Here is what you can expect from a local guys training. So you can see in our boardroom, here's Jarrod going through a whole bunch of technical stuff so that you know the hands on ins and outs. We go through marketing, admin, operations, you name it, just to make sure that you know everything that you need to do. And then I'll send you off with one of these snazzy books so that if you do forget everything and it goes in one ear and out the other, it is all good because it is there for you in a cheat sheet format in the car, ready to go. And it's all available on our learning management system online. If you do need it in your pocket as well, then it's important you not only walk the walk, you talk the talk. So we'll kick you out in a uniform, send you off onto real sites with real franchise partners so that you can see the services up front and make sure that you're actually doing them. Because everybody knows that as much as classroom learning is great, we want to make sure that your hands on because that's where a lot of people learn best. So you'll get to be able to do every service kitting them all out.
