Come join me for a day in the office as the franchising team leader here at the local guys. So my job is to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all of our new franchise partners and that means working together with our super awesome support team to make sure we're all on the same page. I spend a lot of the time on the phone with potential franchise partner candidates that are interested in one of our franchise opportunities and answering all of their questions. After lunch I usually check in with the team again, discuss ongoing projects and then it's back to my desk for more discovery calls and to clear out my never ending email box. And for the most part, you know, I just try my best to bring the vibes to the office. So I've got my lovely Labubu here. Here's me trying to bring the vibes in the office because we spend all day, every day together. We've got to make sure that we're having a bit of a fun time sometimes.
