Your content is a slow cooker. You're putting leads in, you're nurturing them for weeks, months, sometimes even years and hoping that one day they'll take you up on your services. You're posting daily, you create an Instagram stories, you're responding to comments. And it's the slowest, most inefficient way to build a business. What if you could take a brand new ice cold lead and turn them into a red hot ready to buy prospect in just one hour? What if you could stop slow cooking your leads and put them into a microwave instead? And that's what we're going to talk about today. I'm going to show you the single most powerful, most efficient and most underutilized tool for converting clients. The Private Zoom Q and A. This is the microwave method and it'll change your entire sales process. Right now your sales funnel probably looks something like this. You create content, you get a follower. You hope they see enough of your Instagram posts and stories to eventually trust you. And maybe, just maybe, one day they'll click the link in your bio and book a call. It's a passive hope based strategy. The Private Zoom Q and A flips this completely on its head. It's an active event based strategy strategy that manufactures trust and authority at an incredible speed. Instead of waiting for them to come to you, you're going to invite them into a room where you can solve their problems in real time. Think about it. In a one hour live session, a potential client gets to see you, hear you, interact with you, watch you solve problems, answer people's questions for other people just like them. The level of trust you can build in that one hour is more than you can build in six months of posting reels. I promise you you are taking them from cold to hot in a fraction of the time. So how do you It's a simple repeatable formula. Step one the invitation. Your call to action on your content is no longer just follow me for more information. It's I'm running a free private Q and A this Thursday on how to solve inserts very specific problem. Your content should be gauged towards solving that problem by the way. But I've made a separate video on that DM me the word live to get this link. You are driving them to an event, not just a profile. Step 2 the format. The Q and A in itself has a very simple structure. Don't overthink it. The first 5 minutes intro and value. Briefly introduce yourself and deliver one or two high value game changing tips that Relate to a specific topic or problem. This establishes your authority immediately. The next 40 minutes is just pure Q and A. This is the core of the microwave. You open the floor and you solve problems. You let people unmute, you answer their specific questions and you let everyone else in the room see your expertise in action. The next five minutes, that's where we put the pitch. This is where you transition. You say, I hope this has been valuable and I can only go so deep in a group setting like this. For those of you that want to work with me directly to solve this problem for good, I have a program designed to do just that. If you want to learn more, book a free one to one call with me using the link that I've just dropped in the description, for example. And finally, the last 10 minutes is going to be more Q and A. You stay on and you answer even more questions. This shows that you're not just there to pitch and run. And it's often the time that convinces people that might have been on the fence. Step three, the follow up. The work isn't done when the Q and A ends. You track who attended. A week later, you send a follow up message to those that didn't book on the call. Hey, thanks for coming to the Q and A. I have a couple of spots left in my program and I'm offering maybe an exclusive discount to couple of people that attended the live session. Are you interested? Just create a little bit of urgency there. This method is so effective because it leverages multiple psychological triggers at once. Firstly, authority. They see you solving problems in real time. Secondly, social proof. They see other people asking you questions and getting help. Thirdly, reciprocity. I always struggle saying that word. But you've given them an hour of your time and expertise for free. Urgency. The event is live and happening at a specific time. It is the perfect environment to build trust and drive action. You can run these sessions in an evening or maybe over a weekend to maximize attendance. And you only need a handful of people to show up. If you can get 10 people in a room and convert just one of them into a high ticket paying client, that one hour is way more profitable than an entire month of creating short form content. So to summarize, stop slow cooking your leads. Your time is too valuable for that. You need a system that converts with speed and efficiency. The microwave method is exactly that system. This is how you take control of your sales process. This is how you stop being a content creator and start being a business owner. We go deep on this strategy inside our mentorship program. We give you the slide decks, the promotion emails, the follow up scripts, everything you need to implement the microwave method and start converting clients this week.
