Come into the office with Shannon, our Operations Manager! ✨

Come into the office with me for a day in the life of my life as the operations manager of the local guys. So my job basically here is to make sure everything runs smoothly. That means being pulled in a thousand different directions. So once I've cleared out my emails, I can go and tap in with the marketing team who are working on updating all of our websites. Then I head over to the franchising team, basically make sure that they're all sorted with onboarding new franchise partners and giving them all the support that they need moving forward as well. After lunch I can focus on updating our manuals for all of our franchise partners out in the field and also preparing for the next training. So every six weeks I and teach our new franchise partners how to run their businesses as well. Bossman is in New Zealand this week, which means no Friday meetings for me, so I can continue putting up buyers as normal, brainstorming new ideas for the new websites and what we're going to be doing for 2026 and a million more things. But there's a little insight into my life here at the local guys.
