Day 93- Awakening Creative genius - Job Special Hackthon V2.0

This is a YouTube video titled "Day 93- Awakening Creative genius - Job Special Hackthon V2.0" created on December 24, 2024. The content likely involves a session or presentation related to creativity and a hackathon event, but no conversational dialogue or multiple speakers are evident from the excerpt.
They have painters the exactly how humans will be that the replicable. So the design is very straightforward. But coming to the Van Gogh design is still in psychologically, emotionally is attached with everyone. So only the design still in alive. So that is the thing creativity have without freedom. That that kind of design is not come to the industry. So that is. So what are you trying to say in one line? Tell me that your sentences is understood. But what is your final one word from this? Who answered this? Tamila? Who said this? Yes Karan, tell me what are the one one extract you're telling out of this? My one line answer is Freedom is the key key role playing in creativity. Okay. That means you are also bound by somebody. Somebody has not given you freedom, right? Who's stopping you? Tell me. Yeah, yeah. Stopping is about in where we are working the environment. Then quit the job. No. So you're saying that is your limitation, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. This quitter job is not matter. So what I'm thinking means I have put in the creativity in my mind. So I have to think about that creativity how we can do design it. This is my, this is my habit. This is my behavior. Okay. So if I working for any organization, I have to obey that organization. So that time I used my empathized design. I empathize the people and do for the design. So everywhere we have some barriers will be there. So we don't think about more about that barrier. So we know we are designer. We are doing something different. Karan, your answer is good. But try to tell it correctly. Because articulation is very important skill for a designer. Okay, one line, one word. I, I understand you're telling about the instances but also come to the exact point. Because that's what because already this topic is little confusing. Okay. Many people are getting. But I, I, I, I don't know how to. It's okay, fine. You practice that. I'm saying nothing wrong. Okay? Yes. Actually. Huh. Boss is a system. System. Actually what is the system? Box. Box is a system. Okay. So now telling the boxes means the system. Okay, that's good. One word. Okay. So Riyas is saying habits. Saying system. And box is a box is a version of being biased. And the creativity is. According to me we can define the box as a infinite means where the it is evolve. Evolving to be safer. You said infinite. Let's all put inside this. I, I'm drawing the boundary very big so that all answers come inside. Yeah. So basically it's very interesting that like if we consider design system as a box so you have predefined all elements, all of all the things there still you have some like space there to show your creativity. Every company does. Every big companies have their design systems. Okay. Set of. I mean that rules. You are thinking that as a box, am I right? Yeah. They have created a design system so that everybody can use that. So that is actually the box. I want to ask you one question. What is the difference between system freedom. I'm asking English words. System freedom. Sumana. System is basically like a set. What to say how some limits, some rules, right? Some kind of a protocol, grammars. Some you can say some grammar. Some. Something that you can follow again and again. Something like a protocol, something like a rules, right? What is freedom? Freedom is like I mean without any boundaries. You have thinking something, you are doing something. Okay. So freedom is like. I mean state of mind actually. Okay, fine. Let's. Let's understand. Freedom means. We all know that, right? So I'm asking one question, Sumana for you. Okay, One last question. So in every organization, do you think freedom should be more? Our system should be more. Freedom should be more. I think it depends on the role. Freedom should be more because like there is expecting some creativity and exploration. Can I tell you something? Yes. According to you, if this is more freedom is more. People would. How do I put it? People will start fighting inside the organization. People would throw stones at their head. Okay. Or people would argue like this Parliament House. People would. People would yell at their boss. Okay. People would throw. I would say the office will not become office, it will become a fighting pit. How many of you agree this what I said now. Now I have. Yeah. I said freedom is the state of mind, right? Set of systems everywhere. But still in some companies they feel that like we can work there and it's a good environment. So it's the way of using systems. See then rules are same. Sumana. There is no change for you. You. How you use it. It's up to you. I need it or not. Tell me exactly. Definitely. So you are saying freedom is higher. You only said now higher means like it's a state of mind. How you are using systems that makes the people feel that we have a freedom. Okay, apart from commenting, I don't think figma has anything new. So that is the groundbreaking or out of the box thinking. So for example, yeah they have figma has a commenting option where we can collaborate wireframing and prototyping tool. That's the difference between other. Yeah, but the figma has a comment option. So the comment option is we can collaborate. Adobe don't have that before. Okay, okay, you're saying that is a major. Yeah, because apart from that Figma did nothing special more than what Adobe was doing. Adobe was ruling for like long time. Only feature that Figma brought that made a huge change was they added a common feature. Okay, that is the out of the box thinking, not the out of the box thinking. Yeah, because what they did is people started looking at Figma, they started working on Figma and they started commenting and for example we both are working on one particular project. You can add comments and when I'm, when I'm awake I'm working on the project, I can see a comment and yeah, that's good collaborative feature. We all know. I mean I understood your point. Okay. Yes Rajan, go ahead fast. So box is the context. It's all about relevance. That's all about relevant. It's all about context. Okay, okay, okay. This is somewhat different. See guys, for box itself many people are telling different, different answers. I thought it's just a carton box, but the car, the box has this much of meaning inside it and everybody is having a different, different answer. Okay, balance, perspective. Tell me one minute. Okay, Aishwarya, you are. Yeah, I told my thing like being. Not being biased but like being an unbiased thing is like being creative. That's what my perspective is. See I would put, I would just add to Karan's ideology to, to me the groundbreaking. I am not into all these design background. I have not worked in that. It's okay, tell me. No, according to me a software is need something like we need to save some file then and there immediately but that is, that doesn't happen with figma. So being portable, being user friendly is what my groundbreaking thing according to figma. So I would, I. I'm not able to co. Like I'm not able to coherently say why like the idea correctly. So I'm just. Many people are not able to answer this because they were not able to tell coherently. See, Riaz is trying to answer. Rias has reached a.5 30. When I asked this question, okay, Riyaz and other people were in a different mindset. Now the time is almost 6:15. I mean it's not like we have changed now. Nobody has changed. We can't change in 15 minutes and all change takes more than 1015 years to, to really happen. Okay. We are trying to dig out the reality. We are going inward. We are going inward to find out what has been really blocking us so far. Okay, so according to me, I am saying okay, there is nothing called box. Whatever answers you guys are telling, no what this Figma collaboration, any idea you put in this world, it's all already thought. How many of you disagree? To me it's okay, you can disagree. Type DA in the chat box. Every idea is already thought. So you may tell Jagdish, this is a unique idea which I ever bought. Nobody has ever thought about it. If I can still go and find it out little closely, one or the other way I'll find out where you got this from either. Yesterday you would have watched some Discovery channel, you would have watched some animal, you would have watched some. What you call this discovery? What there is one program, right? So the lion goes and eats the prey. The tiger goes and hunts the dear. Okay, so something you would have seen somewhere, some instance, something has really stuck in your mind. And if I ask some kind of a problem which is leading to wildlife, you're bringing that idea. So one or the other way I can trace back all of your thought process to whatever you've seen or experienced before. There is nothing called box in my opinion. I'm saying how many of you disagree? Type DA in the chat box. Jagdish, can I say something? Go ahead. So according to my assumption is box is something that we put to ourselves, to our beliefs and our experiences and whatever