Short transcript of a field pest-control visit led by Shaun. He explains performing a general pest treatment: creating a sprayed perimeter barrier around the house (windows/doors) and applying dust into wall cavities to target spiders, earwigs, cockroaches and other 'creepy crawlies'. The job is completed, reported and invoiced; client is satisfied.
So what are we doing today?
Hey, mate. So we're doing a general.
Pest treatment on our house.
So the client has complained of having some creepy crawlies and spiders and things like that around. So we're just going to set up a perimeter barrier, which is essentially a spray around the old perimeter of the house, around windows, doors, create that barrier. So essentially what that does is spiders crawl over the chemical, they'll pick up the chemical and it'll kill them off, basically. So protect the house, reduce the numbers. So we're just placing some dust within the wall cavities themselves. So if there are any creepy crawlies in the wall cavity, they get taken care of. Basically. You get a lot of earwigs and cockroaches, that type of thing live inside the wall.
Yeah. Oh, okay. So we've finished the reporting for the job. We've invoiced the client. The client's very happy. On to the next job. Let's start it again.
