Guys, welcome to this open house. Thank you so much for connecting here. I want to really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart that every single week people are appearing and people are showing up for active learning. I truly wanted to help you really build that more in this kind of a sessions. And I have a very interesting information and a news also for you. First thing is tomorrow get ready for the portfolio on steroids. How many of you are ready for this? Type super ready in the chat box. Are you ready with one project, one case study like let's say a one day project or something like a one week project where you're completely getting ready for it. Ready, ready, ready. Superb. Okay, second thing I want to tell you an important information. One of our student. Okay, I'll not. I'll not reveal the name. Name should be little surprise. One of Our student got 3x salary growth after a career gap. All of you type crazy in the chat box. I really got very emotional. Like just now I was receiving that message and I was one minute late to call. Start that call. Career gap. I could remember when she had the call with me first. Okay. She took our gold certification program. She said that she wanted to get a one to one support with me. Because she made a lot of self explorations before in her career. She lost her confidence. She was there in the home for more than three to four years. Okay, listen very carefully. Three to four, four years close to she was just doing fragmented freelancing. 10,000, 15,000. Today she shared me the offer letter. It was 3x salary growth. Her family was so happy. In fact last week itself she said I really did a lot in the interview Jagdish mostly it will be done. I am very sure about it. Hackathon helped me a lot. She also was there in squadrons. She said that the script, whatever you gave me helped me a lot to practice. And she also shared one thing which actually I. Because of that only I got very emotional. She said the goal what she set is actually 20 lpa. But what we were expecting is 12 to 15. Okay, that's the actual range what we are expecting. But the number what she has written has magically happened. And she took yesterday only that reality check sheet and saw that. So manifestation is true. The day when you start believing will yield you a lot of good result. Okay? When you start procrastinating, you will be in a very different state. You will be in a very. You'll know everything but results will not come. Are we clear? So please start coming to all of the habit Sessions, write your goals, think about it. Because that's the first step. I don't want to tell you like learning design is the only thing. No, that's one part of the game. But the main part of the game is setting that intention and goal and this kind of a magic will happen. Even she did not expect. I did not expect. I was expecting a very different number actually because after a career gap, nobody gives that kind of. How do you call salary growth and all these things. By the way, she got qualified for one day stay in Radisson for the champions retreat which is going to happen on September. Okay, August. September. Superb. How many of you are ready for this? That's fine. That's an outcome, but we have to go through the process. Okay, super. Each and every hackathon mission is very important. Tomorrow is a very important day. Seven o', clock, be ready on the call. Okay, we are going to go live. That's two important information I want to tell you before I start this. Okay. And yeah, that's it. So now we will get into the topic. Can we get into the topic? All of you type ready in the chat box. All of you open your camera. Make sure that you are very active and also attentive and also just take your notes and everything because I'm going to be needing that to assess your final gift as well. Okay. Final reward as well. Superb. Yes, yes, yes. Just a second. Sorry. Yeah. Yes. Thank you for this open house. The code of honor is no self promotion design related to communication only. All feedbacks are here. In fact, a lot of people are also watching in YouTube live. Please, I wanted your feedback as well how we can improve this session and change a lot of things over the time. I'm super happy to do it and to celebrate the winners which we are going to announce today. Okay, so there is no schedule. It's only 15, 20 minutes call. So far we did a lot of activities. We did shapes, we did one to one hot seats, we did circles, we did ideation combination. Today we're going to have something called story. Okay, so what we are going to do is all of you, you need to think about two words. Are all of you clear? Please think about two words. Just two words, not more than this. Okay, Just two words. Can you do it and put it in the chat box? What are the two words? Second, you have to develop that tool mean you have to develop into a two line story with those two words. Okay, I'll give you exactly three minutes to do it. But there is a conditions for it. I just want to tell you what are the condition. Your story needs to have a hero. Your story needs to have a hero. And that hero has to reach a final goal. What is the final goal? Normally in all the film, what are the final goal? Hero will go and love the hero. He will get married, right or not. Second, he will go and kill the villain or not. Something will happen at the end. I needed you to reach. I mean I needed you to set the final goal. Third, I wanted you to think about after journey. Like let's say after life. After hero reaches the goal, what kind of desires and the fantasies he will be having in