In this Taglish/Filipino-language YouTube tutorial, presenter Lesley (Fully Freelee Leslie) demonstrates how to make a coffee crumble ice cream using a simple base of water, evaporated milk, instant coffee, and cornstarch, cooked in the microwave. After heating, condensed milk and Nestlé all‑purpose cream are blended in with an immersion blender (or alternative mixers). The mixture is partially frozen, then beaten to incorporate air, and finally mixed with milk chocolate chips and chopped cashews. The process yields about half a gallon of ice cream, which is frozen solid, unmolded, and served. The video also references a previous cheese ice cream recipe, offers substitution tips (cassava powder vs. cornstarch), and ends with a call to subscribe and follow the creator on social media.

Today, I will make a coffee crumble ice cream. So, I have here 1/2 cup of water. Then, I will add 1/2 cup evaporated filled milk. Then, I will add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee and cornstarch. Hello, I'm just going to show you. If you haven't seen my other cheese ice cream, it's called milky ice cream. Meron po ako link yan sa taas. Di kaylangan matunaw yung inyong coffee kasi hindi naman talaga mahinit pa tumtoo big natin. Iinitin pa natin to sa microwave. So yun yun yun. Init natin to for 1 minute and 30 seconds. 1 minute muna tapos haluin tapos another 30 seconds. After 1 minute and 30 seconds sa microwave eto na ang ichuran yun. Haluin lang natin. Nayon, dagdag na natin adding 1/2 cup of condensed filled milk. Adding 1 cup of all-purpose cream. I highly recommend the Nestlé, yung gamitin niño. Dikay lang, it chill yung cream. Haluin natin. Pero you can use blender, food processor, or electric mixer. So may lambut na sha. So you will need a total of 10 minutes, pero midway, itadagdag na tinang ating chocolate chips at sha ka ang ating cashew. So after about 8 minutes of beating, we will add 1/4 cup or about 43 grams of milk chocolate chips. This is what you can do with your hands. You can just mix it. Beat it for 1 minute. Actually, I just want to add a little bit of mini chocolate chips. So, bagunyay measure dapa tayo chop niyo muna sha. Of course, etong add-ons nyo, pedi nyo dagdagan according sa preference niya. Or bawasan kung yung nangusto niya. Bitlang natin sha for another minute and then okay na. Ayon, putitin namin yung gilet. Ayo, meron sama-sama chocolate chips don. So, manually natin ihalo. Para asegurarnos de distribuirlo bien. By the way, about half a gallon of yield.
