Sean, I hear a lot of people say that termites can only infest old wooden houses. Is that true? That's definitely not true. So termites don't discriminate. Timber is timber. They'll eat whatever they can. Yes, I suppose there's more timber in an old home and there's ways that we can pick them up better in new construction. But they will eat new homes. I've seen termites inside a house that's only six months old. And what can we do to prevent that? So protection, protection is the number one key. Whether that's built in through the construction or placed in afterwards, you've got to protect your home. And this is what we can do. Put a monitoring system around the house to protect it. Because insurance will not cover termites. It's up to the homeowner to protect the house. So we just put the bait rod inside the station, close it off and we'll protect the house that way.
