So, my name is Leah. I'm a psychologist and a sex and relationship educator for adults. My company is called Life's Sexperts, and you can read this the way you like. Life experts, life sex experts, life sexperts, any way you like. So to move on to today's topic, it has been requested quite a few times. And, you know, sometimes I forget that people ask me, can you do this topic? And then I think I have no topics, and I ask yet another person, give me an idea, and someone just messaged and they were like, yep, these are my ideas for you, Leah. So I picked that one because it reminded me that it has actually been requested before. So here we go again, talking about sex and relationships in a webinar. So how to be confident in bed with a new partner. Today we'll talk about confidence. So as a well-brainwashed psychologist, I will have to explain And go through the definition of confidence. I found a couple that I really liked, and I'm going to present you with them. So confidence is a feeling of self-assurance arising from an appreciation of one's own abilities and qualities. And the other one is a belief in your own ability to do things and be successful. I find that confidence is really linked to our idea of success and quality that we deliver. So throughout this, throughout this webinar, I'm going to get you through really popular topics when it comes to intimate encounters and confidence. And these two are the aspect of body confidence. So how do we think about our bodies? How do we think about our fitness, about penis sizes? Vaginas, or rather vulvas, etc., and then we'll talk about confidence in sexual ability, so that would include concerns about durability, arousal, ability to pleasure, to communicate, to relax, etc.