we solve, as I said, there is no nothing called box. Okay? For a problem, solution can come from a variety source of courses, also making sense from anything. So when we are trying to find a solution to a particular problem, we confine ourselves to that area alone. Say, when we are trying to find a solution for a food industry, we always concentrate on only food, food, food, food and what is related to it. But the solution can lie in some other field also in some other industry also that we never see. No. Okay. Okay, okay. So Kanda is saying a different answer. How many of you agree to what Kanda said now? Yes, Agree. Agree. A lot of people are typing agree. Okay, that's good. Restricting yourself to one particular thing is. Is meaning that you are confining yourself to that particular box. Okay, There are a lot of boxes like that. Fine, we understand there is boxes, right? Boxes in a different concept. Somebody is blaming system. Somebody is blaming company. Somebody's saying their thought process. Somebody saying rules is a, what do you call? Design system. So somebody said design system is a box. That is how we have been brought up, right? In our schools, okay? Everything that is how we have brought up in home. We have Certain things. In school we have follow certain things. In college, we follow certain things. Got it. Got it. This. That is kind of imbibed in us. Okay, fine. I will never disagree to what you said, Khanda. It's. It's. It's definitely correct. Okay. To my understanding, out of box thinking is you have to see all other things. All other boxes. What. How they do or how they. What is the second box? What is the third box? What is the fourth boxes? So if you are aware of that then it is out of this box. It is not in this box. So it is in that box. So it is out of that box. Okay, let's come to your context itself. Okay. Kanda and other people's context itself. I'm asking you one last final question. Okay. The session is very simple guys. Don't worry. Session is going to start now. Okay. What do you do in order to break the box? Tell me that answer. Or so you're saying some boxes there. People who don't think that that box is not there. You don't have to write any answer. Okay. People who say some boxes there. Okay. That's what I'm saying is that you have to look around you and I'm asking everybody to write the solution. Kanda is giving the answer in in mic. People can also open the mic and tell. But can you write it in the. In the chat box? How do you take that box? Ability to think broad. Like you can analyze the situation and think broad and arrive at a solution. Generic answers. But you answer to yourself. Riyas leave others. It sounds like you are advising others. But let's put the fingers here. According to your box. Sumana has one box now. Okay, you have one box. Kanda is saying one box and dial has now broken everything. Have you seen dial's answer? Look at Dayal's answer. Dial. You use typewriter on something here. Please bring that. Please bring that. Dial has typed out on answer. It is. It is going to challenge everybody sitting in this call. Yes Dal, what is that answer you typed? Dial please. Can you type it again? I am type it for freedom, right? Ah. You said freedom. Discipline something. Freedom is discipline. So here people are saying boundary is happening. You are not able to creatively think. But Dyall is putting an interesting perspective saying if you are freedom only if you are having discipline, only freedom will come. So according to his statement, entire people in this hall is completely having a difference of opinion with this guy Dayal. That's what. That's what is happening. So I. So you're Saying with the discipline you can become creative. Right? But everybody's saying if you're out of discipline, I mean if you're out of the system, only we can go creative. That's what people are trying to say. That breaking the box and everything. My point is not that. My point is not that. I never. No, no. I'm telling about Dayal. Even, even discipline. If you are saying discipline then it has a certain set of rules, right? It is also having a confined box. It is there. It has to be done. So it is an. It is an invisible box. I would say whatever discipline. It is an invisible box. I am disciplined. I will do like this only. So I will not change it. Right? Okay. So it is also an invisible box. So freedom for me, I won't think. See, that is what I will go to. Philosophical. So freedom can be one person going against the set of rules that is followed by a common set of people. Okay, Might be that. Okay, again, freedom is also a trap, right? You can get easily trapped in freedom. It is not that. And you will not know in freedom. You will not know which direction you are going, what you are going to do it. You are. You are out of control. Definitely are out of control. You will try whatever you want. But again, that will not give a what a defined result or something to me. To me. Okay, so guys, now yes, the answers is going little or the end of this. Can you tell the one end word for this? Right? Fine. So this program has four different awards that and all we know. So let's talk about mission one. We talked about interview mastery. Mission two is about personal branding. Mission three is about industry gap. Mission four is about metrics Mastery five is unlocking hidden job. Six, we saw about work life balance. And the seventh, we saw about leadership secret. And the eighth, we are going to see something called creative super genius awakening. Okay, so in this context we are seeing a lot more things. I wanted to ask you one question. Like let's say what is design? You guys answered that. Then you guys answered, what is creativity? Then you guys answered there is something called box. Then people have said, this is how I break the box. Okay. Then again some people said there is no box. So there are a lot of answers coming. There are a lot of difference in opinion. There is a lot of people who are, who are agreeing to this, disagreeing to this. But let me make it very clear for you, okay, Let me see how you guys are breaking the box. Now if your answers, if your potential, whatever you are thinking is within you. If you guys Are now going to do this. I'm going to give you three quick challenges for you guys. Okay? Three fast challenges. Let us do a last round of answering the same question after this challenge. Is it okay? Let's not prematurely conclude any answers like this is what is my perspective. This is what is my answer. Let's not. Let's not keep that. Let's all keep a little openness by doing this one activity. Okay. The requirement for you guys is to take one project in front of you. Everybody has taken. Tell me every. I mean almost a lot of people has their project, right? Who doesn't have a project? Tell me fast. Jagdish. I don't have project. I don't have project. Tell me. Tell me. Type 1 in the chat box. If you don't have any project, who is idea solution? Neetu. Yes or yes? Yes. Take your one project. Yes. Earlier project. Whatever you have already you showed me. You know that figma fake jam file. Okay. Figjam file. Fake jam file. Right. Can you take that? Yeah. Okay. Take it. No problem. Okay. So now listen to me. So we know what is creativity. Why it is very important. Yeah. Hello. Sorry to stop you. I have been given a group. Okay. That's okay. You can take that project. Whichever I am comfortable with, I can go with, right? Whichever project you're comfortable, you take it. That's not a problem. Okay. It's not about which project you take. It doesn't matter. Okay. So we are trying to unlock the creative potential which is going to be available for you guys. So why it is important? Let me give you some statistics also why we are discussing this topic and why if we are not discussing now we are not going to discuss it ever. And nobody has a time to discuss with this. 75% of the professionals feels they are not reaching their creative potential. That includes the people who 5x higher revenue employees value designers. Employers value designers who think outside the box. Again they are also saying some boxes there. According to me there is nothing called box. Okay, said box limitation. All these things, right? Remaining 25 people doesn't even think anything. That's a different category. Okay. Companies that foster creativity achieve three solve complex problem. In here the employers draw a boundary of certain things called their competitors products. Right? According to them if somebody is thinking out of the competitors products they are calling it as a box. In a company's perspective, box means competitor. Am I right or not? In company's perspective, not individual. Individual inside a company will think many things. But company on a whole it will think mostly it Is competitors is a box. Like let's say if some kind of revenue growth they are getting buy some approved idea. If that company is making surplus amount of revenues then they will call that older revenue as a box. So company will think two things. One is the revenue, another is the competitors ideas. Right? That's what they call it as a box. When you guys are wanted to impress any company or get into another industry, your job is very simple. Show me one idea different from the competitor. Show me how it can skyrocket the revenue. That's it. You don't have to