What would you say to someone who's on the fence about starting a franchise business with the local guys?
I would say that the reason that the local guys are so successful with what they do is the proof's in the pudding. We've already got the systems in place. You get the support along the way. You get the training, the technical support. You also get the marketing things. So you don't need to worry about wearing every hat. In regards to running a business, we take care of a lot of the heavy lifting for.
You and the support team. They're a good bunch, right?
They're a great bunch. They're always on the phone, available for whenever you need them. Me personally, I'm on the phone whenever you need me. I get franchise partners call me at all hours of the day. I'm there to support them along the way. I know how tricky it can be to start a business from scratch. So I'm there any point that they need me.
So it's really easy.
