Everything's well explained. All the processes that you do really take the time and take the guesswork out of things. And how's training going?
Very, very good, like very helpful. All those stuff are very helpful. Training has been really, really good so far. There's a lot of information, obviously there's a lot to take on board, as you would expect. I've got no issue with understanding it. It's not jumping all over the place.
The team is really nice and I have the feeling that, you know, even coming away from AD that, you know, they won't leave me alone to things.
I've done a lot of onboarding for staff and this process has been really straightforward. It's been very thorough.
One of the reasons that I did choose you guys, I did ring a few other franchises. No one really got back to me or that take ages where you guys were straight onto it and just felt comfortable from day one. So, yeah, it was really smooth. Yeah. Every time I had a question, I probably annoyed the girls a little bit before my email in and questions. That's what we're here for, mate.
I probably would not have done it if I would have been by myself. I really enjoy the way the franchise model helps their people with getting the business off the ground. Onboarding process was very easy and simple with Ruby. She helped me a lot.
I ran quite a few pest control companies because it was something I wanted to do, I wanted to work for myself.
