Jarrad Goulding describes his favorite part of working with franchise partners: witnessing their transformation from unhappy, underpaid workers with poor work–life balance into confident owners of profitable, rewarding businesses. He emphasizes consistent, observable changes in partners’ demeanor and attributes those improvements in part to the franchise relationship.
I think number one thing is I love seeing the success of our franchise partners. I've seen people come in the door hating their job and just looking for something that's different because what they're doing just isn't getting them anywhere. They've got no work life balance, they're not making enough income. And then seeing those same franchise partners a couple of years on and they've got really profitable businesses, you can see in themselves they've got a skip in their step. And it's just you see that consistently and you know that you've had some level of a touch point on that, which that for me is my favorite thing about what we do.
