Alpha and Omega grow from totally different ways. If Alpha is challenged by something, and this is your Alpha, my Alpha, his Alpha, you know, we scare the shit out of ourselves and balls to the wall we do it. If we're afraid to fly, we get in the airplane, we dive out of the door. But that causes a lot of adrenaline, a lot of intense fear, a lot of maybe even contraction because you're like bracing into a lot of fear. Omega grows through next natural step. So this practice is very Omega. It's just next natural step. Can you just feel the air on your skin? Can you immerse into it? You know, you're just supporting yourself in the most safe, nurturing, connected, loving way. You know, you're fine the way you are. You're not broken. Let's just bring some presence here. And it's through that gentle meeting of yourself in the moment that pleasure comes online. Because the flower, we don't yank the petals back to get the flower to bloom. We like provide it the sun, and then the flower says, hello, handsome, and the flower opens. So this practice is about just giving yourself that warm sun so that you just, before you know it, you're back. And it's gentle and it can be short and it can be frequent and it can be loving.
