I wrote an email yesterday for our newsletter. You know how many hours it took me to do that? And then this morning, I'm looking at my email, one of multiple emails pops in with a newsletter that you've written much more in depth. I've heard you say, I didn't write this, this one came through me.
What is the process that lets you just bring these out? The more present our being is, the less chatter's going on, the more stuff tends to flow. I just started living in story, essentially. When something happens, I'm like, oh, what's like, how would I describe that to another person? Most of those emails that I'm sending are things I've said to people already, and it's not the first time they're hitting paper. If you believe that we have this creativity inside of us, you have a countless amount of stories already in your head.
