Better Reasons To Lose Weight

Jim Katsoulis presents a live YouTube/podcast episode arguing that appearance-focused reasons to lose weight are usually too weak and that stronger, enduring motivation comes from health, longevity and quality-of-life concerns. He urges listeners to reflect on long-term consequences of current eating/lifestyle, contrasts dieting (short-term, crash-focused) with his Program Yourself Thin approach (mindset, lifestyle, hypnosis, and one-size-fits-one planning), and answers live chat questions about techniques like a 60‑second "redo rehearsal" self-hypnosis and goal-weight maintenance. The tone mixes direct challenge, practical coaching, and program promotion.

Hey, everyone. Welcome to today's program. Yourself then podcast. Today we're talking about better reasons to lose weight. This is, to me, kind of ground zero of successfully actually losing weight. Most people, I think, start with what they think are really good reasons, but aren't. And that's one of the main reasons that you're probably not getting the results you want, is that your reasons for losing weight probably are not good enough. They're not powerful enough, they're not motivating enough. And so instead of always trying to. Let me put it this way, right? So it's like, to me, the reasons and the motivation that you have are kind of like the engine of the car, okay? And what's happening is you got a super underpowered engine, and so you're relying. You have to kind of push the car a lot. And so you need just lots of physical energy to kind of push the car because it doesn't have power to make it on its own. So to me, it's like the more effort and time you put into getting better reasons, it's going to pay off for you exponentially throughout the process, because the more motivated you are, the easier it is to do a lot of things. You needed to lose weight, right? And if you find yourself constantly having to fight with yourself, struggle, push yourself to do the things to make you lose weight, this is really important, right? Because if you're in that situation, you keep trying to fight against yourself and force yourself to do the right thing. When in reality, if you just took a step back and spend a little bit of time really reflecting on the reasons why you want to do this and making them stronger, that is going to give you a lot more benefit than trying to constantly force yourself to do the right thing. So what are the better reasons? Right? Let's talk about the reasons you currently have and why they're not strong enough. Most likely, you're like the rest of us. And you've been conditioned by the diet industry your entire life to think about. Your main motivation to lose weight is being that you want to look better. That's probably the main reason you want to lose weight. You want to look better, you want to wear the clothes you want to wear, you want to look better in pictures, you want people to notice you. Things like that. And this has been pumped into your brain the entire time you've been alive, most likely. And it feels now like it should be enough motivation, right? You think about it all the time. You really want to lose weight, you really want to look better. But you're not doing the things to make it happen. And so instead of thinking that that motivation is really strong, but we just need to force ourselves to do it again, we want to look back at the reasons. Wanting to look better is not enough, typically. Right. Again, it's fine. Keep that want to look better, okay? That's a, it's a good motivator, but it's usually not enough by itself. The real reasons that tend to drive people are more on the health side of things, the quality of life side of things. And when you start to look at your weight in terms of your quality of life, I think it's very sobering and it can lead to a lot more motivation. Now, I will warn you, you kind of have to go through the patch of pain to get to the real deep motivation, okay? Because yes, pain is a big motivator, but pleasure is a big motivator too. So we want to use both of them. And so when we go beyond just how you look and we go to your quality of life and how long you're going to be alive, that is where I find you get the most motivation from. And what it requires though, is you got to take a second to just stop for, for a moment and really consider. If you continue down the path you're on with the weight, with the eating, with the lifestyle, where are you going to be 5 years, 10 years, 20 years from now? What's your quality of life going to be? What do you believe your longevity is going to be when you imagine being at the same weight or getting heavier?
