6 AI Systems w/ Claude to Scale to $100k/month

In this solo presentation, Jake Setterlun outlines six AI‑enhanced systems that agencies and online experts should install to stay ahead of the exploding competition created by AI agents. He argues that traditional offers, branding, and sales processes are no longer sufficient. The six pillars are: (1) a problem‑solution "purple‑ocean" offer paired with precise messaging to generate appointments; (2) expert positioning and personal branding that feeds credibility and ad performance; (3) AI‑customized sales calls—including pre‑call drip sequences and on‑call AI‑generated presentations—using prescription‑selling techniques; (4) a content engine that produces short‑form and long‑form videos via AI, retargets prospects, and fuels a "proof flywheel" of testimonials and results; (5) a momentum offer (low‑ticket quick win) that drives fast conversions, generates trust assets, and enables an ascension path; (6) community building to retain prospects, nurture them, and create recurring engagement. He also stresses AI‑enabled fulfillment to lower costs and increase consistency, and describes how these pillars interlock to create a scalable, future‑proof business model. Throughout, Jake promotes his $17/month Setterlun University membership (which includes a free GoHighLevel CRM) and a one‑to‑one strategic partnership upsell.

AI is drastically changing the business landscape, especially for agencies and online experts. And there are 6 very unique things that we are currently installing in our agencies and businesses. And then we're also teaching and showing others inside of our community how to install in their businesses so that they can stay years ahead of the competition. Because let's be honest, with AI, with AI agents, you have OpenClaw, you have Manus, It's now that much easier to go out there and start a business and look like you are successful and maybe deliver decent services because AI's just doing it for you. And that is creating 10 times more competition for you. So in this video, we're gonna be going over these 6 things that you can't replace with AI, and that if you install them into your business is going to not guarantee you success, but give you a step up above the competition. My name is Jake Setterlun. All we do here is give away valuable insights in terms of what we are doing inside of our businesses to win in the next years to come. And in this video, I'm going to be showing you exactly the system that we are installing in our agencies. Now, I will say this, there are no guarantees with what I'm about to show you. I've generated millions of dollars online over the last 10 years grinding away, figuring out what works, and I'm here showing you those lessons and continuing to show you exactly what's working and what we're installing in our businesses. That is not a guarantee it is going to work for you. There's a statistically low chance you will never get to the point I'm at in business, and that really comes down to you because I don't know if you're taking action. I don't know if you're actually implementing this. At the end of the day, I'm just making a video showing you exactly what we're doing and documenting our journey. So let's get into it. And of course everybody's heard this. So trust is at an all-time low and there is more competition than ever. And the sale is now starting before the sales call ever happens. And I'm going to show you exactly what we used to run in our businesses, what used to be successful for us and for other businesses in this landscape. You used to be able to have a very simple offer, proper messaging, sales calls, and a core offer. That was it. That was all you needed. You could run one offer with one type of messaging, a basic sales call that you were never selling before the sales call ever happened, and one core offer that was a substantially decent offer. It was a $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 offer that you could actually sell off of a one-call close. Close because there wasn't so much competition, because the price of entry for an offer was so much higher. It was that much harder to figure out ads. It was that much harder to build funnels, to figure out these systems that we would go out and install for individuals. And nowadays it's just so easy. I can go on Lovable and I can build out a $20,000, $30,000, $40,000 website within 5 minutes. So it's making fulfillment easier, and we can't do this anymore because we have so much competition. Now, one thing I will mention is that yes, back in the day, you usually also had one of these for the big successful companies, which is you had a little bit of branding, you had some kind of maybe content short form, or you even had some kind of community. And if you had all 3 back then, you were at the top of your game. If you look at a Hormozi With Gym Launch, he had the branding, they had the content, they had the community, and of course that allowed them to be successful. So if you were at the pinnacle of your game, you had all of these key things that were needed to have a successful business. And now because the landscape has changed, you need everything that I'm about to show you to be successful in the market because it's so much easier to just throw up a business and fulfill services. We need to take it to the next level and you really need to be building something that's going to be bulletproof for the future. So I'm going to be going you from start to finish, showing you these key 6 items that you need to install in your business to be successful. So let's jump in. And of course, starting off with an offer based on a problem solution. This is never going to change. Basic business tells you your ability to make money is by solving problems. You see some kind of a market gap, you can come in And you're going to fix some kind of problem with a solution, whether it's bringing a cheaper product to market, whether it's a unique solution to a specific problem, whatever it might be, that's always going to stay the same. And when you have a good offer, again, I'm big on purple ocean offers, wrote a book about it. That's my thing. But that is going to unlock proper messaging. So when you have proper messaging, it means you can go out there, you can run ads, you can do cold email, you can send out messages, whatever that might be. And when that message resonates with the customer, it means that they're more likely to say yes and