This is a short YouTube training/transcript for The Local Guys franchise showing an on-site bond clean. Speaker A narrates a hands-on demonstration (carpet and window cleaning techniques), while trainees (notably Kamal and Speaker C) state this is the last day of training, describe skills learned (“top to bottom, left to right”), and give positive testimonials about the company culture and readiness to operate as franchisees.

Yeah. So we're out here doing training today. We're out at a bond clean. This particular client brought this property for an investment and they need us to come in and we're doing all of the carpets, we're doing the complete bond clean and getting that ready for them so that they can get that on the market and get a tenant in as soon as possible. We're here with the team, all doing all of our training, all the things they've learned throughout the training process and this is where it all comes into fruition and they can apply the skills that they've learned to be able to get the property in order. So lots of hands on stuff today, lots of pointing out things that we're working on and trying to get better at all of our skills. But the guys have done a fantastic job already and can really see that in the results. They've gone walkabout, but if you find the black clips, this one here sits in there and then that one there sits across there. So basically what we want to be doing is just wring out a bit. Just obviously our normal dishwashing liquid with some warm water. Now with our lambs wool, just literally starting at the top and this is our agitation and our cleaning. Once up and down and then sideways. Now, whenever you're doing this, you always want to start from one edge and then just indent in slightly like that. So all of the suds and all the rest of it are going to the outside of the pane. Same thing with this one. Now edging the other way so it all travels back the other way. Now there'll be a couple of little tiny bits that you'll miss along the edges quite often. Just grab that with your cloth. So, Kamar, what day of training are we at?
I think today is the last day.
And what have we learned in training?
Almost everything from top to bottom, left to right, everything. How to clean. I was good in cleaning, but I got a top up from Gerald because he's professional and running this big company.
Yeah.
So learn a lot of things, a lot of things from him, from Stacy, from you guys.
So you ready to be your own bosses?
Oh, yes. Can't wait. Can't wait. Let's rock and roll. Local guys cleaning.
I love it, mate. Kamal, what would you say to someone on the fence about joining with the local guys?
Oh, yes, it's a very good company. Friendly culture, family culture. If you really like cleaning test and tags, electricity or carpet cleaning, please come and join us. Let us grow and make us grow and you also grow. See, our boss, he's so dedicated. He's cleaning the clean windows.
It's been so good training. I've learned so much. Like, I learned things that outside of doing this, like, I wouldn't have known at all. So been so good. Just go for it, honestly. Like, what do you have to lose, you know, like, you've got, like a huge team that's supporting you behind your back. You've got everything you need, really. Like, just go for it, honestly.
So we're all finished now with our bond cleaning, and our guys have completed their training. So they've gone through the process of how to do complete bond clean from start to finish, all the processes that are involved in it. So next week when they start getting leads, they can start quoting on their jobs and heading out with confidence to be able to complete their own work.