break your head like this. What you did. Am I right or not? Is your job simple or not? Tell me, tell me guys. I'm trying to, I'm trying to make you understand one very very simple factor. Are you guys understanding this or not? Many people think industries are very very difficult to crack creativity. This that I made it so simple for you. It's not very difficult. I'm saying you guys are thinking more about creativity, boundaries, freedom. So many people are telling definitions for freedom state of mind. A lot of answers is coming. But I'm telling you very simple. There are only two words according to the company. Okay? One word. How different from competitor. Second, how can you make more revenue which is surplusly different from the current one? If you guys are showing that to the company, nobody is going to ever care whether you have creativity or not. Nobody cares whether you know the spelling of creativity or not. Tell me, is it right or wrong? For a company's perspective, this topic doesn't have a big, big, big thought process at all. The reason why this has been brought is it is a big thought process according to you, the individual, the each and every people who are sitting in this call. You will have to ask this question to yourself. And many people are even changing the answer in this last one. Now I think in the last, how, how do I say the last 50 minutes, right? The answers keep changing. Imagine if I start keeping this brainstorming session for one day from morning to evening. If I'm asking you many challenges and other things, each and everybody will tell different answers. And you're going to see it live now. Okay, you're going to see it live now. So I just wanted to show you some kind of a stat. Okay, so now can we get into the action? Can we get into the action? Take out your notepad and pens, Take out your notepad and pins and write your one problem fast in front of your note. One problem, one problem please. Fast. Go ahead, go ahead. Write any problem if you are totally confused, if you don't have anything, take your recent projects. I already told you that. Okay. But to find one is also difficult. Meghna, what is this? Your smile is also questioning. I'm also questioning. I didn't understand what you're saying. No. Like the problem which will stand apart and makes a difference in the market. No problem is same. We are not talking about the creativity of the problem at all. Nobody has ever talked. That is a different topic altogether. What I'm saying is for that same problem only, many people are putting some boxes. That's what we are discussing. Did you join the call late? Yeah. You have to stay silent for a few minutes. Then only you will understand what's happening. Okay, fine. Okay. Observe. Observe. Because we have discussed a lot of things and then we have reached this perspective. Okay? Okay, guys, fine. No problem. It doesn't matter if you join later. Soon just do this activity. We will connect the dots finally. Make now. Okay? Yeah. So first activity, guys. Now I wanted you guys to first work on this individually in your project. Okay? Work on it individually. Whatever I'm saying, how many of you have heard this method? How many of you have heard this method? This is going to be a seven minutes activity, guys. Okay. So I will tell you the rules. First of all, to start this. Okay, listen to me very carefully. Listen to me very carefully. I'm going to be giving you one minute. Okay? For each of the word, I will tell you what is this one? One word. Don't worry. I will explain you that quickly. And then your timer will start for 62nd. What you guys have to do is you'll have to think that context. Please understand very carefully. You have to think that context. Whatever I'm saying, like let's say scamper I've written, right? I'm going to explain something for Yes. C. Okay. One, one, one. We will go first. Let's say yes means there is one context for this. Okay? I'm not going to reveal this. Wait. With that context, how will you solve the problem? How will you solve the problem? You have the problem in front of you in your notepad, right? Look at that. Okay, look at that. Look at that. 60 seconds. Tell me how much ideas you guys can bring out of it. Fine. It's a simple activity. Once we did this, we'll go for the next word. Fine. How many of you have already did this activity? Scamper method. Type out 1 in the chat box. Type out 1 in the chat box. If you guys have not did it, type yen in the chat box. No, I have not did this. Jagdish. I'm not did this. Many people have not did this. Okay, that's great. No problem. Fine. So now everybody get ready. Get ready. Okay. So now first of all I'll just stop it. Wait. So that you guys will understand fast. So the first word. What I'll tell you is. Sorry. Understand very carefully. Because this is little tricky to understand. Okay? Or else you guys will not get the context okay for the first word. Okay. Can you see my screen? Can you see my screen? What is this? Everybody can see the screen, right? Substitute. Substitute means what? We know all the meaning of substitute. But what I'm asking you is before I switch on the timer, take out your problem in front of you. Think about substitute. How can you use the substitute and bring new ideas? Like let's say in your project. Let's say you have a project of what I can take an example of this. Old age home, right? People are solving some old age home people. This isolation problem. Substitute. Substitute. In thinking of substitute. Okay. People are alone, right? I can bring new people to them. Or I can able to replace their thought process in order to make them not feel isolated. That's one solution. I may think one more possibility also. Like let's say, okay, I can put one more person with that particular age old guys. So that they will not feel isolated. Right now the problem is isolation, right? In your context I'm saying one team is already working on this and everybody has an individual problem. You think about substitute as a 1 keyword like an analogy. Okay? Like not even an analogy. I would say it's a. It's an adjective. Okay, let's. Let's take that way. Now bring out lot of solutions. Cool. Is it fine? Are you guys getting it? Type G in the chat box if you guys are getting it. Type G in the chat box. If you guys are getting it. Tell me if you're not getting, type ng in the chat box. Okay? A lot of people are getting it. G. Okay, good. So now your time starts. 60 seconds for you. Okay. 60 seconds for you. Only substitute. Only substitute. Only substitute. Same problem. Nagarjit, first you make a mistake. I will tell you an example again. That. So. Time's up. Time's up. Time's up. Time's up guys. Time's up. Okay, listen to me very carefully. So what are the ideas you guys got quickly? Are you guys getting this or not? Where I need to answer? You can write it in your notepad pen itself here. No problem. Okay. I don't want to type in the chat box because there is no time, is there? It's only one minute time. You'll have to write. So where you able to get some ideas? Give me some. Give me some kind of a solutions. What you guys thought about your problem using this word? Substitute. Substitute. Substitute. Tell me. Substitute. Tell me one example. Fast, fast, fast. Dietary. Okay. Okay. So I understand this. This team, right? The allergic team. Allergy. Allergy team. So allergy team, please give me one one answer. How did you guys use substitute? Sharath, Giridar, Tell me because I'm. I'm explaining you an example because people can get it now. Okay. Yes Sharad, go ahead. Yeah. Actually my problem is finding the perfect solution. We'll be getting lot of solutions now. So from that getting the perfect solution will be a small challenge. So for that my substitute the research method need to change. Okay. So you're saying you're substituting the method of the research in order to bring the best idea, right? Yes. Yes. Yes. Wonderful. Yeah. Superb. Sharat. Guys, did you understand? Example of Sharath? What did he say? Substitute cannot be only in terms of solution. Substituting the entire method of thinking the final solution itself. That is a great way. Anybody else one more example so that next. Next. Next I will not give you example. Guys. You guys can see the word and you can start going. That's it. Anybody else one more example. Fast, fast. Good Sharat. Perfect. Make people to do urban farming. Yeah, that's good. Make people do urban farming. But how is it? Substitute. Tell me this. Arun team, right? Arun team. Jaya. Tell me why. So we thought of like means creating a trust for them. Like building app. So in this the substitute. Is that why we are like creating trust to them? Why don't we make urban farming in their house so there will be automation. That's great. That's great. Superb. J. Perfect. Guys, are you understanding or not? Jagdish, I'm feeling little confused. People are doing but I'm not able to do. Who's like that? Who's like that? Type here. Yell in the chat box if you're like that. Are you guys getting okay? I think everybody's getting or somebody's not getting. That's okay. No problem. Fine. Let's go for the next word. You guys will get it. Okay, Got it. The. The. The method is very simple. 