actually book an appointment with you. So it's that easy. And most people, when they say, I can't book appointments, I can't run ads, they're not working, it's because your offer sucks and your messaging sucks. This is business 101, basic marketing stuff that we teach inside Setterlun University, in addition to everything else that we're going to go through. So that is going to unlock your appointments. And then that's gonna lead into sales calls. But before we get into AI customized sales calls and what that looks like, the first thing that we need to have is expert positioning and branding. So you can do this on a business level. You can also do this on a personal level. I personally believe now, and for the longest time, we never had personal brands associated with our businesses, but nowadays, because it's so easy to just throw up a business, personal brands are that much more important, especially if it aligns with your business. So I'm going to show you myself as an example. If I go on here and I look up Jake Setterlun, you can see this is professional-level branding where I have a website, I have different social medias that are listed, Google's picking it up, I've been on podcasts. Again, we show and we teach exactly how to do that for $17 a month inside Setterlun University. So it's not rocket science. There's a methodology to make your personal brand look like that. It's not just by getting lucky and becoming famous. So I do wanna say that everybody can do that and can have a personal brand that looks like that. So once you have that, that's going to do a few things for you. It's mainly going to feed into this loop that's gonna help with proper messaging. If I'm shooting a DM out to somebody or I'm running ads from a personal branded account, there's a chance that they're gonna click on that profile instead of clicking on the ad. Or they're gonna click on my profile before they ever respond to the message. And if that profile looks good and they're like, oh dang, like this person's legit, there's a higher likelihood that they're gonna book an appointment with you. They're gonna buy from your ad, whatever that might be. There's a higher likelihood they are going to take action so that it's gonna feed everything. It's also going to feed our content system, which I'm gonna talk about here in a second, but that is gonna go into proper messaging. which is going to unlock your booked appointments. Now let's jump in, starting off with AI customized sales calls. Now this is huge. We have GoHighLevel. There's other, of course, CRMs that are great, but to be quite honest with you, GoHighLevel has been the staple for us going forward. And you can get a free GHL CRM account if you join Setterlun University. We give that away completely for free as long as you're inside of the university because we know how important it is to have a CRM. Now, how do I do AI customized sales calls, Jake? Well, first and foremost, you're gonna want, after somebody books a call with you, AI customized sales drips. And the way you do this is if somebody's answering questions before they book, so if they're booking on a calendar page, you can add a couple questions to that page. Ask 'em, how long have you been in business? What's your pain point? What have you been dealing with? How many new customers do you want to get? You can also do that in a conversation. And when a VA or you or AI books an appointment, you can also track down that conversation and note it to the contact, to the customer, so that now we can feed AI and tell it a little bit about our situation. And now instead of saying, hey, 24-hour reminder before your appointment, we can give AI, an AI agent, all of these scripts that says, here's my 24-hour reminder, here's my 1-hour reminder, whatever it might be. But I can say, hey, tweak these and customize these to the customer's actual situation. So if I have a customer that's been in business for a year and I know that they want to hit 10 customers a month, as an example, I can now say, and I can send a 24-hour reminder that says something along the lines of, you know, our specialty is helping businesses that have been around 1 to 2 years. We are super excited to be able to show you the system that we've used to, you know, help countless businesses generate, you know, their first 10 clients or 10 clients plus every single month, whatever that might be. But you can see what I'm getting at, which is taking the pain points of the customer and the context of the customer situation and installing that inside of those sales drips so that now when I'm hopping on a sales call, it feels very custom. It feels like, wow, this is meant for me. And the selling is happening before the contact and the prospect ever gets on the sales call. Now, once they're on the sales call, AI customized sales calls. So everybody should be, if you're not using prescription selling, which is an educational way to sell prospects, the days of high ticket sales and just jamming, you know, products down customers' throats. They're over, right? We need to be educational and we need to be educating them about our products and our services and showing them how we're able to not only realize that yes, you have a problem and we have a very specific solution to your problem. So we use something called prescription selling, which mimics a doctor. It allows us to not only have authority during the sales process, but then that allows us to very easily prescribe our services to the customers without without it feeling like a sales call. But the key to this is the AI customized sales call. So what does that mean, Jake? That means if you're on a sales call with a prospect, you're gonna have, and you can do this before the call, you can even do this on the call, some kind of AI sales presentation that you populated out that you're tweaking just a little bit to again, actually pitch them based off the context of that specific prospect. So, If I'm on a prospect, I'm doing a little bit of discovery, I'm doing a little bit of diagnosis, actually asking and understanding, you know, how long have you been in business? What's your biggest pain point? What marketing have you done in the past? Let's just say I'm an agency. What have you tried before to basically solve your problems? And now I can take that during the sales call, I'm noting that all down, right? I'm gonna put that into some kind of a generator. You can use Lovable. You can use Gamma, you can