Sean, a pest-control technician in Adelaide, checks rodent stations across 33 city sites. He inspects non-toxic bait stations first to gauge activity before using rodenticide, with some large locations holding up to 75 stations.
Around 33 sites.
From 2 stations at some sites up to 75 at one site.
Non-toxic bait.
Adelaide CBD.
What are we doing here, Sean? We just got some rodent stations throughout the Adelaide cbd. They'll look after all the rodent issues within the, within the city itself. So we're just going to check over the stations, see how they're tracking. So how many stations are we going to look at today? I've got around about 33 sites throughout the city and they range from two stations at one site to I got 75 at one site. So takes the whole day, check everything over. But yeah, it's good little job for the day. That one's hasn't been touched so no need to change that one over. This is a non toxic bait, so what we do is use these in scenarios where we just want to see how much activity is around the place before we actually implement a rodenticide that will knock off the colony. We have one site that has 75 stations, other sites have two. But it's just a nice little job. I walk throughout the city changing rodent stations over, taking my time and enjoying being outside.
