Short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Franchise Support - We're Always Here for You!" (creator/uploader: Jarrad Goulding). Two speakers describe ongoing support for franchise partners: regular franchise-partner meetings, a WhatsApp group for peer conversation, phone support, and a learning management system providing training resources and online shopping of materials.
Every six weeks.
Essentially, we're always here. We're not just going to train them up and set them out. Have fun, because that would have been nicer of us today.
Yep. So, on top of that, we've got our franchise partner meetings every six weeks.
Yes. Yeah.
Where we all get together and talk about whatever's happening in the division at the time.
Yeah. Keep them up to date with everything that's going on.
We've got a WhatsApp group with all of our franchise partners where they will converse with each other as well. And then, as you say, we're only a phone call away as well, so there's lots of tiers of support. And then we've got our learning management system system as well, so they can shop online.
Training resources.
