Okay. Ready. Ready. Ready. All of our community members. Yes. Sameer, welcome. Yes. Sarthi, welcome. Yes. Nurayan Jamali. Welcome. Yes. Rachna, welcome. Sorry for making you come on the YouTube live, guys. I. I won't be able to bring you on the spotlight. Same like Insta. I think so. Right? I'm really sorry for that. But yeah. So I'll just try. Hi. How are you guys? Superb. Yes. So I will tell you why this session has been created. Okay. So this session happens on 10 to 15 minutes. Not a big session. Okay. It happens every week on 8pm in instalive. Okay. So we want to recognize all of our community members who's been working really hard in the last one week. Okay. So in fact they have created many breakthroughs. They have read some articles and books and they found out some interesting facts. They've also completed their portfolio. They've also taken the first step to like let's say completed design problem statement or probably they have started participating in hackathons and start creating a wonderful amount of impact. So there are a lot of things which community member really does, right? In fact there is a. There is a place which I want to make these people really recognize that. So that is the intention of me doing that and I'm going to be showing who is exactly the hero for this week. Okay. So just before that I just want to tell you that my name is Jagdish and we are having a community called Design for Change. And you guys can also look at our videos and YouTube channel. We've been doing a lot of things in the YouTube in the last one year we did hundred days of hundred skills. We have totally 318 episodes in podcast in Spotify and Apple. You guys can go and listen to it. It's available in public. And this year we are doing another hundred days of hundred skills through human body structure and design. Okay. You will also see that connection happening between the human body and the product design with interaction and experience. We have covered the muscular system, skeletal system. We have, we have completed the nervous system this week. So from next week we're going to have a very different part of these things. Okay. So we are taking design into a whole new different level of approach. How I can make the concepts very simple for you. Okay. Because the more and more simple design is becoming, it can become more accessible for all the people. The more and more accessible it becomes. All the problems can be solved using the power of design thinking. How many of you agree this? How many of you agree this strongly that you are not just learning design thinking process, you are also here to solve some of the complex problem with some of the politicians and other people are not able to solve it. Why? Because they have something busy. We will have to take care of what is really in front of us. A lot of you ready? So Design for Change has a mission to help you. Design for Change has a mission to help 2031 million designers to achieve their creative freedom of lifestyle. And you'll be doing workshops and you guys are also joining in that. And this is a heads up call for all the people to recognize the hero session. Okay, so this is a little bit of introduction and I want to show you like what exactly is the winners. And you can able to see my screen now? Yes, yes, yes. This is exactly the. Can all of you see my screen? Can all of you see my screen? Could you please confirm that? Okay. Type. Yes. If you are able to see my screen. Super. Okay. This is the first time I'm doing this kind of a live in YouTube. Okay. Anyway, super. So in our community I used to go to this hero section. Okay. Hero session. So here many people have started creating some post. Like in the sense they have created their wins, they have created their. What do you call a kind of breakthroughs, what they got in the last seven days. Okay. Not more than that. So the first person whom I want to recognize is Sandhya Selvaraj. Yes, yes, Yes.
A few days ago, a bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore caught a fire in the middle of the night. People were sleepy. There was no announcement. No alert. By this time they woke up. It was already too late. That night, silence becomes a real villain. As a product designer I kept thinking what if design could warn us before danger comes? That question pushed me to create a new idea as a system that helps a driver to alert the protect everyone inside the bus. So I designed a dual emergency alert system. The first is a red alert button. It's nothing but it wakes a passenger and automatically it sends a live video and GPS to the head center. And the second automatic exit button. Which one is a door open. It opens all exits right away for faster escape. This kit helps to reduce the time by 70 percentage and saves many life. This design is not just about the technology, it's about the cache. If one simple button can stop panic and give people a chance to escape and survive, the design becomes a real hero. Every second counts and every life is in matter.
Amazing. Amazing. Sandhya Selvaraj. Wonderful. Is Sandhya Selvaraj available here? Super, super, super. Congrats for Sandhya for finding out that one small UI interaction which can save a lot of people life. Right? So we are interaction and experience designers. Sandhya Selvraj, are you here in this call? Congratulations for posting that one takeaway which is really momentary like this created a good amount of shift in your concepts clarity. What if design could change your life? Wonderful. Next let's go for the next person. Thank you Snehal for the detox session. I think Rachana has like right from the warm up pranayamas and all these things. I think you've been doing this fitness after a long time. I guess this is a detox section. She has participated and thank you Rachana for that.
Today we had the detox session by Snehal and as she has explained that detox will need body twisting to activate the fire element within our body so that the digestive system gets activated. It felt really good. Initially I was worried like twisting and turning regularly our body does how will I do. But starting from warm up and then ending it to the cool down with the Shavasana it felt really relaxing.