60 seconds. One word solution. Okay. The second word for you is. Sorry. One second. Combine. Combine. Combine. Again. Your time starts now. Your time starts. One second. Guys. You. What happened? Time starts now. Combine. Bring ideas. Bring Ideas. Don't put your pen down. Think, Think, Think. Combine. How do you combine? How do you combine? You do it now. The word combined has something, right? You do something with combined. Idea. Solution. You're asking question. Did you understand the first part carefully? Okay. Anagarjuna. I really like your answer here. Super. You're on the right track. First write it down. Then you can ask your doubts. Try, try. Make mistakes first. Okay? So now I'll give you one more context, guys. Okay. Combine. We know the meaning of the word combined, right? Combination. Let me ask you one question. If you can combine many ideas, what you had like let's say in your ideation session, you guys have got a lot of ideas, right? What combination do you think may really work for you? Don't ideate on the same solution what you guys presented in the last two days. Please don't do that. I'm asking you to combine new things. Will you try it now? Will you try this? I gave you a little. A little clarity and a perspective here. Can you try? Can we try it now? Can we try it now? I'm giving you one more time. Last minute. Okay? The other things I'm going to go really, really rapid fast. First you complete this, then I'll answer your doubts. Your time starts now. Is everybody writing? Please switch on your camera, guys. Guys, come forward. If you guys are not switching on the camera, how do I understand that you're serious? Are you working? Are you doing? I'm really sorry. I won't be having. I won't be having any control over you. People are in the front of my camera. There is one touch with that person with me. Okay? Please sit in a place where you can switch on your camera really fast. Stop. Stop. Guys, take out the pen. Stop means stop. Okay? Now tell me what's your doubt? Shan Redshaw. I don't have any doubt. I know you will get clear. That's why I asked you to do the activity. You will get lot of clarity when you do it. Okay, no problem. Superb. Oh, you just like that raised? Yes, sir. Okay, fine. And more person have rised. Who's that other person? One more person has asked me who is idea, Ideas Solution. It's clear. Guys, can we go for the next session first? Is it okay? Okay, get ready. First is substitute. Second is comment. Just put one small heading. Okay? When you're writing this sessions so that I'll tell you how you can able to convert it into a digital viewers. Okay? Third. Third. Are you guys ready? Adapt. Adapt. The time starts now. Adapt. Adapt. How do you adapt for your problem statement? Adapt it. Okay. I want everybody to type your answers. What is hadapt according to you? Did you guys get any answers for adapt particularly? Let's take Kanda's problem. Right? I have some camera issue. Okay. Do it. Do it fast. Fine. Okay. Did you get Kanda? You. Were you able to come up with something in adapt? Tell me. I was able to come up with one. Can you tell? I'm not thinking which is adapt in the sense it can adapt to various situations and various products. So we were talking about cold storage particularly we were talking about medicine. I was thinking it can adapt to other food and beverages also. Is this right? Or that's good here. Perfect. Perfect. I'm also thinking in one more way. Why don't you design a drug in a way which can adapt to all temperature conditions. So there is no need of cold storage at all? No. Okay. Cold storage, hard storage. No storage is required. Just that I have written in substitute. No, that's not substituted. How it's substitute. Tell me. It's actually adopt. Okay, no problem. I understood. But now are you getting clarity? Tell me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I'm asking. Okay. Good guys. Anybody else? Good Conda. Perfect. Chitra, can you tell what did you do for adapt? I said simple ui. Simple ui? Yeah. So that it could be adopted globally. Oh great. Great. No, no. Again I understand your point. It is good. But can you little bit think deeper also because you've been working in the project one week. So we can do even more better. Like let's say I can make an adoptable option for this particular. Like what is your problem? This is a money management, right? So money management. You can write. We can make an application which is not just simple. Which is also adaptable for youngsters, age, old people. That's your target market, right? You have a problem of youngster age. So this is what has been adaptation. Are you getting it? Think a little more. You can stretch your limit time's sake. You can stretch your creativity. Yes, Aishwarya. So yesterday we night we had some brainstorming sessions with my Shashank's team. That is like so like just. I'm just echoing what it happened like last night. Okay. So I'm adding the newer options. That is we. We found a solution for it. Okay. But the solution is bringing like. Like we have to like. Sorry, like coming to the adapt. Adding the newer options in the AI feature. Making it user friendly despite being digitally illiterate. So this is what my adaptability is. This is not adapt. This is evolve. Adapt is different. Okay, fine. This. This can also be adapt. But you can find one more meaning also. Your understanding is partially coming, Aishwarya. But I would suggest you can do little more activities. You will automatically get what has been adapt. For now you can just focus on the next next activities. Okay. Wait for it. See now Kanda understood. What is the difference between substitute and adaptation. You will also get it slowly. One by one people will get the clarity. Okay? I mean you're on the right track only not in a completely different track. Okay, can we move for the next activities, guys? Okay, please allow me. Because the time is running. Purva. Just wait. Is this relating to this topic? Purva? Yes, sir. Go ahead first. So yesterday we were talking about like we were thinking about only one constraint. But for example, if we want to distribute the seeds. So we were thinking from adaptation from Himalay to Kanyakumari. For example. If. For example I want to grow seed. How for ex. How Himalaya people can use this? Like we talk about the feature of the scanner studies. So that scanner can tell how it can adapt the climate. How it can adapt the the soil related to it. From Himalay to Kumari, Rajasthan to Perfect idea is good. Your thought process is good. But what I would say is make it also think little practical. You can go very wild, nobody's stopping you. But make it also a little practical. If you are going to do this in real time tomorrow or in the next week or if somebody is giving you a chance like let's say Purva, you're going for the interview. And then if some industry is aligning with this project and they're very interested in your work. If they're asking you to develop it, I'm sure you will not do it. Because you know it's very, very big. Right? So also think about the practicality. Okay? But. Okay, fine. You're on the right track only. Let's go for the next activity. Guys. Now I'm adding one more variable for you, okay? As you call box. No, whatever. This box. Cotton box. I don't know. Plastic box, whatever box you call. Okay. Now in the 60 seconds I needed you guys to ideate four different ideas for this particular word. Okay? Four words. That means every 15 seconds you should come up with one idea. Don't tell me you're not getting any. I will never agree to all these things, okay? You will have to bring the idea somehow. Are you guys ready? Please pay focused attention. If you are completely focused here you can get the idea. Don't tell me I am not able to think. If I have coffee only I will think. In the middle of the one o' clock only I will think. Don't tell anything. Okay? Just do it. 15 seconds. You need to have an idea. Timer is going to start. I am setting you the context. You know your problem clearly you also getting little bit warmed up with substitute, combine, adapt. But now here is an interesting thing. Modify. Your time starts now. Okay. Remember, 15 seconds, one idea. Don't write one idea and show me. Okay, I want everybody to type four ideas here. Your time starts now. Modify. Modify, Modify. Did you guys write one idea? Tell me. Yes. Tell me. Yes, in the chat box. Type yes in the chat box. Type yes in the chat box. It should be. It should be. It should be a proper idea. Okay, now your idea should be practical as well. Particularly this. 15 seconds. What you're going to think now. It should be a practical idea as well as it should be a. Modify, Modify, Modify. Don't write some random ideas, please. Okay, Modify. Your time starts now. Okay. Okay, listen. Second idea. Everybody has got the second idea. Type two in the chat box. If you guys got the second idea. So now the third idea should be modify practical idea. And you should be able to solve it before this weekend. That idea, what you're thinking for the modify. It should be an idea which you have to solve it before this weekend. See what Kanda said? No. That idea will take at least five years. That's a R and D project. That's a. That's the most innovative project. Okay. It will take time. It will not be implementable in this weekend. So think about one idea in the next 15 seconds which is a modified. Practically implementable before this weekend. Can you think about solving that problem? Idea? So