In this raw coaching snippet, the host (Speaker A) shares a one‑to‑one conversation with a community member (Speaker B) about the challenges of validating an agency offer before fully building it. The member describes feeling stuck after a competitor analysis, fearing a lack of a unique "blue‑ocean" advantage, and being uncomfortable guaranteeing results. He proposes a validation method: create several offer concepts, run low‑budget ads for each, and see which resonates before committing resources. He also admits limited ad experience, which he sees as a barrier. Other participants (Speakers C‑E) add perspectives: using low‑pressure "power partners" to run trial launches, building SOPs and repeatable, copy‑and‑paste deliverables (e.g., a standardized Facebook‑ads package), and the confidence gap that comes from selling an untested service. The discussion highlights practical steps—mini‑launch testing, leveraging partners for trial clients, and codifying delivery processes—to move from a vague offer to a validated, scalable service that can support $100K‑per‑month agency growth.

In this video today, we're going to be pulling back the curtain and I'm going to be showing you a raw one-to-one conversation that I had with one of our members inside of our community of over 4,000 agency owners, online experts, coaches, consultants, SaaS owners that are currently scaling their businesses and their offers to $100K months. This is a one-to-one conversation. I have these every single week with members inside of the community, and I want to show you a little snippet of what these look like. Enjoy.
You know, I get like, I appreciate it. Your system's really good. And, um, and I'm learning a lot from it. And I learned a lot from it when I compared the competitors, when I did my competitor analysis. That's where I started just getting in my head because it's, it's really hard for me. It's hard to compete with somebody that's sort of like, we'll do this, you know, 90 clients in 30 days, you know? Um, and I just have something about it in me where it's just, I, I don't either, A, I don't know how to guarantee that, or I don't feel comfortable guaranteeing that. And then it's like, where's my competitive advantage? And so I start to think that I don't have a blue ocean. I'm actually, I think I have a blue ocean. I'm actually holding a red ocean, you know, offer. And so then it's like, okay, what do I need to tweak? And so that's where my cycle kind of gets into is the, and maybe, you know, and you correct me if I'm wrong in this, like it's all, if I had to do it over again, which I, you know, like I said, I got a lot out of this program and I— This stuff is super valuable. It would almost been of like, what is like, what's like five offers, and then create the ads for those offers, and then launch those offers, and then just see like which one gets the most interest. Pause it, talk to the people, then create it. Like that's almost like the the strategy that I would have liked to have implemented because I had all these ideas going in, and then it was like, what is what do the people actually want? What are they actually resonating with instead of me? building all of this stuff and then seeing what they want.
Interesting.
Gotcha.
That's— and once again, that's a person that doesn't run a lot of ads. I don't have a lot of ad experience, so I have a, you know, I know that's also another barrier that I'm gonna hit against here is, you know, running ads is I just don't have the reps in.
For sure. Yeah. Interesting. No, I appreciate that.
I think like one more thing I might add too, like my trouble was You know, trying to have confidence and sell, sell somebody on something that I haven't tested with another company.
Gotcha.
And so trying to reach out to people and convince them of that when I'm not sure if I've convinced myself yet.
But—
Power partners in launch, in the, in like, I like the way that you put that in there at the beginning because it like takes, it like makes it low pressure. get you to practice. That would've helped me write my SOPs, but I was already like immersed in clients that we had to kind of get back in line. So we were kind of starting from a different point, I guess.
Yeah.
But I think I can see why that process makes a lot of sense.
For sure.
Yeah.
And that was, that was kind of the solution to that. But it seems like, and again, I'm interested to hear, I feel like There needs to be more certainty in terms of the deliverables for you guys, where it might be more like copy and paste. But I could be wrong if that's— you feel like you guys would solve that with— because the Power Partners are kind of positioned to be like, hey, go out and get a trial client. But I wonder if more just like And we, I mean, Tim, I know you mentioned SOPs and this would kind of be different, but of just like, this is exactly how you deliver Facebook ads for this industry. If that would've helped you guys out.
