chat box? Maybe I can also show you how you can able to do that. If you have any visuals or any kind of a case study also for the project, that would be super better because I can able to show you how you can take the metrics properly for that. Okay, you can go to my 250 prompt sheet also and use the star model to give that prompt to this project so that in one go you will get how to present this project in a more structured way. If you're not knowing that. Please go and learn that.
Okay.
Because that prompt is going to help you with that. Great, great, great. Okay guys, great. And I'm going to give you and I'm going to give you 50 points guys. Because today you guys have come. It's a Sunday. It's totally, totally what you call efforts you guys are putting. So go to your learning management portal and mark your attendance. Just a second. Mark your attendance. Yes. Yes, yes. Thank you so much. Great. Yes guys. Yes. Yes, yes. And what about people out there? Yes. Sad. Good morning. I can see your text. Great, great. So type out your one project. Sneha. That would be great for me to also explain to others. Okay. I'm just creating a speaker view spotlight myself. Okay, great.
Just share injectors.
Sure. In WhatsApp I'm not received.
No, in the zoom only. I just shared the link.
Just a second, just a second. I'm opening that. Why it is not. Ah, okay, got it. Yes, fine. Got it. So let me share my screen guys. Okay, look at this, look at this. Sharing my screen. Okay, look at this guys. It's very simple to understand and do this, okay? Like let's say some medical application she is having, okay. She wants to tell it to her manager. So what exactly you wanted to tell this to your manager. Sneha, what is your goal to present to your manager? What are you going to accomplish? Tell me that so that I can make it accordingly.
So basically the industry that I'm interested in is medical industry. So I, I have some proof of work that I have done some case studies in the particular industry. Also like it's a team project so I can showcase my like team collaboration skills here and how like start to end. We have completed a real time case study so I can show all the skills related to ux. So I can show.
Okay, so what you want to convince your design manager? Tell me that point. Imagine you're in the industry, okay. You're inside the industry. You want to give the presentation and what is objective for you to go and convince your manager, client. Maybe you're going to get more business or maybe you're going to get promotion using this project. Or maybe you wanted to do an extensive version of this project. Or what's your objective? Because the question is very clear today topic is convincing design decisions to your manager or clients, right?
So it's not.
So you have to tell me what's your goal?
So like I can go with like ex doing some extension on this. I mean further developing.
Wanted to further develop this Project, Right?
Yeah.
This is what I want. Excellent. So now what I'll do is I'm just looking at this particular option.
Okay.
I'm just trying to understand how is your entire thing. So I'm trying to create one option for you.
Okay.
I'm trying to save it as a PDF. Guys, look at this. What's happening? Okay, you can. You can also try this. Ideally speaking, if you are doing the codex, it is already sorted for you. You just have to ask only one prompt. Kindly give the metrics for this project. One what I have to talk in the design manager interview or maybe for extending this project. That's it. You are absolutely going to get clarity in this. Your codex is going to help you if you have ideally put this project. But for now I'm doing a different method also. Okay, just. Just watch what's happening. Okay, I'm just saving this file desktop. Okay, going to chat GPD and I'm going to put this document 52 MB. So big case study you have created. My Internet is super strong. I don't know why it is. Just a second. What is really happening? Just a second. Guys, give me a second. Fine. I think it's got it. Okay, so just give this one prompt, analyze this entire document and provide me a short pitch what I can able to make for my design manager in order to make him convinced that I have to do the version 2 of this project in a more extensive way. Take out the metrics and provide in the below format. In the below format, what you can put is I just told you, right? Simple. Copy this, paste it here. Instead of this you say show my openness to feedback and ide. That's it. You don't have to think much. Enter it. You'll see the magic. Okay, like let's say if your manager is can be reached through email or maybe your manager can be reached through LinkedIn or maybe your manager can be reached through a message or. Or maybe your manager can be reached through a phone call. Or maybe your manager is reached through a physical presentation. Okay, how do you do it? Can you provide the pitch statement for a simple phone call in two minutes? How I can able to communicate this message using the proper metrics, Analyze the document carefully and take out the metrics. Second, if I have to talk in email to pitch about this project, what are all the key important points I can highlight? Please provide that if I have to go and present him physically, what are the detailed topics which I can present in this format? Would you please help me out? You just have to do one thing, you just have to use this prompt. That's it. It will automatically provide you look. I will conduct the comprehensive user research focusing on healthcare. This will include survey usability, identify the pain points, what is the medical healthcare application having? By expanding this project, we can align our business strategic focus on enhancing healthcare accessibility. The next phase will be to target optimizing the application and onboarding 30 percentage more people and increasing engagement by 50 percentage contributing to our overall customer retention. See ideally if you have also put your business goal inside it, ChatGPT will give you even more precise response. Ideally I have not put it okay from the projects, I think it's taken somewhere else's data. But if you put like. Let's say if my business goal is something like I have to increase my customer base by 2x I have to create more digital presence for this product out there in the Indian market across India. My business goal now gets changed. So your output will be completely different. Please understand that.