a lot of ideas should come now for you. But you'll have to pick one idea which can be implementable this weekend. Your time starts now. Okay. How many of you are not able to write this? Type N in the chat box. If you're not able to write this third part, let me tell the last part. Wait. Not able to write it. Not able to write it. Why? Why? Why? What happened? What happened guys? Are you here in this session for the past one hour? Are you guys. Are you guys sure about your problem? Okay. Only four people. Okay. Remaining people are writing. I guess so. What happened, guys? Tell me, were you not able to write it? Why? Why? Why? Why one person raise your hand. Balance. Perspective. Expression. Solving. Idea. Problem. Unique. Tell me why you're not Able to write it. Guys, fast come forward. Did you write it or not? How do I understand you? N means what? Yes, Aishwarya. Did you write it like I wrote something? But then you wrote it, right? Wait, wait, wait. Let's not come out. The idea. Idea will be very, very different for each and every people. It's not a session of discussing ideas. Did you come up with something? That's my question. Type yes. If it is. Yes, that's what I'm asking here. Very simple. Maybe the constraints would have been little difficult for you. Yeah, that's what I'm asking. Ramraj, please type yes. If you have done like. Let's say people who have not. Did guys understand my question carefully. Is my communication simple? Listen to me very carefully. Because this is an intensive activity. If you misinterpret what I'm saying then the objective of this activity will be missed. Please pay close attention. That's why I told you switch on your camera. Pay close attention here. Because I know if you're switching off the camera you will be in half of things. Okay. Okay. Now tell me guys, were you able to ideate or not? Tell me. Type. Type N. If you're not able to still idea. I did not even get one idea also in the last 45 seconds. Tell me that. Okay. Okay. Okay. Fine. Nobody is there. That's great. That's a good symptom. So now the last activity. Listen to me very carefully. Each and every word what I'm saying. Very very carefully. So now you guys are writing modify, right? So in your own problem you guys are modifying this idea and making it very practical and implementable before this. This. This. This weekend, right? Write one more idea which is going to be a master blaster like Jagdish. This is the best idea. My team will also agree. We can also implement this evening. It is a modify. Your time starts now. I'll repeat again. It should be modified. Team should be practically implementable before this weekend. All of your teammates are going to be liking it. Your time starts now. I'll give you 10 more seconds. Do it. Okay guys, stop. Did you like that idea? The last idea? Everybody, did you like that idea? Is it better than the two, three ideas what you've written before the last one. Arun, Ramraj, Riyaz. Is it better than the earlier idea? Riyaz, were you able to idea? Tell me. Yeah, yeah. Give me one example. So I was thinking an idea for usability test. Usability test? Yeah. Tell me what is that idea? So I was thinking like probably have Them do a focus group to do a mass observation. Okay. Your, your problem is what? Can you tell me your problem? So the problem is I'm trying to build a user Persona for back end engineers. Okay. That's a problem statement, right? Yeah. So what's your modified solution? Tell me that. So the modified solution is. Priorly we used to do the workshops and things, I thought. Ah, got it. Super, super. Yeah. So now your solution is mass audience observation. Am I right? Yes, yes. Super weird. Wonderful. Got it. You are in the right track. No problem. But is it powerful or not? We will have to discuss and debate it. That will come. That is quite debatable. Yeah, that is fine. We will do that later. Okay. Okay. Are you ready for the next activity? Again, there is no split here. There is only going to be one minute, guys. Okay, fast. This is very interesting. Put to another use. Most, most easiest part out of all this camper method. The fifth one is the most, most, most easiest part. Can you guys try this? Put to another use. Listen to me. Your idea, your problem statement is there. Okay? You have lot of ideas within your teammates and your ideas, you have brainstormed lot of. Listen guys, don't do it now. Listen, you guys have lot of ideas. Can you try to think of any alternate for this? Hey, I have a solution. Like let's say I'll take Karan's example. Okay. So Karan is saying transportation, this, this freight charges some rates wise. He's giving a quick suggestion for the vendors, for the people who are the transporters and everything. Right? So if he talks about put to another use, he'll say hey, I can use the same idea for air traffic management also. I'm just saying same idea. I'm not changing the idea but I can put it for another use. Will that be okay? No. Ad traffic management has got nothing to do with this. Okay. Can I use it for income tax calculation, tax regulation calculation? Can I use the search engine for using the tax regression calculation? Yeah, it can be a better idea. Okay, one more possibility. Okay, I can use the same search engine. Whatever Karan has yesterday shown us to us, we can also think about using as a personal chat, right? Like let's say if you're going for a shop, if you're buying one product. So this particular chat, whatever you have already your feed algorithm of your spending habits and behavior. So I'm saying the financial management application or team also, they are also doing something. So why don't I have a financial management app which is having a search feature which can able to give my idea. Hey, based on the spending nature, whatever I had give me what are the best product I can buy in this day for my usage Suggest me. So current steam is entirely putting use to another product with their idea. Did you guys get this point what I'm saying? Did you guys get the example? Ram Raj vet Rias. It's a very simple. It's a most, most simplest activity. Okay. I wanted you guys to ideate at least four ideas now really fast. Okay, do it. Four. Your time starts now. Try to think about other teams ideas as well. Try to think about existing experience and inspirations as well. 30 seconds up 15 seconds. Ramraj, you're still thinking. Put the pen down and start writing. If you think you will not get anything. You should start writing, scribbling, doodling, drawing. Then only ideas will come scratching your head. No idea will come. Okay. How many ideas did you ideate guys type out of the chat? 1, 2, 3, 4. Who? Who has five ideas? Tell me three ideas. I actually I appreciate you Tripti Arun. Two idea. Balance, perspective. Two idea. Okay, who has got five ideas? Five ideas. Tell me three ideas. Okay. Everybody is hitting that ceiling of three. Why? Why? Why? Just because we did. Four people are trying to write three, four. What if I tell you next activity you guys are going to ideate six ideas. Now can we try it? Six ideas. Put 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Do it. Do it now before we start the activity. Number it. One, two, three, four, five, six. Okay. Put one, two, three, four, Five, six. Have you put it? We are going to fill six ideas in just 60 seconds. 10 seconds per idea. Okay. Are we guys getting it? Listen now your problem is very clear. You started substituting your idea with many things. You started combining your idea with many things. Now you're becoming little creative. What you call potential. You're trying to adapt it as well. You're trying to modify and then you're trying to put to another use. Now you know to play around with your creativity to a greater extent with this. With this warmed up state. Okay. Give one more attempt to use this keyword to bring six ideas in just 60 seconds. Have you written 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Do it exactly what I'm saying. I'll tell you why I'm asking you to write 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. If you write nothing, your mind will only think of one idea. If you write three, your mind will think of three idea. If you write six, your mind will think of six ideas. Got it? Eliminate. Can you use this word eliminate to take out Something from your idea and give the best possible idea to your problem statement. Can you reduce something? Can you eliminate something? Can you make it leaner? Time starts now. Material you are thinking, please write it down. Don't think, just write. I'll give you 30 more seconds extra. Can you try to fill the six ideas, please? I'm giving you 30 more seconds extra. Okay, can you fill the six ideas and tell me six in the chat box if you guys have did it 30 more seconds extra. Six, six. I don't want five. I want to. Stop, stop, stop, stop. Come here, come here, come here, come here, guys, come here, come here. I want everybody to open your. Okay, okay, Come, come, come. Let's not do the last one, okay? How do you feel now? Did you find some boxes coming inside you? Did you find some boxes? What is the material of the box? Whatever you saw now a lot of boxes. You will see another box. Now just wait, just wait. I just wanted to get a feel of is. Is somebody feeling really comfortable or not? I'm not sure about it. Hold on, let's go for the last