And I know this can be unpleasant and it can be painful for people, but this is where the real motivation lies because this is what matters to pretty much everyone is your quality of life and how long you're going to live, how you look. Listen, you've gotten by long enough in life, maybe being overweight, that you figured that part out. And yeah, it would be nice, but it's not really that important to you, most likely. I know it feels like it's that important. So it is important to you, but it's not enough. So what we have to come back to is literally how long you're gonna live. Do you not think that what you put into your mouth consistently over the next 10, 20, 30 years is going to impact how long you are alive and breathing? You get one shot at life. Are you really willing to reduce those years because of your weight, because of your reading, because of your lifestyle? I know these are hard hitting questions, I get it. But this, again, when you Know that when there's emotion there, that kind of indicates that there's motivation there, too. So you start looking at your quality of life and your length of life, and you start basing your motivation to lose weight around that. What will your quality of life be over the next 20 years if you remain at the same weight, overweight, unable to change it? What does that life look like over the next 20 years, 20 years from now? How have you lived? How have you felt what's happened to your body? How is your health? What are you dealing with because of the extra weight? Again, I don't mean to be such a bummer, but Jesus Christ, this is reality. You know, I always say my. My dad died at 54 of a heart attack. So for me, weight has always been more than. Than how I look. It's literally about how. How long I'm going to live in my quality of life while I'm here. And this is what you need to tap into, because this is the real power. This literally is affecting your entire quality of life. Your entire experience of being alive as the person you are is directly being impacted by your weight, how you're eating, how you're living. And when you start to look at it this way, it starts to take the seriousness that it deserves. Again, want to look better, fine. But wanting to look better is a completely different motivation than wanting to live as long as you can, to wanting to have the best quality life you possibly can, want to be able to move comfortably, feel light and happy in your body, feel like the best version of yourself. This is literally life and death. This is, in my opinion, it's one of the most important pieces of living a quality life that you want to live? You get one shot at this. Are you willing to give up years so you can eat bullshit? Are you willing to give up so much happiness and joy and excitement of living a genuine life where you're happy and eating the way that makes you feel good? Are you willing to give all that up? So these are the reasons you really want to tap into. And it just takes some time. It takes some reflection. But what happens is all of a sudden you start to have a different motivation, all right? And this is the motivation that seems to really push people over the edge. Because again, you can believe me or not, but if you have been thinking about losing weight and wanting to look better and not doing it for 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 years, at some point you've got to look at that motivation and say, I feel like it's enough. But apparently it's not. And just to drive the final point home here, that really your weight is ultimately a reflection of your motivation. If I offered you a million dollars, if you got to your goal weight, would you do it? Would you be a lot more motivated? If I took the person you love the most in your life and said you're never going to see him again unless you lose the weight, would you be able to do it? There's levels of motivation that are way higher and this is the primary reason you have not lost weight, that your motivation's too low. And B, you don't really know how to lose weight. So again, you only know how to diet. And so that's a whole issue in and of itself. But again, the motivation is something that you can start to work on now. And if you start to re change how you think about weight loss, from being about looking better to actually living as the person you want for as long as you possibly can, you are going to tap into a deeper motivation and you're going to see firsthand how that impacts you and how it makes it easier to make healthier choices naturally and automatically. And so, again, if you want to go deeper into this process, click the link in my bio or go to program yourself then dot com, go get the free hypnosis session I gave you, watch the training I made for you, and realize there's a better way to go about mastering your weight than dieting. All right?
So, yeah, if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask them. What's up, Betty? Betty says this is an eye opener. It is an eye opener. I mean, again, this is my secret weapon. I mean, if I had to share my secret weapon, it is absolutely not willpower. Absolutely not willpower. It is that I have way better reasons, stronger reasons. What's a better reason? A better reason is a stronger reason. A reason that affects you more, impacts you more. I have way more impactful, powerful reasons for why I want to live at my goal weight than you do. I bet I will. Challenge. If you're overweight, I guarantee you I've got better reasons for why I want to be at my goal weight. For me, it's central to being who I am to be at my goal weight. And it could be the same for you if you reflect on it the right way. Because, again, it's a fact of nature. If you walk around.
