A short YouTube conversation (recorded Dec 17, 2023) between Shannon Wright and Jarrad Goulding about what makes a successful franchise partner. The speakers discuss personality and approach traits—e.g., willingness to follow proven practices rather than trying to reinvent the wheel.

Speaking to these people. Is there kind of like any, I guess, common qualities or things that you look for in, like, a good franchise partner?
Yep, there is. There's definitely is. I think that if you get someone who wants to reinvent the wheel, I don't know if franchising is suited to you. If you can, if you have someone that has the ability to stand on the shoulders of people before you, I think it's a good thing.