use a bunch of different AI tools, but during the sales call, and again, now you have those questions they answered before, you could even use those and you're gonna populate out a sales presentation. It doesn't have to be huge, but it's tweaked and it's, the language is changed a little bit to actually feel like it's solving the problem of the customer because when they see on paper, wow, like, you know, this clearly, is understanding that I have these problems and that I'm going to fix these solutions. It feels like the problem that you're solving for individuals is very custom to their specific problem, and your solution is exactly what they need. And that's what's going to make them feel like you actually are worth working with. Now, if that doesn't help individuals, I have 2 other things that we are going to be doing to help make those sales calls even better. And if you again layer in these 2 other things, it is going to drastically increase your ability to sell even more individuals. And the first is coming back off of the expert branding and positioning. How do we grow a brand, which is making very direct and very intentional short form and long form. Now there's 2 reasons for this. Of course, Of course, the first reason for this is that it's gonna feed into our brand. It's gonna feed into our expert positioning, and it's going to make us look that much more authoritative during this research phase that this prospect's gonna go through before they ever book an appointment with us or even after they book an appointment. So it's of course going to help there. We're using AI to script out this long form and short form. You don't need to be scripting this. There's so many really cool ways inside of Manus, inside of Utari to actually be getting those scripts done for you. It does all the customer research, but when we're making this short form, yes, our personal brand grows, but we're also directing these people to 2 different places. We have content retargeting and nurture. So if somebody books an appointment with me, I can now retarget that person before the appointment with all of the content that I've ever made. So I'm making direct short-form and long-form content, speaking to my ideal customer, talking about the problem, saying that we have a solution. And now they're seeing all of our content. It's again making us look authoritative. They're getting used to us. It's picking at the content rule that somebody needs to, you know, consume 1,000 hours of your content. I'm being exaggerative, whatever that number is, but they need to consume that content to be able to trust no one like you. You are also positioning your product as this custom solution to their problem. That's most likely going to get you a majority of the sales that you need. And then direct short form and long form is also going to feed into community, which is another big key that we'll talk about here in a second. But what I wanna mention before that, as the second pillar that you're gonna wanna enable, in your business that is gonna make sure you're closing as many sales calls as possible is a momentum offer. This is huge. This is something that you look at Alex Hormozi, they've been doing for a long time. You look at some of the businesses that I've had personally, I wish we would've done this. We would've closed that many more people. And what's a momentum offer, Jake? A momentum offer is very simply a quick win. With a low barrier of entry. So let's just say my core offer is $2,000 a month. My quick win momentum offer might be a one-off $500. And of course you can sell this on a sales call. So ideally you're recouping any kind of marketing spend, any kind of commission, but now your chance and your likelihood of bringing that customer in is that much higher. But the idea is that you're gonna get them a quick win so they don't have to commit to this huge package. And that's a mistake that I've made throughout my career is pitching just these absolutely crazy big packages and services when we barely had any of this installed. We didn't have a brand, we had a little bit of content and that was it. And they didn't trust us. So for them to say yes to our product and services was that much harder. But with a momentum offer, it's very easy, especially when you're layering everything. You should be closing 70% of the calls you're hopping on if all of this is executed. Now with a momentum offer, that's gonna unlock 2 different things. It's of course going to unlock the ascension process where you're able to then, you know, upsell them very easily into your core offer because ideally they got some kind of a quick win, but you're also gonna be able to feed your proof flywheel. So what does that mean? It means quick wins equal reviews and results. So Somebody pays $500, $1,000, and we get them a quick win. This is lowest hanging fruit, something that's going to drastically change the customer's life in terms of problem and solution that is going to easily result in them being a big fan of yours, really enjoying working with you, and of course them being able to leave you a review, a testimonial. We can farm those. So we call it trust asset farming when we're able to get those out of our customer base, and then we're gonna feed that into our content engine. So all of the retargeting, all of the nurturing, the branding, the short form, the content— now all of these testimonials, results are gonna go in and feed our results, which is only gonna make everything that much better. And let's be honest, again, proof trust assets, those are one of those things that it's gonna be very hard for your competitors to actually mimic. So layering in that content, being able to retarget, making your sales calls AI enabled so it feels custom, and then having that momentum offer. Again, that is going to help you close as many sales calls as possible. That is also of course feeding our proof flywheel, making everything that much better. Now let's talk about this little guy right here, which is our community. Which is again going to really round out your ability to close people over time. And for the longest time in our businesses, we never had any kind of community. We were running ads, we were messaging, we were booking appointments, and if somebody said no, it was very simply, no problem. Let us know when you are ready to buy our services. But there's a lot of cool stuff that you can have with community, and there's a couple things that