Being excessively overweight and not feeling good about it, eating foods that make you sluggish and tired and, you know, inflamed, it's going to affect your Quality of life. You don't think as clearly, you don't have as much energy, your body doesn't function as well. And all of those things catch up to you over time. That's why you have to start thinking where I'm going to be 10 years, 20, 30 years from now. And I'm telling you, you're gonna be sorry. That's just the truth of it. Again, I'm not here to make you feel bad. But at the same time you've gotta honestly look at what's at stake here. So what's up Yamile, how's it going? Veronica says keep this info coming please. You're welcome product. Yes, I keep it coming every day so in case, if you're new here, I am here every Monday through Friday, usually around noon Eastern. A little late today, but.
Still kind of in half vacation mode to be honest. But yes, I am here every day, Monday through Friday right around noon Eastern. And I'm here to answer your questions. Again, this is my kind of mission in life, you know, for me again, as I said, my main motivation is it is life and death. I want you to live as long as you can. I want you to be as happy as you possibly can be. And so for me this is a mission and I love to get on here every day and kind of give you a different perspective on weight because I believe, I absolutely believe anyone can lose weight. But I think the secret is to change how you think how you live and how you eat strategically. And that is how you get to your goal weight and stay there for the rest of your life. Oh.
Turn that off.
What's up Kyla? Kyle says great info. Thank you, thank you. It is great info. Again, I'm not here to you, you're, you know when I talk about this stuff and this is why I do it every day, you. Oh, come on.
Hold on a second here.
Let's see. I'm.
Alive. All right, sorry about that.
Well anyways distracted me but I'll go on again. Jen says take a look at the generation ahead of you. My mom and her sisters all have level of limited mobility. I want better for myself. Absolutely. Abs, Jen. A thousand percent. A thousand percent. You know, especially me and most of my clients are between 45 and 70, I would say. And I think it's very valuable to look at the generation ahead of you. Absolutely. I think that's where so much motivation can come from because you're going to see firsthand the consequences of your decisions. And remember this, you ain't Them meaning the generation before you had probably 20 to 30 years more of more whole, natural, healthier foods, you know, so, you know, again, they actually had a huge advantage in the sense that they didn't grow up in this in food environment that we did. You know, if you're. If you're in your 50s, say, okay. So that is very valuable, I think. I think it's so powerful to look at. Yeah. The generation ahead of you. Your moms, your aunts, maybe your grandparents, you know, but even they're not. Again, it depends what they're dealing with. But moms are really moms, dads, parents, uncles, aunts. These are great people to look at and see what they're dealing with. And again, it's firsthand, so it's very impactful. And this is the reality. Your skinny jeans. I'm joking. I want you to wear skinny jeans. Okay, but what I'm saying is we got skinny jeans on one hand, and we've got how long you're going to live and your quality of life while you're alive on the other hand, God damn it, if this side isn't more important and impactful to you. And again, I want you to wear the skinny jeans, too, but I want you to be alive and have a happy quality of life way more. And we don't think of it that way. And not thinking of it that way does us a huge disservice because, again, it's the way you think about this that really has the biggest impact on the results you get. And so when we think about, I just want to look better, it almost becomes like, you know, like, I got the important shit in my life, and then, well, if I could look better, I'd love that, and it'd be great if I could do it. But I got to focus on the what the important stuff. Making money, taking care of kids, taking care of people, you know, doing what I got to do, my responsibilities that are what really important. So a lot of times the weight becomes a secondary, important thing for you, and it can't be. It's not. I'm telling you, what you consistently put into your mouth over the next 20, 30 years is probably going to be the number one factor in how long you live and your quality of life while you're alive. And when I say quality of life, I mean literally everything that matters to you. Your most important, relationships, supporting people you love, doing things you want to do in your life. All of these things are directly related to your weight, your health, your happiness, and they become more and more important, each and every year that goes by.