Okay.
And it has also created a story. It has also shown that how are you open to learn? So now look at this prompt. Hi manager, I want to quickly discuss about an existing exciting opportunity to expand our medical project, its research. It's actually we have collected some substantial user data showing pain points. This expansion aligns perfectly with our strategic business goal which can improve the user engagement 50%. I have developed some prototypes. Would you like to see that? I'm open to feedback. When can we have a communication? That's it. Instead if you go and talk to your manager this year I want promotion. This year I want promotion. You know what, you will get the response. They will tell you we don't have budgets. They will tell you for a fresher like you, we cannot offer you more than 3.25 lpa. Another contrary feedback you will get saying already our team is working on this. Neha, no problem. Please go and work on what is given to you. If you talk generically, if you talk generically without understanding the context, without knowing the metrics and all this data and information, you will be treated like a amateur. You will be disrespected. You will be. You will be told no, this is not required. You just complete the screens, whatever we gave you. No, this is not very. Oh, you're saying medical. You wanted to work on medical version two. Oh okay. So why do you want it to work? Sir, this can help our business. If you talk generally, if you talk generically, if you ask for promotion, if you ask for project, maybe if you are very interested, you just Wanted to ask permission to work with your organization like this, people will never, never, never accept your proposals. People will tell you you can go and complete your work, whatever is given. In fact they will do a lot of back end work. Also they'll try to tell your manager the this person is sitting idle. Try to give them some work, try to push them, try to do it. They will not treat you like a matured person. Instead if you use this method, if you can able to bring some research, collect the relevant data, show the metrics and then make it in a form of a story. By showing how your research is going to align with the business need, then people can resonate with you. Then people will tell you, oh, so you're saying you wanted to Increase this business 2x by interviewing lot of people. Okay, so when are you going to field? They will ask you, so how much people are you going to interview in this particular project, what you have taken, so what is the project benefit? You are also ideally going to tell the benefit of the project, right? So people will know what benefit you are going to do for this company, for this business, you have to specifically tell the details clearly. This is what your communication is. If you ideally don't know, go and do the research. First try to take out statistics, try to take out some information. Try to understand your competitor who is very similarly using that. Take a screenshot, bring a stunning presentation showing that before, after, always try to install one mindset with you. You are helping the business. You are not projecting your what you call supremacy. Don't do that. If you have that, then that will become ego. You will get all these replies, no budget, all this problem. But when you have a tendency and a mindset towards helping business, truly wherever you are working doesn't matter. Okay, apply this. People will see your intention very clearly. The moment when you open your first letter, they'll understand. Is this person asking for a promotion using this project or is he truly trying to help the business? Any business owner can easily sense this without even having to tell much explanation. That is why this communication is very important. And communication just like that won't come. Communication will come from precise statements and information. By providing this look, email how you wanted to pitch it in person, presentation how you wanted to present it, chat GPT can give you some idea. But on top of it you guys have to go and formulate the strategy according to whatever is your need. But don't talk generic sentences, be very specific, be to the point and try to take lot of information and clarity before you go and address the business owner. Sometimes the business owner will not have much time. You should be able to understand why the business owner is talking like that. You should be understanding the ground reality also. So that is important for you.
Okay.
Yes. So I've taken a healthcare application. Show changes based on the user feedback, how the booking flow is. Maybe you can able to show some kind of a small idea or a prototype.
Okay.
You can show some demo of a concept. Like let's say Sneha. If you're going for presenting this concept, try to take one idea and create a concept around it. Show that as a presentation. See Look. So this is what I'm thinking. See initially this 10 user flow is coming. I'm trying to cut down this 10 user flow and try to create only one. Oh, how come one you are doing? So this is how it happens. Oh. People would love to see that. It is 10x better than the earlier one.
Right.
So you'll have to use this kind of a metrics to present it.
Okay.
Walk through the patient's journey, emphasize. Yeah, whatever. If it's a medical industry, you will have to show some kind of a compliance, safety, usability, all these factors. Because in medical industry these are all expected.
Okay.
Because the norms and the healthcare safety and standards is more important compared to any other industry. If it's a consumer electronics, then you will have to apply all the standards and complaints to the consumer. Electronic applications and products and everything. Right? Fine. So what happens when you are actually using this kind of a conceptual way of presenting with a matrix? You activate prefrontal cortex. Why? Because prefrontal cortex is somebody's creativity, vision, mission. I told you yesterday or day before, right? Prefrontal cortex, if you're activating it will make you see as a visionary. Same like that. If you show that. Hey business owner, come. You're right now earning 5 crores a year using the business model, right? I'm going to help you increase this to 30 percentage. By making a small change in our website. By introducing the small offer for our customer. We can do it. See, our competitors already did that. And we can able to do that. Can we do a pilot testing in this coming week? With this we can able to increase 30 percentage revenue. 5 crore is earning on top of it. 30 percentage is huge value, right? Like let's say it's close to 30 lakhs and maybe 15 lakhs. You'll be more than happy. Oh, bring me that idea. Show me. What is that? So people will activate their prefrontal cortex. If you are Able to use a proper aids and visual to do that. And also people will engage with you emotionally. Because storytelling engages amygdala but creates connection. It creates you connection. Amygdala is not good, but it creates some kind of a connection. It stays you little emotional.
