Ask me why. How many of you know the meaning behind six and three? The power of six and the power of three, you guys may know power of one. That's okay. That was invented by design for change. But 6 and 3 is not invented by us. It is a universal principle. How many of you don't know this? How many of you know this? Type onto the chat. Have you seen hexagon? Have you seen honeybees? Honeybee structure is the most most stable and geometrically. Also we can able to space lot more elements. Even when you are. Even when you're designing any products, even when you're designing any kind of physical products, or even when you are designing a fashion related products, it doesn't matter the moment when something is designed for the six steps, you will have so much of clarity and stability in our process. See, I can able to teach it for even 20 process also. But I have concised it to just six steps. Because this was learned from my mentor. I've understood. If I'm not able to make you guys learn in six steps, you guys will not understand this process. If I tell you 20 steps to reach design, many people will start too much. If I tell one step to become success, you will get too much. What? Only one? You will be little skeptical. Six is the proper way to do. And I've also created the process and method for it. How many of you know three? Law of three. Okay. Law of three works many times. The reason being, if you are building any screens, or if you are building any products, or if you wanted to create a very good visual presentation or anything like that. If you keep law of three in your mind, you. You can able to create a great impact with your customer. If you're able to put three elements in your screen, people will be able to cognitively easily take it. If you go beyond three, it's become difficult. If you go beyond. If you go less than 3, sometimes the meaning is not conveyed. So law of 3 and 6 really works high. That is why you need to remember we have in our webinars we have something like three secrets.

And the process, what we have is six steps. So remember always the structure, remember always this number. Whenever you are confused while building your projects, your portfolio, you're. So don't tell me that Jagdish. I'm not job ready yet. Is it really an important for you? No. Listen very carefully. You will understand why it is. Okay, today we are going to see two parts. The first part is knowing about the industry. The second part is about professionally building your relationship. Because design is all about building the right connections and knowing it. Because design is a very niche and a small field, guys. This is not a very widespread field like data science or maybe software jobs or IT jobs, something like that. Design, I mean is a core design job, okay? Not the consulting or service job which people are outside working getting 10,000, 15,000. That's not what I'm talking about. That is always there. You can go and find any job within today Also you can get a job. But what I'm talking about is a core product design role which you have to really understand. Creating a big impact, not the consulting or the service job.

That is like very, very predominant in a country like India. Because you know, in 1996 the Indian government, particularly at the time Congress was there, there were a lot of service industry which we have signed up for. At that time economy was very, very down, falling. We had a big time turnover problem. And at that time government has to allow a lot of consulting industries, service industries. That is why that creative economy of the design has started shifting. We never became creative because of this kind of an initiative, but we cannot complain anybody for this. Government at that time particularly had no choice. You can see the CTs, this TCS and Infosys, Wipro. We got a lot of projects from us UK because we need that turnover to happen. And also the market was very, very open at that time. The global economy was also thriving a lot. And there was no downturn at that time. It was booming. The depression came in 2009 and 10 after that. Another depression came at 2019 and particularly pandemic hit and it became even more worse. But the consulting and service economy is very prominent. If you go to any part of the India, India, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Bombay, 80% would be consulting and service based industries. So we have not applied our creativity anywhere. And there is no chance also there'll be a set of instruction given, you will have to code it. There will be a coding given, you will have to develop that software, There will be a software given, you will have to do a testing, there will be a testing given, you will have to maintenance it. This is how our life was running. Anybody, whether they study engineering or not, end of the day they are only doing this because we need turnover. Companies needs to make profit, Company needs to pay you money, right? So we have been given 25,000, 30,000, 40,000. But this is not same now, particularly after the pandemic. The entire way in which the product design field India has started becoming creator economy. You know how much YouTubers are emerging from the India? The top 10 YouTubers 4 to 5 people are all from India. The creator economy particularly people have created a lot of social presence in their podcast channel. People are becoming a lot of celebrities and influencers in. In this. There is a new platform called substack. Okay, Substack. And people have started becoming great celebrities in. In. In professional platforms like LinkedIn. And people have started this, what you call there is another influencer marketing Strategy is going on.

These are all like very creative jobs. Like these economies started growing and what happens, lot of creative people are also needed. There are creative video editors needed, there are a lot of creative poster image creators needed. And there are a lot of people who need it for social media strategies. There are a lot of UI UX designers needed. There are a lot of product designers needed. There are a lot of branding designers needed. So this is how the design market started spreading like anything. And you can say that China has really caught up this really fast. After 2016 and 17, China has got up it really, really fast. Guys, we are 25 years behind China. To be very honest, if you want to get a global perspective, if you wanted to reach Jagdish, I want to reach 1 crore per annum very easily. What should I do? Run for China? There is no option. China is the place where the industries are growing in a rapidly faster rate. You're asking me to go for China. I'm just telling you the reality. It's up to you to go for China or not. But I'm not asking you to do that. But I'm telling you the way in which the Chinese economy is growing, it's very, very faster. You need to understand this. So you need to connect the dot why you're doing what you're doing. If you're not able to see the end of the road, there is no point in learning. You should know where are you playing. If somebody is saying that we can able to only offer 3.2 fi lpa. You have landed in a service job. Your targeting of the industry is completely wrong. And you're going to see this now. And you're going to see where is the gap really lying. And if you are not able to find that gap, you are entirely running this game in a. In a very different way. I'm so sad for you. I'm extremely sorry for you. There is, there is no. There is nothing to say that you will become success.

Because without digital and without the power of AI people cannot build any products and services. Now the way in which the creator economy is evolving in India, it's like you can't even imagine. But are you guys playing the right game or not? That is the question which you'll have to ask. And if you are able to get that, you are already coming into this game guys. And with that context I will tell you how we can able to identify certain industry gap.

Because I am talking about industry, right? You need to know how to find that industry gap. You need to get some clarity. What is really happening. Like many people have said that, right? People who wanted to start industries, they're already having an entrepreneurship idea inside them. I don't know, like your design journey is starting this way, but you will definitely end up being an entrepreneur. The more faster you are able to achieve that, the better aligned your life will be. Or else every day you will feel like you are force fitting something in your life which is not correct. Okay, so that's fine. Let's see the holistic designer in you. But you guys have little bit getting out something. But let us see tactically what and how it is going to be connected with you. So so far we have did one session, right? So now we are going into the main, main sector of it. Learn how to identify the industry gaps, create innovative solutions in both product design and UI UX design, whatever that is. Totally fine. Let's go into this first of all, why. We'll have to ask a question. Why? This industry gaps is very critical for the designer. See, if you're not able to find out the industry gap suitably, you will not be able to play a greater advantage.