You do not want to be carrying an extra. You know, again, what, it doesn't matter what the numbers. You don't want to be carrying the extra weight around if it's too much. Okay. Again, it's up for you to decide what too much weight is. Right. But you don't want to be carrying all this extra weight around. It's a drain on your energy, it's impact hurting your joints, it's causing your body to not operate optimally. And so it's really, this is the lens you've got to look at this process through, in my opinion, because once you do that again, you just, you move it up the, it moves up the value chain in your mind and you start treating it much more seriously. And so again, what I see most people, the reason they're struggling with weight initially is they're not genuinely motivated. I mean, it's crazy to think the number of people that think they're really motivated who are not, you know, and it says, you're so amazing. Well, thank you. These are real comments too.
I know, like, I streamed in different places, so it's like, I'm not just making this up. Like, you're amazing, Jim. They're the real comments. Thank you. Incognito. My favorite live. Well, thank you. I appreciate you saying that. Yeah, I gotta, like, you know, it's funny, I was, I, I just came back from vacation refreshed and renewed. I really am feeling so excited. It's a, it's a great time in my life, I will say. But one of the things I was thinking about is these lives, I can make them a lot better. So they're going to be some cool changes coming with that on all of these. So I'm going to be able to kind of do some cooler stuff with all these. So that's kind of coming. But yeah, I appreciate you this being your favorite live. Yeah, that's what I'm here for again. I really am here to help you all out and, you know, help you get better results.
What's up, Kent? Like Ken, Ken's killing it. Comes to the program, killing it. Do hard things now to make things easier later. Yes. You'll discover with PYT strategy, it's not that hard. Exactly, exactly. And I love that idea. Right. Do the hard things now. You know, I always say that to myself, it's like I want to, I want to do the things now so that when I'm older, it's just automatic and easier, you know, And I think that the quicker you get on that band wagon, the better. You know, now, I know you obviously say that. So how did we do it? Right? Let's get into that. Okay, so once you get the motivation down, how do you make it happen? Right? What's different about what I'm saying versus every other weight loss diet out there? And the main difference is the focus. You know, where most diets are really fixated on how fast you can lose weight. Program yourself then, is about how to live at your goal weight in a strategic, systematic way, how to get there and how to stay there for the rest of your life. And so the focus is very different and the process is very different because of that. So with program yourself, then, we're not crash dieting. And listen, every diet's a crash diet. All of them. They're all a crash diet. You literally don't know how to not crash diet. You've been taught by the diet industry to jump into these plans 100% fully, and you do it. Until you make a mistake again, you're all or nothing. And that all or nothing thinking is very difficult to succeed with. It's very difficult to be all or nothing and move forward. It's hard to get the progress. So again, program yourself. Thin is a systematic approach to shift your mindset, your lifestyle, and your eating strategically so that you can live at your goal weight. You know, and that's the big difference. It's strategic. Dieting is not strategic. You know, dieting is very tactical in the sense that you get this general plan and you're supposed to just follow it.
