So, Daniel, you've just finished your two week training to join the local guys as a franchisee. Congratulations. Thank you. Why did you decide to leave your job and start your own business? Pretty much I just wanted to work for myself. Yeah. Sick of going to work for somebody else, so do my own thing. That's pretty much it. Yeah. Nice. No worries. And what made you choose a franchise over going it alone or starting your own business? I actually had a lot of advice from friends that have had franchises before and they pretty much recommended it. They said starting out by yourself is quite hard and all that sort of stuff. So I thought franchising will be easier. Yeah, Yep, no worries. So when you were looking at different franchises, what were the things that you were looking for in a company and what did you expect from the franchise? I wasn't expecting too much, to be honest. I was just browsing and looking for something that might catch my eye and local guys did, so yeah. Awesome. And what interested you in test and tagging? Well, my previous job, I actually worked with a lot of electricians and I've seen them do testing and tagging before and I thought that's quite an easy job so I'd like to get into it. And what made you decide that the local guys was the right option for you? Pretty much the emails I received. Really? I sent out a couple of emails to a couple other T credit companies and didn't get the response out of them than what I did with the local guys. Local guys were good. They were upfront, told me everything I needed to know. Awesome. That's great. So you've just finished your training experience and how did you find that? Awesome. Awesome. Very informative. Jarrod's an awesome guy, showed me a lot of the ropes. So yeah, I found it very good. Perfect. That's great. So now that you're going out on your own, how confident do you feel about going out and test and tagging by yourself? Well, after the couple of weeks I spent with Jarrod, I feel pretty confident I can get into work and get down and do it. Yeah. So I feel pretty confident. Great. Could you have done it by yourself? I can't see it. No, I don't think so. What advice would you give to someone else who's interested in joining the local guys? My advice would be jump in and do it. What I've seen so far is pretty good. All the advice I've been given is excellent and no bad feedback, so I might advise me jumping. Awesome. And finally, what are you most looking forward to? To now that you're part of the team. Just working by myself. Doing my own thing. Yeah. Making my own money and y. Pretty much, yeah. Yeah. Being part of this. Awesome. We can't wait to have you start. Thank you.
