One of the most overlooked factors influencing your weight is your stress level. You may realize you're stressed, but you may just assume that it's always going to be that way, and you just need to use willpower to still force yourself to eat well. But what I've seen is that if you focus on reducing your stress levels of becoming a more relaxed, calm person, changing the way you think and deal with things, that you can dramatically reduce your stress levels in an easy and enjoyable way. And once you do that, it automatically makes the eating much, much easier. You lower your cravings, you increase your energy, and you're able to think more clearly and creatively to find solutions that help you live at your goal weight. So start dedicating a little bit of your weight loss energy, not to just eating different, but to actually going to the source of the problem and relaxing yourself on a deeper level.