As long as you can. But it ends up feeling like an endurance test or better metaphor I've been using lately is that, you know, it's like you're. You're in a marathon, right? You're running a marathon. You're at the. The starting line, and you're gonna run it like a sprinter, though, right? Because you're like, well, if I run really fast, I'm gonna beat everyone, right? In the first eighth of the mile, it's working. You're way ahead of everyone, but the next eighth of a mile, you collapse on the ground and can't even finish the race. And that's pretty much how you keep trying to lose weight. You're in a marathon, but you keep trying to sprint it. And just to drive that point home, the question becomes, how long do you want to keep the weight off for, right? And I could hear you saying forever. But are your strategies of weight loss really forever? Strategies do you really want to be keto forever? Really? Do you really want to count your calories for the rest of your life? Do you really want to do Weight Watchers for. For the rest of your life? Do you? I feel like you don't, you know, and so these diets are not built for the long term. They're built for the short term to give you a quick boost of dopamine with some weight loss, and then you can't keep it up and you stay trapped in the struggle. You know, I think it's like the hamster wheel. It's like the diet hamster wheel, where you just keep repeating the same process over and over and over, right? Get upset about your weight, swear you're going to change it all, jump into some plan, 100 on a Monday, do it for a couple days or a couple weeks, quit. Go back to what you always did, get upset. Start a diet. You know, it's the same thing over and over. You've probably been doing that for 30, 10, 30, 40 years, you know, so at some point you gotta. You've got to change your approach, right? It's the saying, right? The only definition of insanity is doing the same thing, expecting a different result. Well, if that's the case, dieters are some of the most insane people out there. And the irony, again, for my people, again, and if you're listening to this for any period of time, you're one of my people in the sense that you're probably an overthinker, you're an overthinker, and you're probably a perfectionist, you're probably a very proactive person. You're probably successful in a lot of other areas of your life, and you're struggling with this when you can't figure it out why, you know, and there's a good reason why. It's because you've never learned a good plan or strategy for how to genuinely manage your mindset, lifestyle and eating so you can live at your goal weight. You've never learned that. And until you learn that, you're kind of like just fumbling around in the dark, you know, and that's how it feels. You know, that's why you're struggling so much at this point, because, you know, now when you start getting into your, you know, late 40s, 50s, 60s, you've got so much experience of failure in the past that it's hard to get yourself motivated again to try again. Because now you've got a whole bank of experience of even when you've lost what you put it back on and so your brain says, jesus, what's the point? Even when we lose weight, we still fail. And so once you feel that way, you know, this sense of apathy comes in and it's very hard to get yourself going. So the answer to get out of that hole is to start using a different strategy to stop dieting, to demand a new way to do this. And once you do again, you start walking on new ground and it feels different, you know, it feels totally different. And it's a lot easier to get better results, you know.
Ken says now using the reader rehearsal strategies to improve fitness and mobility. Small consistent changes. Yeah, again, Ken's right on the money here. So, yeah, in the program you learn the redo rehearsal technique. And it's a kind of a 60 second self Hypnosis exercise you use to program your subconscious mind to do the things that give you the health, happiness and energy that you want. Okay? And you can use it in all different areas of your life. So that's great because Ken was using it for his eating, now he's using it, you know, for things that help his fitness, mobility. I'm the same way. I, I have most recently been using the program yourself thin technique and the whole system to work out more. Right. Start doing more resistance training and to do more mobility training. And so, you know, again, I've been ramping that up. So again, you know, you've got to learn how to run your mind if you're going to be able to live the life you want to live, get the results you want to get. And dieting never teaches you how to run your mind. It just gives you a plan that you're supposed to just force yourself to follow. And it just doesn't work. You know, it doesn't work for anyone either. You know, I'm letting you off the hook here. You know, I'd let you blame yourself if it had a decent success record. But dieting has a dismal success record. Even people that succeed on a diet, it's estimated that 95% of people that lose weight on a diet put it back on. So even the people that succeed fail. Dieting is a path to nowhere. A hundred years of dieting. There's not one dieting that rises to the top of the list for long term weight loss. Not a single one. How about that, folks? I'm gonna challenge you all. Give me some diet that you think's the best diet. You're gonna be hard pressed, and that's pretty crazy thinking all think on all the diets we've gone through in our lives, not one single one of those rises to the top of the list. Maybe Weight Watchers and Slimming worlds, simply because they have that social component. There's not one diet that's more effective for long term weight loss than any other ones. They all suck. So again, the problem's not you. The problem is the diet and your strategy that you're trying to use. And so once you change that again, it becomes a completely different process than what you've been doing. Yeah, Linda says, I feel like I've been counting calories forever. Yeah, it's miserable, you know, again. And program yourself then if you want to count calories, you're welcome to, you know, if you love. There are people that actually do love counting calories, by the way, you know, but most people do not. And that really gets to the. The foundation of programming yourself then, is that you need to figure out program yourself then allows you to create a one size fits one plan for getting and then living at your goal weight. So, you know, you go through the goal weight blueprints, the mindset, lifestyle, needing ones, and you answer the questions based on who you are. And this is something you almost never do in weight loss. You never create a plan based around you. It's always someone telling you what to do, someone who doesn't even know you, by the way. Right. You don't know any of these people that start these diets. They don't know you. And so they're just giving this, this blanket advice for everyone, this blanket plan for everyone. Everyone should just stop eating carbs. Everyone should just stop eating for 16 hours. Exactly. Everyone should count their calories. You know, it's. And the irony is it doesn't work for anyone. None of that works long term for anyone statistically. And yet people keep. It's like they're addicted to it, but they're not addicted to it, they're entranced by it. It's very much like hypnosis and being in a trance. But, yeah, I mean, again, if you hate counting calories.
