He describes it as initially sounding "crazy" given past franchise experiences, but explains they decided to pursue it anyway, motivated by a 'screw it, let's do it' attitude.
So we thought, well, what we've learned over the franchising experience of these two other franchises, maybe we could look to franchise ourselves. Which at the time just felt like such a crazy thing to do because it's just a, you know, test and tagline. The tools, like, I was just, you know, no one's sort of special. And I just thought, you know, like, for us to try and do something like that, to see madness. But as I throw myself into things crazily, we decided, let's. Yeah, let's just do it anyway. I think Richard Branson says, screw it, let's do it.
