Short instructional video/transcript describing a step-by-step carpet cleaning workflow for heavily soiled carpets. Speaker outlines a sequence: pre-vacuum, high-pH pre-spray, machine scrubbing/agitation, hot-water extraction, and grooming to restore carpets.
We're out here doing a bond clean today and we've got particularly dirty carpets. This room particularly has got lots of stains over it, so we're going to be hitting it with everything we've got today, which is great. I've just gone through and I've done a pre vacuum. Now. We're going to go through with a high PH level pre spray. We're going to go through with our scrubber machine and give it a good amount of agitation. From there, we're going to hot water extract it and then groom the carpets and we should be able to get them back into a really good condition. Sam.