one. Okay, wait, wait. Let's go for the last one. Before we conclude this, okay, listen to me very, very carefully, guys. Okay, very carefully. Listen, this is the most, most difficult part of this entire activity, okay? Most difficult. If you guys bring at least two ideas, I'm really happy. Okay? If you guys bring at least two ideas for this, I'm super happy. What is this? Okay, are you ready to do this? Okay, you're going to go something ulta. Now, if you're thinking conventionally, like what you used to do before the session, okay, you will not be able to ideate even one idea. But now I'm asking you to do something very different. Okay? Can you flip all of your thought process now? Like, let's say you have a problem, you're solving it, right? You all have a problem, you're solving it. That's what you guys are thinking. Can you flip it? Can you flip that same same problem into an opportunity? Like, let's say the word is very simple. I'll tell you. What is this word? Reverse. What does mean by reverse? Don't write solution. Just wait. Just listen to this context first. If you're not getting the context, you won't be able to do it properly. Reverse the last most difficult thing. Okay, listen to me. Can you reverse your ideas and bring some something out of it? I will not tell. It will be a practically good. It will be practically not good. I won't want to bound you with something with the initial third process. Okay, I'm just telling you reverse. Can you think reverse? I'll give you an example. Okay. Like let's say. Like let's say you're having watch. Okay. Your project is to what you call. Okay, I'm taking an example of watch. Okay, I'll take an example of your case. No, like let's say what is that? Financial management Is there isolation? Is there. There is another project which I did not tell about. Or the other one. Okay. Urban farming. Let's talk about urban farming. Okay. Urban farming. Urban farming is there, right? So what is reverse here? Can anybody tell me what is reverse here? First of all get me a thought. Then we can ideate on that. Okay, listen to me carefully. This is little tricky. You need to understand this. Okay, fine, fine. Go ahead. Go ahead. What is this? Urban farming. What is this Urban farming. You guys have ideated? Team. Team. Come on. Lot of people are there from the urban farming team here. Give me one solutions. What you guys got from your earlier solution. With that only we can do a reverse. We can just like that, think reverse. Okay, give me one idea please. Arun Kumar, you only music. Should I keep it from any step again? Anything. Anything. You give me one idea. No. So we have the personal personalized feed for the people who want to eat organic food. We can also like decision the point put to another use. We can also use it for the people who are having disease. Like what type of dietary options we can give them. People who are having disease also can be used with this urban farming methodology. Right? That's what you're saying. Can you be little bit more specific? I'm not still able to understand your idea. Like we are making the personalized feed for the people who want to buy the organic food. Have you seen the screen we have showed like the US screen for that. Like they will be getting videos and images. And they will be getting the option to buy a particular organic. So why can't we also make it for the specific disease? Like we will be having a form like a filtration form for the people. And they can have their context in there. Like what type of disease are they are having? What type of diets do they prefer? And then we can give again the personalized people. Arun, can I tell you something? You already did the reverse, man. How many of you understood Arun's answer now? It's okay. It's put to another use. But you also did the reverse. See, urban farming is what we are doing it for. Sustainable living, right? You're doing it for sustainable living. That's the linear way of thinking. So all of your ideas will come. What linear way of thinking? How do I make it happen? How do I make it happen? How do I. But reverses something going Ulta. How do I kill people with this? In this case, Arun is not killing people. He's killing the viruses. Are you guys getting this or not? How many of you got it? Type BO in the chat box if your bulb is on. How many of you understood this example now? Type BO in the chat box if your bulb is on. We are just doing something Ulta. Like let's say cold storage. I'll take an example now. Now you guys will get it much faster. Okay. Cold storage. How do I make it reverse. Now how do I make it Hot storage? If I put hot storage, what will happen? The bacteria will die. Maybe this bacteria, maybe this drug. If it's in the hot condition can solve some other problem. Right? For this person it is not usable. But for other context it is usable. Am I right or not? Am I right or not? Yes. Yes. Are you guys getting it or not? So see whether it's hypothetically real. It's going to happen. That is not what I'm asking. I'm asking are you able to think? Reverse is what my thing. It's a little difficult. But if you guys do it consciously, it'll be better. Okay. I'm going to switch on the timer now. Arun, scrap all of your ideas. Okay? Arun, that's why I asked you where are you coming from? You're already. Okay, fine. Let's leave this. Okay. So now freshly I want two ideas from you guys. Okay? It has to be completely ulta. Like let's say if you're designing a chair, that's your project. Okay. Now you design a chair where people can't sit. The objective of chair is what to sit, right? So you're saying like. Let's say Chitra is having an idea of. I'm going to make a chair. People can't sit. People will fall down if they sit. Why? Because people are sitting too much. They are becoming lazy. They are becoming. You know. Right? Sitting is a new smoking. You guys are getting into a big health trouble if you're sitting for a long time. Ideally speaking every one hour. We should also do that. We have to stand. We have to stretch a little bit. But she is designing one device which will not make you sit more than one hour. Can you now think of something like that? Chair design. I'm just giving you chair as an Example. But in your case, you guys reverse your thought. I. I think I've given you enough example. Now give me best two examples. Your time starts. If you are done, can we tell Jagdish? Sorry, sorry, sorry. I was in mute. Are you guys done? If we are done, we can tell the idea. Yes, yes, yes, yes. So my revising idea. Okay, you have old people, right? So first idea is you design a drug. Don't make them old. Okay, good. Your problem is isolation, right? Isolation, like because of old age. Okay, fine. But you got the idea of reverse, right? Yeah, yeah, I got the idea. But you took the wrong problem. You guys are solving a different problem for us. Okay, fine. So you're saying you're making them young. Okay, fine. That's a good idea. What are the other. You don't make them like. You don't get the old days. Mc. What you said, is it possible or not possible? I'm not. I understood. That's. That's not the discussion. The thing is idea. Next one. Okay? And create some jobs, okay? They are given some concrete job and responsibilities so that they are not isolated. I have a government. Government is like asking, okay, top five banking provincials who have been retired who are not working. So we want your service mandating that service so they are occupied with concrete responsibility. So they will be engaged. It is actually put to use. It is not reverse. It is put to use. Put to another use. Sorry, it's put to another use. It is not exactly reverse. Reverse could be like. Let's say they are. They're in isolation, right? You're saying some job should be given for in fact, that is called substitute. Also one or the other way sometimes it will overlap. Guys, many ideas will overlap between substitute or put to another use. Definitely it'll overlap. Okay, but there is a strong meaning also we can establish for that. Like, let's say the example is very strong. Then you can say it is only puttius. It's only substitute. Okay? In your case, that is not surely reverse. Reverse could be something like this. Like, let's say they're in isolation, right? They're in isolation. They're in isolation. They're in isolation. So I will create isolated society for them so that they're feeling very comfortable. I've used that in like, what do you call modification? Modification make them sleep easily when they are isolator. Like you told me. In modification being practical, implementing something which can be done even to the next thing. I have added your idea. No, I am putting something reverse here. I am not asking Them to put in a community. I am asking them to put in a isolation society. Are you guys getting what I said now? A society of isolation. People see this is a problem but I am again making it even more worser. I'm not going to solve the problem. I'm reversing this. Let me see what's happening. If I put in a society of isolation. Isolation. Isolation. Maybe these people can work together. No, maybe something can happen. I'm not sure. I'm just thinking like a little ulta. That's it. See, hypothetical. That's it. But Aishwarya, you got the point. You are in the right framework. Only thing is if you think little bit deeper you will be able