Spoken commentary (YouTube video transcript) by Shaun reacting to various pest-control scenarios: large wasp nests in trees (dangerous, call a professional), cockroach infestations (squashed roaches sometimes painted over; signs of heavy infestation), and swarms of flying termites inside houses (indicates a nest; get inspection immediately). The speaker repeatedly advises professional pest control and cautions against DIY removal.

And if you see thousands of them like this inside your house on your floor, you've got a problem from this one. Okay. A little bit tricky to see. This looks like a giant wasp nest in a tree by looks of it. People will run into these all the time. I've personally been in the garden myself, walking past bushes that you don't even know that they're there. But the wasp will let you know that they're there if you come too close to their home. And in that scenario, all you can do is call a professional, get them out to come and help. Don't go try and do it yourself. I've seen too many people try and do it themselves and get stung. And I can tell you I've been stung and it's not very nice to cop a couple of stings. So my recommendation is stay away. As we know, wasps will keep stinging you and they'll chase. I've seen people run down the road from wasps, so get the professional in to help you with that one. A little bit going on here. So we have a pest problem and then we have looks like maybe a lazy tradesman that couldn't be bothered getting rid of a cockroach that squished to a surface and they've just painted right over it. Why not? That's not my job. That's somebody else's job. But it's not uncommon for us to go into a cockroach infested house and you'll see squash cockroaches all over the place. Because obviously the clients annoyed with how many they're around and they're killing them off themselves. But yeah, if they have someone else come in and just paint over the top of it, well, I guess they've got a little bit of artwork there for, for a little while now. So each to their own, I suppose. The landlord special. The landlord special, yeah. Yep. Slap dash, get it over and done with. Sounds about right. All right. This one, I am guessing it's a little bit hard to see, but this looks like termite allies, millions of them. A lot of people don't actually know that termites FL they fly at certain times of the year to go create new colonies. So they fly in the thousands. And if you see thousands of them like this inside your house on your floor, you've got a problem. So that would indicate that the nest is inside the house itself. Very common after warm, humid weather that you see these termites fly. Get a pest controller out. Even if you see 10, 20 of them in your house, that means There's a nest nearby, so go get an inspection done. Protect that biggest asset of yours. But if you ever get to this point, call someone immediately, because that's scary.
