Short interview-style clip (The Local Guys) where two speakers—both with prior franchise experience—describe their mission: a customer-focused and franchisee-first approach. They emphasize having been franchisees themselves, learning from "good and bad" franchising experiences, and aiming to help others on the franchise journey.
We're absolutely obsessed with our customers and we're absolutely obsessed with our franchise partners.
We've seen the good and the bad side of franchising. We've been franchisees ourselves. We've seen the positives and the negatives and all facets of it. So, you know, this is why we decided to get into franchise. We feel that we can bring those experiences into the business now.
Yeah. I think if we can help as many people as possible on the franchise journey, then we've definitely fulfilled our higher purpose and that's what we're here for.
Definitely. I mean, franchisee first focus. That's our motto. It's our mission. It always has been and it always will be.
100%.