to get it. Who did not get answers for this? Reverse. Tell me. Type N in the chat box. Type N. I want people who did not get the answer. Like let's say Jagdish. I'm not able to get any answers. Not even one? Not even one. Tell me. No problem. Okay. Who is ideation solution? Actually I did for my project. I. I didn't. I. I got a reverse. It's okay. Fine, fine, no problem. Tell me. My reverse answer was to cut the expenses. The two step authentication method once we are going beyond the level like 10,000 we are spending today means it need to be get authentication. We need to get authentication from our friend or our parents kind of things. It's like a restriction psychological restrictions. Okay, okay. So we need to get a OTP from there. We need. We need to set them as a two step authentication. Once I will expense after 10,000 means we need to get authenticate from. From mom or friend some who have a responsible about us. Okay, okay. That is the idea. So you're seeing the two step authentication. One is from the parents or whatever you are saying, right? But how is it reverse? I'm trying to understand first is the expenses how to cut that. We can reverse that. Oh, so you're saying that reverse. Okay, okay, okay. It's very good here. Practically implementable as well. Very nice, very nice. Super. How many of you understood this example? See, it may be a small example but the meaning is really understood. Right? So everybody is getting this context last Reverse. Okay, how many of you observed in the step six we ideated six ideas. In the step seven we ideated only two ideas. Tell me why? Why you are not able to bring six reverse ideas? Tell me. For the practical adaptability. No, no, I did not tell anything practical. I told you. I'm asking you one question. We did not work too Much Arun Kumar is having the answer. Okay. Come in the front of the camera. Okay. In the step six I asked you to ideate six ideas. 10. 10 seconds each. 8. But in the seventh one, why did we only ideate two idea and that Too many people are saying I'm not able to get it. I'm not able to get it. Why? Because. Tell me. We didn't pick the numbers. You asked me to do two. Okay, fine. What are you inferring from this? Tell me what are you inferring? So you tell me. The box has blocked you. I'm not. There is nothing like box. If I asked you to ideate 10 reverse ideas you would have ideated 10. Just to disprove you only. I gave this deliberate activity. Okay. The thing is. There is nothing called box and everything. If you properly tune your mind. If you give the command properly you can even ideate 20 ideas. In this 60 seconds. Nothing is stopping you. Nobody has ever stopped you. Did anybody comment? Put a drug inside your brain to not think. If that happens then it's a psychedelic drugs and it's a disease. We are not discussing about that. Everybody has given you freedom. Everybody has given you some kind of a time. Okay. Here the boundary may be time. We would say that as a boundary, a discipline. If I asked you to come with five ideas you will even take one day to bring five ideas. You will take time till Sunday and 7:30. Ram Raj will say. Jagdish, we need five more minutes. Jagdish, five days is not enough. You need five more minutes. Okay. Jagdish, wait. 7:55. No. Wait. Wait. 8:00 clock call started. Ramraj. No, Jagdish, we are aligning. Wait five minutes. Wait. Right. Even if I give you one year time, we still will make five more ideas. We are not. We are not perfect. We are all humans. We know that. We will keep on dragging this. But when a time frame is given how did we come up with six ideas? Who came with six ideas? Guys, tell me. At least five. At least four. In that sixth one I want to see in the chat box. Who came up with really six ideas? At least five. At least four. Tell me. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Fine. Arun is only typing two. Okay. What about others? In that sixth step how many ideas did you come up with? We did not research enough. Who is that easiness? Amazing. Here Sharat K3.3 is also a good answer. Okay. Somebody's saying 4. Somebody has 5. I want to see who's 5. Who's 6? Regarding the res like in the reverse thing, how many ideas or a total? No, no, no. In the sixth step. Sixth step. Okay, the seventh one, how many you got three, four, five. I got three. Okay, you got three. So everybody is typing three again. Why? I asked you to find six. Right? So some people are saying four, some people are saying two. Some people are saying C3. Some people are not able to get it. Okay, fine. If I make you do the other activity, the sixth one again, one more time. I am sure Sharath will ideate 5. I am sure the people who type 3 will, will write 4. I'm sure people who written 5 will go to 6. So what does this mean? Tell me what does this mean? Improve. Improving your own idea. No, no, no. Don't give me usual answers. That is not happening. Not improving. Tell me things we already mentioned. We are not thinking about that. We are thinking about the additional already. Four is there. So we are not. We are just ignoring and we'll be starting thinking four, four and five for me. Okay. Yeah, yeah, I understood Sharath. What is that meaning? You're telling the explanation but I'm saying what is the meaning of this? Somebody has typed out we can set our own limits. That's what I'm asking. It is all in our mind only what we are setting our limitation. Like let's say people who have written three. No. You're not confident that in 60 seconds where you are able to come up with six ideas. If you're enough confident you would have definitely got six ideas. It doesn't matter how much quality idea is that, how much non quality idea is that? Who's that for? Sharath has thought I can do four. Subconsciously you are programming yourself that I will make it four. This is called mindstorming. When you force yourself for a particular time, for a particular number of ideas, you can do it for anything, guys. Even you can do it for your personal problems. You can do it for your professional problems. You can do it for your creative ideation session. You can do it for an expenditure like let's say you're losing out money. You wanted to understand how you can able to save some money or how you can able to cut down your expense. In this month I'm going to make 20 ideas which is going to cut down my money and I'm going to save 10,000. You put it in a paper, you and your partner, your wife or somebody, just sit and write down 20 ideas. 20 ideas. 20 ideas. Don't stop. When 10 ideas comes 15 idea comes 16, 17, 18, 19. It's not easy. It's damn difficult. But the 20th idea will be magical idea. Can I tell you why? Can you tell? Can somebody tell me why we are commanding our brain? Shut it. Let me. Let me complete the statement. Sharath. If you stretched yourself to bring the sixth idea, the sixth idea is going to be the breakthrough idea for your team. Maybe the last idea is already a breakthrough idea. You go and check with your team. It's going to be amazing. I've not seen your idea, but I'm 100% sure. Because when we give a command to our mind automatically what happens is our mind goes and finds out the best possible way. And it will save you. For the sixth idea, it will not give your full creativity for six, it will. It will give little creativity for one, little more for two more for three or four, for five. And the sixth one, you will automatically bring the best, best, best idea. How does it happen? Tell me. Brain has exercised. Hey, who's that exercise here? Okay. We are building on previous ideas. Okay, Somewhat tangible. We are building on previous ideas. Who's that solution? Simplicity. Somewhat good. Somewhat. Somewhat. Really a better answer. We are building on previous ideas. Right? So you guys are scrapping out the old. You guys are bringing some new and then you are stretching your limit. And then you're also exercising enough of your what you call brain. And then you're also building that there is all these things are happening. But we don't have to consciously think anything. All we have to do is 20 ideas, 20 minutes for this problem. Let us start. So now the activity for you guys is okay for you guys is I'm going to be showing one picture. Okay, Take a small break. We are going to do it in a team. Okay? I'll tell you like you guys can able to split in teams. Now we'll break out. This is the last activity. With that we are concluding the session. And with that small last activity, we're going to conclude this hackathon mission. Also for the mission 8 and take a few minutes break after you assign and put it into a breakout room. Come back in 2, 3 minutes please. And next 10, 15 minutes we'll complete this entire session. And this activity is little different for you. Okay? I will tell you what is this activity. Okay, Take a snap of this please. Take a snap of this. This is little different. Okay? At least a team should have six people to do this. How many of you, how many of you have not yet assigned it to the team? I'll assign you to the team. Don't worry about this. Okay. I'll assign you to the team completely. Don't worry. Okay. So this camper method we have seen. Don't think much. This is. This is. This is a practice activity. The main activity now we are going to do is six thinking hats. Okay. Who has less than six people in their team? Maybe we'll assign you