Super, super, amazing. Amazing. I just want to show you main snippet of it. So by the way, in our community every Sunday there is something called detox session happens guys. Okay, all of you type detox. Okay. So designer needs to detox on a regular basis, on a weekly basis. You need to keep yourself in a little fitness way. Okay. So one of our community members Nehal is actually teaching us this yoga sessions on every Saturday. So that's Called a little bit of detox. Right. So that kind of a fitness is also needed. So Rachana, after a lot of time she has created it. Thank you so much Rachana for bringing that what you call results in front of all the people. Superb. Now okay, another one more breakthrough Rachana's created. Thank you so much for Satish for curating a powerful momentum session. Yes. So I think we have seen this momentum session also by one of our student. He got after joining in this community in 15 days he could able to crack one interview of 12Lp. I think many people knows about Satish Kumar. Right? So the beauty about this is we could able to bring Satish Kumar into the momentum calls on the last Thursday and decipher the success. What exactly he's been asked in the interviews, how exactly he projected his portfolio, what exactly he has networked with the people and he's a senior person. He has a career gap of eight months. So this guy has created a wonderful phenomenal results and output. So this is like a superb achievement Satish got and he shared that success in front of you. Thank you Rachana for bringing that learnings and other things. Superb. Now let's go for the next person. Gina. Gina, are you here? Today's momentum session has an amazing vibe. Okay, so you understood. We have been given a spontaneous design. 10 minutes to think create. Reimagining the bathing experience as a UI UX designer. Wonderful. So this has made you think mindfully. Sensory ritual that connects human emotion, sustainability and design. Wonderful. Rachana, can I see this? Wonderful. Gina, can I see this video? Okay, no audio is there but still the video. Oh amazing. You created this user experience in just few minutes. Emotion, adaptive showers syncing to your mode. Can all of you see this? Isn't it amazing? Right? Everybody has the possibility to do it, right? Super, super Gina for creating this wonderful, quick, quick way of showcasing your design ability and skills and thought process. Amazing AI created rituals and all. I've given this task called redesigning bathing experience. Right? Everybody has one way of bathing only nobody is really thinking about it out of the box. So I took this as a challenge and I gave to our community and said why don't you just redesign this bathing experience, right? So she took that as a challenge and she created Wonderful, wonderful. And next is Gokulakshmi. Wonderful, amazing session. Thanks for the momentum session by Satish. Let's see her video. Hello.
In my DFC community today I got the new design challenge which is to recreate the bathing experience. Let's See what I did first I started to analyze what are the reasons people are taking bath. Actually it's usually for clean their body, remove your order, sweat, smell. And also some people used to bath in their stress stress mode or in low level mode like that. If they want to feel energetic, they will take bath after after doing certain things. So here's the first user case. It's just reading the user mod based on the use of more water temperature. Adjust to warm, cold and hot. And the second thing is it's this analyze the person's mood. If you are in low energy it will just activate into the awakening mode like that. If you are in high energy they want to feel calm. So based on that the water pouring waves will be adjusted here. And the third case is detecting our skin needs like order bacteria and any skin diseases like that. So in this case it detects skin block is in order. It's based on the activating the detox mode. So based on this activating mode the water will completely become a newly infused water like it will remove the bacteria. So this is how this new bagging experience is going to work.
Next level. Next level. How many of you understood this concept? She has created a wonderful different level of experience. How a person can able to create been cleanse the bacteria out of the body using a science and technology and the design thinking. Amazing. Gokulakshmi, I'm really proud of you. Superb. Yes. Another person who I wanted to recognize as a hero is Eka. Really happy to interact with you all. It was a great experience. Love to create the takeaways from the insightful what he got. So I think he has created the insightful session with the Satish Kumar session. Wonderful, Wonderful. Thank you Ekambaram. Keep sharing your learning. Next breakthrough person is again Sandhya. Oh my God. I can able to see Sandhya over and over again. She has created a podcast called six ways to protect your peace. How many of your designers are thinking to build your brand? Guys, can I tell you something? Gone are those days making behance portfolio again and again. Applying for the job in LinkedIn and getting failure. You need to build a brand like this. You need to start your YouTube channel. You need to start your podcast channel. You need to start writing blogs. You need to patent your design if you are a product and a UI UX designer. So see Sandhya has taken her brand into next level. Wonderful Sandhya. I really appreciate you and is Sandhya there in this call? Congratulations. Let's all congratulate Sandhya for her wonderful Session what she has created podcast and she's been doing it okay. Phenomenally. And please go and listen. The next person is Naga Maleshwari. Today amazing session we had with a little confusion what needs to be organized and she has completed this implementation call with tools called ravable Reluum and beautiful AI super wonderful. Naga Mallishwari, you've been also very consistent in this session. And here is the pilot trend of our lovable app. Okay. I think she has created one beautiful app with lovable. Wow. Amazing right? Isn't it possible guys, everybody able to build websites in just minutes. Thank you. Thank you Naga Malishwari for bringing this amazing clarity over here. Beautiful. The next person is again Rachana. Rachana you are creating next level hero sessions. Okay. How tiny things bring a smile to the user. Especially with the birthday wish of from the Google. Okay, that's also user experience you're saying Amazing.
