Do I need any experience? No, not at all. So we've got a big chunk of our franchise partners that have come from completely different industries looking for a change, had no experience in anything that we do at all, and we train them from the ground up. And to be honest with you, a lot of the times we actually prefer it because we can teach them our way and we get rid of any bad habits that they might potentially have as well and, and train them up from there. And then we've got the ongoing support through franchise partners and through ourselves and the support center and our training videos. So no, no experience needed whatsoever.