team. No problem. Okay, fine. So the objective of this activity is to explore the solution from six different perspectives. Please understand. We are going to think about different. Different perspectives now. Okay. And also the activity is very, very simple. You have to analyze the project metaphorically. Like let's say you have. We are. You are wearing one hat. Let's say if you have a sticky notes you can write that particular emotion. Okay. I'm going to show you six emotion. Okay. You guys have to stick in front of your head. Okay. Six people. How many of you don't have sticky notes with you? You guys have to stick in front of your head. Or you have to rename in your zoom. What is that emotion? Okay. But you will have to do it metaphorically. Okay. And the instruction is very simple. You assign each hat to each perspective of the people. Okay. We are going to do this after the break of 2, 3 minutes. But listen the instructions carefully. Okay. You'll have to document the insight. What you guys are doing. Problem is very clear. First of all, if you are put in a new team, forget your old problem. Okay. Align to the team. One problem. Everybody has to talk. Only one problem. One problem. Like let's say urban farming means Arun and his team has to think about only one problem. But six emotions should be there. Okay. How many people are here? Close to. Close to 30 people are here. Right? So we can have five teams. Five into six. How much? 30. Right. Five teams. Six people should be there. Okay. And then we will have to refine. That's okay. No problem. So now I will tell you the six emotions. What is that? Please take a screenshot of this. Please take a screenshot. And because you guys are going into the team, right? So you will not be getting the chance to. What you call. Please take a screenshot. I wanted you guys to take a screenshot. Fast. Fast. Fast. Okay. I'll also put it in the. I'll also put it in the WhatsApp group. You guys can refer it in your team. Like let's say six people should be there. Write down that one problem quickly. Like let's say if Arun is there. Arun has to talk about only facts. Jain. And then he's there. Jain. And he will Talk about emotions. Other people will talk about risk. Other people talk about benefits. Other people will be creative. Other people will be controlling. If everybody puts. Everybody has a chance to talk for 1, 1, 1 point for their particular thing. Like let's say Arun is saying. Hey, according to the solution there is a fact that. What do I need in order to find the facts? You need some data, statistics and everything, right? So you're asking your team. Hey, every time you are going to be the controller of the facts. Ideas are all there now right in front of you. Many ideas is there. Close to 30 plus ideas is there in front of you. You guys have ideated a lot more ideas now, okay? Including you yourself. So now you put this fact saying fact. Put this hat saying fact. How do you fact that particular thing? Second people have to talk about emotions. Hey, if you understand this is a problem, this is a solution. You guys are saying what are the emotions? People will think. Hey Arun, you're talking about fact. But did you think about emotion? How is this people will feel while they're doing farming in their house? Think about emotion. So you are wearing that hat and somebody can talk about risk. Hey, how can somebody do farming in their house? What if they do it wrongly? What if they do it wrongly? They will get into a problem, right? Like let's say if they grow some plant which is in their house which is poisonous and they don't do and then they eat the plant leaf. What if they die? Somebody has to be the risk management guy, okay? Somebody has to talk about benefits. Somebody has to be creative. Somebody has to control this entire thing. Hey Arun. Hey Jaya. You guys are good. But can we complete this project in five minutes please? Because we have to get back to the main session. Somebody has to control the session also, right? How do you organize and implement the idea? Hey, this idea is good. But for now this is most implementable. Can we take this one? Somebody has to have the authority to control. Okay. So in your team all this hatch should be w. Okay. Maybe excessive. One person can be there, no problem. But that person can also think about one more emotion. But team should not have less than six people. Is it clear? I'm going to be giving you a open breakout room. First you guys go into your team then take a short break, come back, okay? No, we'll do it after this break. So now the time is 7:33. Okay? Till 7:37 please go and have a bio break. And bring your coffee, whatever is there quick. And 7:37 will quickly put a team. It's a five minutes activity. Guys. It's not a very big activity. Five minutes and after that we'll break for the day. Fine. Good. Can we take a short break and come back? Can we take a short break and come back? Please go grab a cup of tea or coffee, whatever. Or go for the bio break and come so that we can start immediately. Okay. 7:38. And then we'll do this activity. Don't worry. Tell me. Tell me. Yes. Welcome guys. So which team is available? Guys, which team is available? Like let's say Sharath team is available and Ramra's team is available. So we. We can only do for four projects. Okay. Four projects. Let's. Let's group into four. Because people are like that. So what I'll do is I've created a room for you guys. Okay. The first name is like let's say this Allergy problem. Okay. Allergy. Okay. The second one is money management. Okay. Even if you are from the other team. Just. Just. No problem. Just for now just enter into the team and we are one hat and start discussing please. Okay. Let's not think much about it. What are the other problem? Kanda? Medical storage, I think. Okay, fine. Okay. So what Majority of the teammate is there for medical storage. People are not there. But okay, fine. It's okay. You tell me the other project name. Then we'll. We'll do it. Not a problem. Okay. Transport. Transportation team is there. Or can we go do urban farming? Tell me first. Okay. I've created four rooms, guys. Okay. Now listen to me. You can join in any room. You can join in any room. But I would say first if your teammates is already there in one project. Please stick to that. Okay. This is for the new people. I'm saying like. Like there are new people like Rias. There are other people who are joining for the first time. They don't have teams. So they can pick any project. Okay. But I will assign the strength also. With more than six people. More than five people or six people should be there. Not less than that. Okay. Enough people is already there in the call. Okay. So now I'm opening up the room. But you guys have the option to choose any room. Okay. The time starts now. Please choose one room. Rias. You can choose any room. Rias. No problem. Doesn't matter. Okay. In your mobile. If you're joining in the mobile, I think you guys will know how to pick your breakout Rooms mean in the. In the laptop. But mobile means you have to go for the more option. And then you can change your room. Okay. Yeah. Do it fast, do it fast. Okay, okay. You have not added our team. You can join in any team here because the strength is not there. Which team you are. This is isolation. You can join Kandas team, no problem. Okay, okay. There's a medical storage. You can join. Yeah, okay. Okay. Still few people are not assigned. Guys, come on. Fast, fast. K, were you able to take the team? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Tell me if you guys have any issues. I. We have like four of us. That's what I'm thinking. Four. Perspective is not required. This is an activity. This is not a solution session. So you have to learn the activity and framework later. You can do with your team today. No problem. That's what you're going to do. The same six hack thinking. You're going to do it with your team today. At that time you work with your team. Fine. Aishwarya. Okay, fine. Choose any team surgeon. Okay. I am assigning you Sajan. Okay. Meghna, it's fine. You can go for any one team now. As of now. Okay, where is this? Eight. Eight people are there. Anju, you can go for any team here. It's totally, totally fine. Okay. You can go for urban farming as well. No problem. Makena, you can go for medical storage is totally, totally fine. Okay. Okay. Meghna, where are you there in the team? Please tell me. Meghna. Meghna. Meghna, are you here? Meghna, are you here? Okay, fine, fine, fine. Good, good, good. Okay, okay, okay. Excellent. So we are just stopping the live stream because team is completely doing the six hat Edward D. Bono thinking and they were able to come up with a lot of perspectives inside their team. So they're trying to break the perspectives and barriers which they call themselves inside. It is really blocking them. And the end of this activity, the main objective is the team has to be really flexible. The team has to really accept all the ideas and opinions and other things in order to make a very, very optimal, superb solution. Because there is nothing called box, there is nothing called bounding and everything. It's all there in our mind. Okay? So that's the whole objective of this mission and following it there'll be an activity given for them. And with that we are stopping the live stream.
