This is a YouTube video titled "ICYMI: The best Franchising Advice you'll hear... likely ever 😁" created on November 13, 2025. It contains advice for those starting out in franchising, emphasizing the importance of following a process, treating clients well, and maintaining consistent sales efforts.
And so what would you say to those starting out? What sort of advice would you give? Don't panic. Like follow the process. And it's quite easy for everyone. The simple secret is treat your client good and the client will stay with you. Don't complicate things. Just follow the process blindly and the results will automatically come. And regarding sales, we never stop. So no matter how busy we are, we try to make 10 to 15 calls every day to make sure we serve different clients. I do remember initial, initial days of our training, we were given a set of process, a step by step process. We still following the same process. That's the beauty of this industry. Once you win the client and if you maintain the client, the client is forever for us.