Okay?
Because many times if you are becoming emotional, what happens? You take an impulsive decision. But emotional with the proper decision making will get you a very balanced decision. That is why your ideas and proposal will not get rejected if you talk exactly with the metrics and the data.
Okay, okay.
Digital marketing design focuses on conversion having 65% success when presenting analytics. This is a statistics case. Companies that are aligning with the business goals outperform their competitor by 219 percentage. I keep repeating the statistics because this is more, more, more important.
Okay.
Designs backed by data are 85 percentage more likely to gain approval Whenever you're talking to your client or a business manager design is true.
Okay?
So this is very important. Please understand this. This is not project strategy. This is real, real time statistics from statist from from various other sources. So this is very new for me. Also Digital marketing design focus on conversions have 65% success when presenting analytics. This is amazing. Great, great. Superb. So how we can able to do that? You can use many presentation tools. Guys. Miro for presentation you can use mockups and show that in Miro also it's very simple. In Miro you can use Figma. You can use this sketch. Whatever is comfortable, you can able to do it. I would say make a PPT presentation. That's enough. You don't have to show high end mockups and all. Okay, so use chat GPT to create this kind of a presentation content and everything and then refine. I just told you also, okay, you can use many Figma plugins like let's say use chart for visual data presentation. You can use something called Lumen 5. How many of you know this? There is something called Lumen 5 and there is another thing called lucid chart. I think I showed you the demo right last week. I'm sure I think I showed you the demo also for this lucid chat. It's one of the great tool. You guys can try this AI tool.
Okay?
Amazing Mind map and visual chart tool. Okay, see I'm just going back to the chat GPT. If I have to create a lucid chart for showing this user flow and the engagement matrix for this concept idea, what kind of input should I give for LucidChart? Sometimes what happens is chat GPT will produce you some input which you can able to ideally put it into lucidchat to get the output properly. Okay, it gives me an idea. Maybe this you will not get. Guys, but what the prompt, whatever I'm going to give now, this may not be available for you. If you are using paid version of Chat GPT, you can get it. Okay, can you give me a code how I can use this data to get converted into Lucid chat directly? Guys will be blown now. Okay, right here you can do it manually also. Don't worry about it. This is actually lucid chart. Guys, go to this, create a free account. It's a very good simple tool. Okay? Massively it is used for creating diagrams showing user flows, workflows. Look at this. Can you see some GIF happening here? This is what it does. Okay, Miro also pretty much does it, but this is enough. This is really a super tool.
Okay.
And the use case is little different for here it creates a process flow, visualize the overall organization, structure, technical diagrams, documentation, style, learning, interactive. Pretty much Miro also does it, but tried out this tool as well.
Okay.
Because many times what happens is the plugin is available like let's say, look at this, can you see some code happen here? Maybe I'm not sure in the free version you will get it, but try to use it if you are. If you are having some kind of a free, what you call version of some of your things available. Okay, sign up for free. Maybe just get started. Use your Google account. Okay. And get started it. Listen to this. This is how it looks like.
Okay?
You can create any shape here and let me paste what's happening. Okay. Actually this has not come exactly what I've looked for. Because ideal way for you guys to do it is watch that take input from the chat GPT, draw the block, start doing manual ways like that.
Okay?
But ideally there is one option in the. In the. In the chat GPT. Also recently I've seen that what you can do is internally Chat GPT and lucidchat is connected. You can create your input and you can just to trigger that flow. It's a small automation. The moment when you are able to click that option, you can directly open in the lucid chat. Okay, maybe I'll try to do it, but I'm not sure. But ideally for you guys it is not recommended. Also initially at this stage, try to do it manually. In Miro and other schools that would be most ideal for you.
Okay?
Because this is if you're doing multiple levels of automation, if you're doing A very high level of complex diagrams. It is. Okay, you can do that.
Okay.
But experiment with this. Ideally. I'm not sure why it is not coming, but it will come.
Okay.
And Lumen Phi is also a good tool. And Figma plugins also you can try. It's a small hack which I'm giving. You can try it out.
Okay.
And please reflect on this activities. Whatever we talked. Now maybe if I'm able to get this lucid chat, I will send you an output for that. But ideally it was suggested that you create your own presentation initially. Even if you're able to get the LucidChart output, try to take a screenshot and put it in your PPT and then show this exact business need properly. You will get the alignment for that. Okay, fine.