Hello all. Today I came across a cute user experience as I opened Chrome this morning and as you can see a little tiny little balloons flowing near the display icon. Disney photo of mine and as I click it is selling me in the cutest way possible.
Thank you.
That's your birthday Rachna. Wonderful. First of all happy belated, belated birthday wishes here all of you type happy birthday for Rachana. Belated wishes, belated wishes for Rachna. Super, super super amazing here. And Google Chrome also congratulated and appreciated you for that. Super super. Thank you so much Rachana for that beautiful user. User experience sharing for all of our community members. Okay. And Gokul Lakshmi has again shared. You know why mapping plays a crucial role in design for the control Mapping is one of the core concept in UX design. In order to map yourself for this volume button. It's not a human error, it's a design error. Said by Don Norman. Wonderful learnings Gokulakshmi. Wonderful. Oh my God. Okay, I think this is the exact start of the hero session, right? Harshita has won our last week hero session award. Thank you Rachita Harshita for posting this. Thank you so much. You are the last week winner and you were also really grabbing this award. Congratulations. Okay, so we have recognized Gokulalakshmi, we have recognized Rachel, recognized Sandhya Ekambaram, Gina. Yes. So totally there are four people available in this. Can we go and see what is exactly the scores? Can we go and analyze and see what exactly is the scores as well? Leaderboard. Can I refresh that? Can I refresh that? Superb. On top of all the people I think Gina is the peak winner in this particular week based on the points. Yes, I told you right many times. I'll not be able to pick you based on only hero session. We'll also see the overall points. And can all of you see here? This person has also got first and Anoop Sonovane is really leading a top. But I think the breakthrough sessions, the breakthroughs he has not shared much. In the hero session Sameer has got the points but he has not gotten into the leaderboard. Gotten into the hero session. Chandrasekhar. Okay. Rachana is having this thing. So how do I really compete these people and get to the top Guys? Rachana, Gina and. And Sandhya Selvaraj and whom do we have to really pick here? Right? Gokula Lakshmi, Rachana and Gina and Ega and Sandhya and Nagamalishwari. So whom do we really pick? Tell me, tell me, tell me. Whom do we really pick? Whom do we really pick? I stop the screen. Okay. Whom do we really pick? All of you type question mark. Whom do we really pick? A lot of people have participated. I would say based on the top. Like let's say top one, two, three and all. So I'll tell you what I'll be able to do. Okay. See there are certain people who have posted in the. What do you call in the. In the hero session? The learning management system. Okay. You've shared your learnings, you've shared your breakthroughs and you have also shared your. How do I say share your small win and findings. And the one thing which is also making me differentiate is Gina has been very consistent even though in her college days final what you call semester was happening and she could able to get this participation. She has completed a rapid one to one and how many of you don't know? In her one to one session she has shown me the project which I literally got mind blown. So that was a amazing one to one I recently had in this last 10 to 15 days I would say. Okay. And we have directly put her into the squadrons and active and hackathons both. And she has been also very consistent in terms of putting the hero session and the takeaways. And she's been also participating in the implementation call hackathon call despite her college works and all. So Gokulakshmi is a little bit close. Rachana is little bit close. Sandhya is also a little bit close. But the one differentiating factor which is making me to win is Gina. Congratulations Gina. I don't know whether you are there in this call or not. Congratulations Gina. For Congratulations Gina. I've been recording this video for Gina as well. So that she can able to watch her. I'm not sure whether she's available in this call or not. Thank you. Thank you guys. But don't lose your hope, okay? I know Rachna is very close. I know Gokra Lakshmi is also very close because she has also posted two wins. And I know Sandhya Silveraj, three people are very close. Okay? Don't feel bad guys. Just because of small differentiating factors we've been creating that. Okay? Thank you guys. Keep this momentum going on and I wish you all the best. Hope you're not mistaking me. Rachna Gokulakshmi and Sanjay Selvaraj, right? Am I right? Thank you. Thank you. More power to you. More power to you. Thank you. Thank you Rachna for that. More power to you. To Gina. A little bit of closer reward for all the people. Okay? Super. Super. Thank you so much guys for participating in this YouTube live and next week in fact, Sameer, you should have been in the top, right? Or not? You have not posted something in the. In the hero session so you could have been in the top. So just take care of that and I wish you all the best. Thank you, Aishu. Thank you, Sameer. Thank you Rachana. Thank you Gokpilakrishnan. Thank you, Tina. Thank you. Who else is there? Thank you, Raj. Thank you, rt. Thank you Shiva. Thank you Asia. Thank you, Srijit. Thank you, Yen Creative. Thank you.