are never gonna go away with AI. You have your personal brand. That's never gonna go away with AI, never gonna be taken. That's, that's something that, that connection that you build with a personal brand and those followers is something that you're gonna have for the long run. In addition to community, those, that individual's connection and belief into everything that you're doing is gonna help you position yourself for the long run. And what's really nice about this is there's of course people that see your long form and short form. That are going to book sales calls with you. Of course that is going to happen, but they're going to be individuals that are not ready yet. And by offering them the ability to come into some kind of a community allows them to start nurturing themselves into trusting you and believing in what you do. Of course you should be posting, and I should have a connection, you should be posting all of your trust assets in the community as well so that all of those individuals are getting indoctrinated into buying that momentum offer, booking appointments, whatever it might be. And it's constantly feeding. So even if they say no to a sales call, boom, I can shoot them into the community. And now every single person I touch is going to be retained in some kind of aspect. So then I can remarket to them and I can do so much cool stuff in the community. I can do recurring webinars, I can do trainings, I can do challenges. And that engagement is what's going to get more people into your product ladder. Now lastly, let's talk about fulfillment. Let's talk about our offers. So of course, every single piece, and this is the 6th core system and pillar that you need to have inside of your business to stay ahead of the competition, which is AI-enabled fulfillment. The more that you can supplement with AI, it's gonna be a faster, better, and more consistent experience for the end user. But the other thing is that it's much cheaper. So if I can produce better results that are consistent, that are faster and they're cheaper, it allows me to position myself in my business that much better than my competitors. And I'm not saying that it has to be 100% AI enabled. You 100% can still have CSMs. People do buy from people. They value the relationships that they have with your backend team. I'm just saying make it that much easier. For you to run a lean ship by enabling a lot of the fulfillment with AI. So that is of course feeding into your quick win. But now from your momentum offer, this is where the ascension happens. So after they've gotten a quick win, they very easily now ascend into your core offer, which is going to be some kind of recurring win. I'm a big proponent of MRR, but that core offer doesn't always have to be something that is recurring related. I do think long-term though, recurring is going to be better for businesses because if you're not getting people on retainer, it means you have to push X amount of people through every single month. And if this is just a one-off service, it's putting unnecessary stress on your messaging and on your sales team to consistently perform. So this doesn't have to be crazy MRR, right? If you're doing some kind of an AI automation play, AI agents, whatever that might be. Even with marketing, we've done this before where we have some kind of a big setup and then a low-ticket recurring amount on the backend. Again, it just gives you a base to play with, and after you sign up 100, 500, 1,000 customers, it becomes a very nice stable base for your business that if you do have to go and you do have to change your offer, it does allow you the flexibility to not have to stress so much on your marketing, your sales. To be profitable. Now here's the one last thing that I want to mention. And of course, you know, this is a big thing that Sam Ovens was a proponent of. Alex Hormozi did this. I also have different agency friends that have really capitalized on this. And it is something that I do feel like is very important going forward, which is some kind of ascension offer. So it's great to have somebody on a core offer, But you're always gonna have a percentage of clients, 5%, 10%, that you're not only gonna wanna do more for because they're a good client, but that's also somebody that is more of an opportunity for you to get in bed with, offer them more, and of course profit more from your services. And again, this is only making everything else better. If I have a consulting mastermind partnership, et cetera, I'm gonna now market the shit outta that. In my positioning, in my branding, in my content, making me look even more like an expert. So this can be done with more one-to-one consulting on a business level. This can be more of a mastermind. This could even be equity-based partnerships with individuals. Now that they know, like, and trust you, you've been doing good work for them, it's gonna be easier for you to come in and secure some type of partnership for the long run. So These are the 6 systems and pillars that you need to be installing inside of your business right now to make sure that you are building something for the future. And the nice part is we do teach all of this inside of Setterlun University. So it's $17 a month. There are over 4,000 individuals inside of here plugging away, learning the exact same thing, learning but actually implementing the exact same things that we just went over everything from having a purple ocean offer, developing that personal brand and authority, honing in your marketing, prescription selling like I talked about, and then even getting into different things about having a community, getting booked on podcasts, enabling your personal brand, and implementing everything that I just talked about into your business. And the last thing I will leave you on, the only upsell that we have and we are doubling down on in the future is one-to-one strategic partnerships in terms of working one-to-one with you, helping you implement these things and everything that we teach on this channel, inside of our group, and inside of our social media. So if that is of interest to you and you want to work with my one-to-one scaling partnership team, 100%, there will be an application down below to fill that out as well. So go out there, crush it. This is what you need. You implementing these things is going to drastically change your business and set yourself up for the future. So I will see you next time. Have a good one.
