In this solo video, Leah, the founder of Life's Experts, answers the most common questions she receives about her organization and its offerings. She explains that her life‑relevant education is intended for every adult who has any kind of relationship—partners, friends, family, or colleagues—and that it is not limited to people in crisis or with relationship problems. Leah clarifies that she is an educator, not a therapist or counselor; her work focuses on preventive education that equips people with research‑backed knowledge before issues arise. She describes her mission to translate academic social‑science findings—often hidden behind paywalls and jargon—into clear, actionable guidance on relationships, intimacy, mental health, and personal development. Leah argues that, just as we are taught basic life skills (using a spoon, writing our name, workplace norms), we should also invest in learning about relational and sexual wellbeing, because society rarely provides this education. Her talks avoid unrelated academic content and instead present the science, highlight common “traps,” and offer practical steps to “future‑proof” relationships. She invites viewers to explore her website, attend events, and follow her on social media, emphasizing that anyone who is curious and open‑minded can benefit from her content.

Hi there, my name is Leah and I'm the founder of Life's Experts, the life-relevant education for adults. I get asked some questions very regularly, so I thought I should make a video for those who don't get to see me in real life and still wonder about the same questions. So one of the first questions that people ask me is Leah, the content that you deliver, who is it for? And I say, it's for everybody. Every human being who happens to have relationships of all sorts with other human beings. My content is for you. And then they go, well, you have a topic on successful relationships. Does that mean that, you know, it's for people who are divorcees or people in difficult marriages or relationships with some And I say, no, my content is for everyone who isn't ignorant enough to think that they know it all and have nothing to learn from research, theories, amazing work in the social sciences. And then they go, but maybe your content is more suitable for those with issues? And again, I need to clarify the whole purpose of The purpose of my work is to educate in order to prevent things from going downhill in people's lives and relationships. I get asked, are you a therapist? Are you a counselor? Are you a sexologist? And I say, no, no, no, I'm an educator. And in contrast to therapists who would come into your life when things have fallen to pieces and you are— you have fallen in a very deep trap, Right, you, you're in a bad situation and they're the person that are to pull you out of there. I don't do that. I want to prevent you from getting down that rabbit hole before it happens. I want to turn the lights on and I want to show you, trap there, trap there, be careful of that, so that you don't have to end up broken, in therapy, in court to divorce your partner, and so on. So my work is basically aiming to empower you, to give you the knowledge that we have accumulated in academia and unfortunately stays so barricaded in academia behind steep prices for the journal articles, jargon, and difficult accessibility. What I'm doing is taking what sciences have and bringing it to people because it's life-applicable and life-relevant. And then there is this other question: But why do you think people would come to you if everything's okay? And then I love giving this example. When you were a baby, you had to be taught how to hold a spoon. When you were a child, you had to be taught how to write your name. When you were an adult and you went in for your first job, you had to be taught how the systems in this workplace work. These are life-relevant things. Right? Yet, who invested in you and sat you down and taught you anything and everything that you wanted to know about relationships, sex, intimacy, fears, you know, all of these things, you know? And if you don't invest in you, nobody else will. These are personal things, and society is shying away from them when there is so much mayhem and suffering because we don't know enough. Nobody shares these things with us. Everything is hushed and like, don't talk about it. Yeah, happened to me as well. You know, we can avoid so much of that suffering if we just happen to know more and learn more and be open to that knowledge. You will invest in yourself through education. Your bosses will invest in you through trainings and courses and things like that to excel professionally. And the same applies to life skills, to knowing how to be better better in taking care of yourself, in being a good partner, in everything, everything that's private at home, in your relationships with friends, with family, with partners, and so on. You need to invest in this. If you don't invest, nobody else will. And that's where I come in. I offer you life-relevant education. There will be no calculus in my talks. There will be no 16th century history. It will be What do we know about this issue? How can we change things for the better? How can we future-proof our relationships, mental health, sexual lives, and so on? And then I get asked, so what do you actually do? I simply turn the lights on. I show you the traps. I teach you what science has already accumulated All the knowledge that is worth sharing, I give it to you to make better informed decisions and choices that would empower you to lead the happy, authentic life you want. That's it. I give you the knowledge that you don't have the time or resources to sit and read through and understand and see how it applies to you. This is what I do in the talks.