You don't have to, you know, that's for sure. But I hear you, I hear you. Jen says the hardest part is admitting you weigh what you want to. You don't weigh what you want to weigh. The best feeling is that you're not your fault diets don't work. Get pyt. Thanks, Jed. Yes, the hardest part is admitting you weigh what you want to weigh. Yeah, right, Jen. That's a. Again, that's a little Bit of, you know, uncomfortable truth perhaps, that you weigh what you want away, folks. I know that one hurts a little bit, but that gets back to what I was saying earlier. And, and I mean that literally, by the way. I literally mean you weigh exactly what you want to weigh.
Yes, you do, which is it's not to say you want to be overweight. Okay? But what it means is, listen, you don't have to want to be overweight to maintain your. You don't have to want to be overweight to be overweight, obviously. Right? You're overweight and you don't want to be. Okay, it's not about if you want to be overweight or not. What it's about is you want to eat the foods. You want to live the way you're living. Okay? And so let me clarify this. You want to lose weight. I'm not saying you don't want to lose weight. I know you do. Your want to lose weight is right here. Okay? But your want to keep eating and living the way you're currently living is up here. So again, it's not that you don't want to lose weight. It's that you want to kind of remain the same more subconsciously. And so until you change that, you're going to remain at the same weight. So, yes, technically, another way to phrase what I just said is that you weigh exactly what you want to weigh. Your weight is a reflection of this. Right? Again, here's your desire to lose weight. Here's your want to lose weight, which you think is up here, by the way, and nothing is higher. That's not true, or else you'd be losing weight. Okay? So your. Your want to lose weight is here. Your want and desire to remain the same and do the same is right here. It's higher. And so this is where you stay. And so until you change this, it's going to be very difficult to change your weight. So, yes, Jennifer's absolutely right. And again, Jen is. She's in the program and she has been maintaining what maintaining our goal weight for nine and a half months now. Longest time in her life. So congrats, Jen. That's awesome job. Yeah. And that's what happens when you learn how to, you know, when you create a plan customized for you and you learn how to run your mind. Those are the things that can happen. Again, it doesn't have to be so hard. Weight loss. Here's what I'm saying. I'm not saying weight loss is easy because no change is easy, but weight loss and Then ultimately, living your goal weight can be way easier than you ever imagined. Because the only way you think about weight loss is as a dieter, you think about dieting. And what I'm saying is that dieting is one way to approach weight loss, and it's a very ineffective way. Dieting has a dismal track record. So, you know, there's way better ways. And program yourself then is what it's called.
