In this video Jake Setterlun outlines the pay‑per‑lead agency’s current offer structure and scaling plan aimed at reaching $500,000 in monthly revenue. He explains two pricing tiers – an Individual package at $2,497 that includes a GoHighLevel (GHL) build, marketing setup, and 20 free insurance leads at $45 per additional lead, and a Team package at $997 that provides a marketing build, recruiting system, and pay‑per‑lead without free leads, plus team‑focused features such as round‑robin routing and CRM integration. Both tiers carry a lead‑replacement guarantee. Jake reviews recent July Stripe sign‑ups (multiple $1,700‑$2,000 transactions) achieved with a single salesperson, notes the bottleneck in backend fulfillment, and discusses why the pricing and feature set differ between individuals and teams based on expected lead volume and retention. He mentions upcoming price adjustments, future sales pitch materials, and reiterates the goal of scaling the agency to $500K/month through this model.

What's going on everybody? So in this video, we are going to be breaking down our plan and our specific offer on what we are going to be selling to hopefully with this company within the next year, hit $500,000 a month. Scaled up companies much faster than that. With this one, there are some different bottlenecks that we're not used to, like backend fulfillment. But if you guys didn't know, agency is inbound calls. This is from April. Since April, I'm going to be able to show you our Stripe account, show you some of the accounts that we have signed up, and show you this new offer. So what Inbound Calls is currently selling is actually a pay-per-lead model. So we are selling different lead types. Specifically right now, we're running Facebook ads. We are looking at different lead generation processes for customers in the future. But as of right now, we have 2 different offers. We have an option 1, which is currently priced at $2,497. That is going to include a GHL plus build. You have marketing, build, and then you have obviously your pay-per-lead. And right now the deal that we're selling, it's at $45 a lead specifically in the insurance industry, and then we include 20 leads free. So they are paying $2,497 upfront. I'm going to actually show you in Stripe and show you how we're not actually always signing people up for that amount, but that is what our new price point is going to be. And again, this is for individuals, individuals specifically for insurance, because with insurance you have a lot of agencies and teams. And then we have our second pricing option, which is for teams, and this is actually priced at $997. Does not include any kind of GHL build. It does have a marketing build. It includes a recruiting system and ads, and then it is again pay-per-lead, but then with this one, we have no leads included. Both of them have a guarantee of a lead replacement, so it's not any kind of a crazy guarantee or discount. But just to be very transparent and show you, these are the 2— these are priced out the way they are. This also includes like team features like round robin, lead routing, CRM integration, all that stuff. But they're priced out because $1,000 to a team lead, we're going to make most of our money on this individual from them actually buying and staying. Sticking with the leads. Whereas with individuals, they are, you know, yes, they're transacting because they want leads, but the chances of them doing a super high volume of leads is a lot lower. They are also attracted to the tools, the resources. So that's why this has a GHL account. This is why we're giving them the 20 free leads. The chances of this person buying a lot of leads every month and making a lot of money is very low. The chances of this person buying a lot of leads every month is pretty high, that it's 80, 90%, because again, they're a team. They know how to convert leads. They just need good leads. And that's obviously what we have for them. So that is our current positioning. Now, as of July, let me show you a couple of these signups. Again, you can see this is July 17th. We did a $2,000 signup, $1,700, $1,800 on the 16th. And then we had another 2,000 on the 14th. We had— looks like a failed— looks like another one for July 9th. We had a signup. And then since then, I believe in the beginning of July, we had another one. So we're already at a decent amount. We had another one in July. That's July 1st. So we had a decent amount of sales since the start of July. Now obviously I'm used to running companies where we're doing this on a daily basis. We're signing up 2 to 7 people on a daily basis, but obviously this is a good start with just one salesperson. And, you know, it's obviously going to scale from here. So that is what this is looking like. Obviously our price is going to be increasing a bit. in terms of what we are selling. But that is our current offer just to show you guys what, you know, obviously we're not selling it like this. You know, one of these days I'll show you the actual sales pitch and the pitch deck, but this is pretty much the gist of how we're structuring out our pay-per-lead offer. And yeah, that is our plan on scaling to $500K with this offer.
