Losing weight is one of the most pleasurable things you can ever do in your life. And to prove it to you, I want you to think about what your goal weight is. Now, I want you to imagine that you woke up at that weight. Tomorrow morning, lying in bed, before you even open your eyes, and you can feel that you're in this body at that weight as this version of you. Now, I want you to connect to that feeling and imagine yourself hopping out of bed. Now, imagine yourself getting dressed in the exact outfit you want to wear on this body, notice how it feels to get dressed, wearing these clothes, looking this way. Now imagine yourself moving through your day doing simple little things. But in this body, as this version of you, notice how it feels to move through your life at this weight, feeling this way. Freedom from the food, freedom from the weight. Notice if you feel more confident, hear your voice in your mind. How do you speak? How do you hold yourself? How does it feel to be at this weight?
Now, the more you connect to this pleasure, the more you get pulled to doing the things you need to do to make this reality real for you. So focus on the pleasure of the process and you're going to find that you unlock a lot more motivation.
