This YouTube vlog (uploaded/created by Jarrad Goulding on Nov 14, 2025) features Martin giving a personal reflection on professional growth and self-motivation. In this segment Martin emphasizes the value of hands-on professional experience, urges proactive action ("get off your ass" / "knock on some doors"), and describes overcoming self-doubt to discover he can perform the job well.

It's just professional. I keep coming back to it's really, really professional. To have that experience at my fingertips is just priceless. Get off your ass and go and go knock on some doors and get some work. It ain't going to fall into your lap. Unfortunately, I didn't think I was capable of pushing myself to do something that I've never done before. What I realized in that is that, yes, I can do this job, and I reckon I can do it very well.