his life. He will have a corrupt, free India. Something like that. Right? He will have something like a very awesome life of a lifestyle. Whatever afterlife. You have to show that afterlife journey. And last but not the least, you need to show the villain the obstacles for your hero to cross this journey. Imagine if I tell you a story. There is a. There is a boy and a girl. They proposed each other. They married. They got a kid. The kid grown. The kid also studied good. They put him in good school. First rank iis. They become the kid, became very proud. Do you think you will watch that movie? People will tear the screen, right or not? We need villain. We need lot of obstacles in our story to really abstract. So now you are the storyteller. With those two keywords. Whatever you think you need to develop a story. The condition is the story have to have this format. Are all of you with me till now? Exactly three minutes. I'm telling. I'm giving you. Okay. I'm pasting in the chat box for you. Do it. Your time starts. Four minutes. I'll give you your time starts now. Go ahead fast. Do not waste the time. Okay. If you want you can mind map it, sketch it. Yes, yes, yes. Do it. Let me see the creativity out of this entire room. Yes, yes, yes. Construct with the keywords. Then you start writing it. Then I'll bring you into the spotlight. You can share. Okay. Anybody would like to share in the YouTube live. Go ahead please. Okay. Okay. I also wanted to tell you one very important thing. Guys like let's say how many of you have joined the. How many of you registered for tomorrow 7 o' clock workshop? You can even bring the friends and family members. No, not family. Like in a sense design related friends and other members. For this call, it's open for public. You can definitely do. Okay. If you're coming, it would be better if you can bring your one project or your case study. Whatever you Already have. We can start from there. That would be better. Okay.
That. It.
Super. 1 min left. How many of you are ready to share your story? It looks very boring and normal. Deepti, think more. What is the keyword you used? Start from there please. You are telling some history. History is okay. But you need to be creative with your two keywords. Like. Let's say you can take. You can take any keyword. You can take coin. You can take camera. With that you can build a story.
Okay.
Help and care. Okay, that's good. Try one more time. Deepti. Fast. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Go ahead. Go ahead. I'm giving you additional one minute, guys. Do it fast. Amazing. Good. Anybody would like to open your mic and talk? That would be better. More than typing in the chat box. Anybody would like to talk about the story quickly? Ankita, you want to talk? You're laughing?
Yeah, sir. So go ahead. I will start with my story and you will figure it out. Like what? Who was the hero and what was his final goal? So a person having an inspiration of joining armed forces failed a lot of times. But got qualified in his last attempt. But that wasn't his final goal. His goal was to serve the country and be rewarded with the national award. He joined army and got the chance to go on a mission where while fighting he lost his life. That mission led him to earn his final goal. But lost his life. And that's it. Sir, I just.
Wonderful. The format is perfectly good. But I wanted the last piece. How are you going to end the story now? Hero is there. Villain is clear. End goal is there. But the afterlife is not coming. Final part. You need to connect the dots. That's it. You'll be done. But anyway, it's an amazing story. What's your keywords by the way? Can you tell?
My keywords were like. I was just watching a movie related to soldiers. So my keywords were. Soldier and. And growth.
Soldier. Your voice is breaking. Soldier and. Noon. What is that? Like Soldier and Second word. I do not.
Soldier and award.
Soldier and award. That's good. Mpty Wonderful story. By the way. You are 90% close. Like in the. This is really good. You are able to connect the dots. Superb skill. Ankita. You already got that. Please keep improving on it. Thank you so much. Okay. But I could see whose story is that by the way.
Great.
Great. Superb. Anybody else who wanted to share? Anybody else who wanted to share? Yes. Yes. Yes. Mpty. Ankita. Beautiful. Yes. You want to come?
Yes, sir.
Go ahead.
A student studying 10 standard who is A bright student. Okay. And after school I was used to help other other late groomers to get good marks in important subject like max and science and grammar. Teaching grammar throughout the other late bloomers. After school I was saying that okay, you keep on doing like this. And the final day, the final exam came. The late boomers also got good good marks in the final exam. All lead boomers got pass marks and good mark also. So the story ended with the like that. So okay. He feels very happy I achieved that. What he. What he thought. Okay. Hero is that bright student. Final thing is to help others to get good marks in the final exam. Have this journey to build a positive mindset and help helping others in the future. And villain is greedy and selfishness. You are always. Don't be always greedy and selfishness. This is the story I can build in a In a four minutes.
Super. Super. Super. Excellent man. This is really nice. I think you have not heard our storytelling session before, Adil. But the story what you built is perfectly good. Superb. Great. You have understood the hero villain concept also. You took your two keywords and then you connected. So what is your learning now?
