It's about being proactive with all of this, you know, and, and there's a lot that, that you and the team will, will provide from a head office point of view. But, you know, if I'm the, you know, test and tag franchise partner, or pest control or cleaning franchise partner on the ground, there is so much that I can still be doing to ensure my own, my own success. I can't leave it all up to the head office. Yes, there's a lot that comes through from the head office and it's amazing and the quality is phenomenal, but I still have to, I've still got to do some heavy lift.
