Onboarding process was very easy and simple with Ruby. She helped me a lot and I have a lot of questions. When I started and within one or two days, I think I made my mind and it was very clear that I'm going to training by trade. I was a chef. I did there for two and a half years, three years. But then it becomes more busier. I didn't have a family time. It was tiring for me and by then I had my first son. I didn't have much time with him and I think I should have done this 10 years ago.
