The video features three new franchise partners (Speakers A‑C) describing their journeys into the franchise business. Speaker A recounts moving from a student background into engineering, feeling anxious about costs and training, but appreciating the supportive office environment that promises to guide them. Speaker B highlights the flexibility the franchise offers for family care, acknowledges initial unfamiliarity with marketing, and credits conversations with staff members Sharon and Jared for building confidence. Speaker C emphasizes the professional yet family‑like processes of the franchisor, appreciates fee transparency that counters common franchise skepticism, and stresses the importance of adhering to the proven training script to achieve success. Across all speakers, themes of support, flexibility, transparency, and structured training emerge as key benefits of the onboarding experience.

I was just a student before trying to get my hand into engineering and such and really didn't sit well with me. I'm a jack of all trades. Honestly, I feel like I can do this. So dad and I went, why don't we have a look into it? We had a look at different avenues that we can go down and ended up on local. The local guys testing tag and said that's it. All the anxiety of how much money we just spent, how much training we just went through, all that anxiety. Just the environment that we just walk into in this office. It's just an environment of we got you will get you through it.
This thing gives me a bit of flexibility, take care of my family. That's what attracts me. I was not very familiar with testing tagging as business. I'm not confident in marketing. I had never done marketing so those were areas where I had concerns. But talking to Sharon and Jared, it seems doable. My goal is to make it work, whatever it takes.
The local guys have got all those professional processes and practices in place. Like a corporate company, but more of a family feel. I've never had a business before and sort of hear negative things about franchises and they're going to take all the money and all that kind of thing and in this opportunity you get to understand what those fees are and what you're paying for and if there's value in that. Definitely value in the proposition and yeah, looking forward to it. I was pretty open minded and you start thinking about things where you can improve and reinvent the wheel and that kind of thing. After doing the training I think it's more valuable to stick to the script. They've created a winning process. Sticking to the script will definitely help me succeed.
It's been great, like buying franchise. One of the best things I've ever done. Like these guys are making so simplified. They're always like a phone call away, which is pretty good. It's a great experience. It's a great idea where you get to lose, you know, sometimes, you know, if you want to succeed in life you got to take risk. And these guys, they minimize the risk to bare minimum which is, that's what you like to hear in business. It gives me the freedom to sort of look after my, my son and all that. And then you can schedule jobs that suit your sort of lifestyle, which is good. Owning your own business, having that freedom, having no one to respond to like, you know, no meeting. I don't have to wear a business suit and a tie every day. That's that's one of the biggest bonus for me.