Tell me.
You did one activity. What I said tell me what did
you learn in a short time My mind did so many exercises. Actually within four minutes my mind did some exercise.
Wonderful.
We were not used to. We like train our brain like this. Actually you gave the four minutes time within the time frame. Maybe we did think like that.
Super.
It's a good exercise to our brain.
Amazing. Amazing. This is really really nice. So the point is many people were not able to get this learning. It's. It's not a random activity. There is a reason behind doing this. And Edil has cracked this. And there is one more advantage also. Can anybody share that? And anybody would like to share their story. Thank you. Adil Mpty Adil. Super. Super amazing. Both of them have really understood the context. Anybody would like to share your story and you can tell. Yeah.
Yeah. This is dish. I am sorry for my camera is not working.
No problem. No problem. Completely. Yeah. Tell me. Ah yeah.
So my keywords are car and mango. So stories like that Rakesh is a mango lover. One night when he is sleeping Mango God comes in his dream and told him if you go to the mango world from. From his home it is a 400 km long. If he travel in a 3 hours. So he will get a. You know and eat mangoes. He will get a superpowers. So suddenly Rakesh woke up and she started his journey. So meanwhile mango God no help him to show the path. So by crossing the many obstacles. So finally he reached to the mango world and starting eating the mangoes. So there are a lot of mangoes. So he eat a lot. So he just you know eat overeating. He did overeating and died there. So yeah. So after you know his soul is going into the heaven. So there he will get to know that actually the mango God comes in his dream is actually a demon or a villain. So yeah. So a real mango God from the heaven gives his soul to power. Special power. And after that getting a special power. Rakesh comes into the on the earth and kill the villain on mango world.
Part one, part two and is taking superman. Thank you so much. With just a mango and a man you have really created a wonderful connectivity man. Superb. So you tell me Siddish what is you are learning in this activity? So you have really stretched the story into a very detailed way. I could see that. Tell me what is your learning? That's what I wanted to know.
So I took a randomly words just coming in my life, you know, in my thoughts. So I just tried to connect the dots when I you know as you said that we have to one hero. We have to take a one hero. So I took a Rakesh randomly and he has a car. So from that took a mango word. So I tried to connect that dots. So how can you know we have in every story we are starting then middle parts like some actions and a final ending. It may be happy ending or you know bad ending. So these are the structure we will know. So I just. Yeah we have to follow that. So I follow that structure and as I going into progress into the story so that you know story comes in my mind automatically.
So super amazing all of you. Mpty to Siddish one thing what I really like your answer is you said that you got a structure in front of your mind and then you started putting the words. You were able to build a great momentum and you got the thing. This is the power of having a proper system. See tomorrow I'm going to be teaching you portfolio. That's a system. I'm going to be teaching you interview. That's also a system. If you're not able to understand to put your creativity into a system you won't be able to make monetization out of the skill. It's not possible. You know all the knowledge. It's like a raw mango. Only you cannot do anything with that. Yes, you have got this exact learning. Sudesh, I really appreciate you for that reason all of you type mpty to him. Because when you have that structure and when you put your creativity, you can connect more dots. See, he's taking even second part, third part, right or not. See, Adil also is just a new person but he could able to bring the story because the structure was. He understood that part. Ankita, she has a wonderful story. Only the final part is missing. But the time was short. So everybody can do it. If you have a proper structure, I told you, this is how you have to create a hero, the journey and everything. Superb. So it is very easy to construct a journey for your user experience when you're designing a product, an interaction, a journey. If you're not able to create that interesting story, then why would people want to again and again use your payment application to do the transaction or why would they come to your product and really save a document or make the. What do you call, play the game or whatever you wanted to create as a end goal. There were many students who are taking a business problems of healthcare, insurance development applications, SAS dashboard for financial bankers and people who are creating a hotel onboarding screens. Some of our students are working in many industries, travel industry, SaaS. So think about this story concept and check how you can fit there and then you will have a better clarity on. Okay. This is how I can create a obstacle. This is how I can give them a leverage. This is how the hero can be there. This is how I can give them a reward. So because people like stories and you are the designers to connect these dots and create a story for it. Are all of you with me in this last 10, 15 minutes? Did you understand the exercise activity and the reflection? Type me in the chat box if you've got it. If you've got it. What I said superb. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Yes. Yes. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Wonderful. So coming to the final part of this session which is the weekly winner. Okay, let's understand who is the weekly winner and any guesses guys, any guesses who is the weekly winner? Okay, all of you please go ahead. Turn on your attendance mean click your attendance. I just want to give you a final push. Yes, go ahead. Mark your attendance. Mark your attendance. Yes. Yes, yes. I'll wait for 30 seconds. Yes. Good. Now it's time to announce the winners. Let me just check what's the exact scores. Can I, can I refresh the board? Because once I refresh it will take 30 minutes. Okay. Please type yes in the chat box. Can I do it? If everybody marked the attendance. Okay, thank you. So the weekly winner, the weekly winner actually is without any doubts, it's Yadiel Nelaven because Dasari has already got one award and Adel 9 11. Wonderful man. You are just one week old in this community I think seven to eight days, right? Wonderful man. Thank you so much. And I could see that you are very active in this community for a very longer time and I mean consistently I would say not a longer time because you are a very new, brand new member. And I could mean, I don't know like many people might not know about Edel's story. It was like he was, he was no way close to design. Like he was in a very different background, medical, coding, building. And now he has took the bold decision to come and learn design as a career. So I, I can see that this is your step one for becoming a success. Thank you Adel for getting 10,200 points oral and also you got extremely, extremely like in the last week the participation for you was good. I could see that you got points by posting in community habit session. You're coming to the ideation mastery. I think you're completing bonus 2. You're completing bonus 1, bonus 4. You're completing all the sessions Superman. I think that has made you win I guess. And you've been posting also in the Figma Friday sessions and yes, that's made you do it and any, any words you wanted to share what made you a winner?
Actually I want to be consistent, sir. I want to be consistent. That's the main key. I feel like so many persons I have talent but consistency the matter. So consistency helps. Actually my problems are same actually I'm not consistent the previous things.
You are going to become consistent because you came to the spotlight and you also been consistent I could say for the last seven to 10 days till the time you are there in community. Just stick to the hackathon teams and activities and everything.
Yes.
Because that is a strong accountability which I can provide from my side. I am sure rest will be automatic.
Okay.
Because Deepika and there were many people who got the like let's say Sahana, I would say Lakshman, I would say Kumar Reddy. In fact a lot of people got the offer. Okay. All people started with this problem only like in the sense hackathons accountability was missing. They don't have a clarity towards like what exactly am I doing and am I really consistent or not. So this is a first pace when you find a community. Yes Jagdish, I think I've. I'M really liking it. I want to commit my time and when you lock that then you cannot make mistake. You will not be drifting and you will not make random mistakes. You will be automatically consistent. But when you do it on your own, you don't get that. So this space is a beautiful space, Adil. So use that and I'm sure you'll go high and you will also get results in the future. I wish you all the best.
One thing I want to share.
Tell me please.
From February 4th. Actually I joined from February for till now. I am waking up early morning 5 o'.
Clock.
First one week is very difficult to me. It was very difficult to me. Nowadays before alarm. Actually I put alarm in 5:5. But I am waking up at 5:00 clock before 5 minutes alarm. I. I am waking up now. So my body rhythm actually by built like in the past few 10 days. Actually what the time I slept I. That isn't. That doesn't matter for me now my body wakes up automatically at 5 o'. Clock. So I wake up next level.
All of you type mpty more than anything. This is amazing.
Just switch on the system and do my refreshments and I'll come to this.
So happy. Adel. I could see that you are growing. I could see that you are in the growth phase. Continue this momentum.
You are pushing us. You are the main community is pushing us.
I'm just creating an environment. That's it.
Okay, thank you for that.
See, with or without me, things are happening. So community is pushing you. Today also we had learned anti gravity. I really regret a lot because I was traveling. But I have to watch the recording as well. So every single day something will happen. Just get along the flow rest will be automatically there.
Okay, thank you.
All the best. Take care. I'll see you tomorrow as well. And all of you, thank you guys so much for this 30 minutes time. I'll see you in the tomorrow portfolio session. Just be on time. We are going to have a blast. Sometimes it may go very long. Also just be prepared. Have a good snacks or have a good what you call food or water bottle. Everything be ready. Because in one stretch we are going to completely sculpt our portfolio. In fact, even if you're participating in squadrons, this is a new syllabus for you. So please come over there. And I'm going to be giving the blast for you. All the best. Take care. I'll see you tomorrow morning at the habit session and seven o'. Clock. Okay, Bye bye.