Laurie says thank you for your program and all the work you do. Thank you, Lori. Appreciate you saying that. Thanks for getting the program. Yes, the program is my. My magnum opus. And it's. Again, there's a lot of cool things coming down the pike. I got my. Got the old workbook coming. I'm working on it. I don't know. I am sometimes, right? I just get. I gotta pick these pictures for the workbook. And it's literally like four pictures. But I'm like, I just want the right pictures. I gotta let it go. I'm gonna get it done this way. I'm done today. As a matter of fact, I can't wait for y' all to see it because I'm gonna have it. I'm gonna show you. I'm gonna show it to you every day. It's awesome. This book's awesome. The workbook alone, my program is the best value in. In. In weight loss. There's no question about that. You know, you get the number one hypnosis program on the planet for weight loss. That alone is worth the whole cost of the program. But then you also get the goal weight blueprint. That's worth the whole cost of the program. And then you also get the program yourself. Then technique. That's worth the whole cost of the program. Then you also get access to Jim AI, my clone coach. That's worth the price of the program. So it's like. It's a tremendous value. But yes, it's exciting times for program yourself then. I will tell you that. So. But I can't wait to show you all the workbook. So like I said, next week, probably the week after, when I'll actually get the physical version. I had to guess. But if you're in the program, you will get the digital version probably this week, as it should be done. But. All right, I'm gonna get out of here. I got a lot of stuff to do. And that's one of the things I stay on the live. I don't want to procrastinate. I'm gonna get these. These pictures done so I can go get this Made. And I got my new fidget though, too. Look at this thing. I love this thing. If you ever see these, I could sell fidgets on TikTok. That's where I see my fidget stuff. But I love this thing. Look at this. Actually, I got both of these on Tick tock. I got this one, which I really love. I really like this thing. It's like two little wheelie wheels with a chain and it's so fun. I just. I love it. So satisfying. But the other one I got was this one. It's a little cube. It's a little magnetic, right? So you spin it. Just flipping, spinning, spinning, spinning, spinning. It's pretty cool, though. So that one feels neat. And I got this one, this one I love this one's. Oh, feels so nice. This one's called Ono.
Oh, n o. I love this one. Feels nice because I always had these. And I love these too, but they're a little bit. I do like them a lot, actually. And they chime and stuff. But they chime. That's part of the issue. And you really do have to kind of concentrate. They can fall right out of the. Fall right out of the old hands. So you want to be careful of that. So these ones don't really. Oh, they feel nice. So these are great. If you ever see these. And you like fidgets. That's a good one. What's up.
Sonala? Hi, From Slovenia. Hello. What's up, Vicki? How's it going? Yeah, so anyways, I'm. Get out of here. All right, everyone, thank you so much. If you're not in my world, go click the link in my bio or go to program yourself. Then go get the free hypnosis session, watch the training, read the emails I send. You got cool stuff coming your way for free. And if you like this stuff here, you have questions about weight, feel free to ask the questions. I'm here every Monday through Friday and.
Yeah, I'm Harry Money through Friday us around noon Eastern. And if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them. And if you missed the live and you want to.
If you want to.
Listen to this after the fact, it's also a podcast. I put it up as program yourself then and it is on all the podcast platforms. So just go search that out and I will be there 24 hours a day so you can listen to those.
Oh, look at that. Jody says. Yeah, Jody got a fidget while she's on vacation. That's awesome. Yeah, I love these things. I love them. I got fidgets up the wazoo here. I got a little spinning. I like spinny things too. I got this thing that just spins. It's a little ball. One of my favorites is this one, but you got to kind of concentrate on this one. It's a little kind of fancy top, you know, it's neat. I don't know. Can I do it holding it? Probably not. Let's see. Oh, not bad. All right. This thing spins so long and I. And I love this. That's one of my favorites too. That's got a bunch of little doodads, but yeah. Anyways, who cares about my fidgets? But yeah. What's up? John says, for someone who really enjoyed the eight weeks on mantras, but then fatigued on continuing them, how do you suggest using them going forward?
Yeah, I appreciate that, John. And.
You know, you're kind of. You're making me think of something that's coming down the pike. And one of those things that's coming down the pike is for people that have been in the program I am going to make. I'm putting this together now because what you may not know is I have a Thrive program. And with that program, the daily hypnosis sessions, the five minute morning ones, there's a program there that continues for a year. So you get. For the. For the whole year, just forever. You.
