Simulan natin, so mayroon ako dito 2 cups na bread flour. You can also use all-purpose flour. Dagdag ganatin na 1/4 cup or about 50 grams na light brown sugar, pwedering white sugar. So ihiwalain sa. Tapos, haluin lang mabote. To this, magdadal pa kayo ng 1 cup water pero pag natin idagdag, dissolve mo na natin yung ating 1/4 cup or about 32 grams na skim milk powder. Puede rinaman regular na milk powder yung gamit ninyo. As you can see, dry ingredients. So we norm put for about 20 seconds a microwave para matulungan na matuna yung inyo skin milk powder. So as you can see, very wet yung ating dough. Okay, lang yon yung talaga yung kaylangan natin. Actually, para ang gusto ko pa tong dagdagan ng mga 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Let's begin with 1 tablespoon of water. So, we will just blend this until it blends well. The lumps will be smoother in about 2 minutes. So in a sense, it's like you're not kneading the dough. And then, it's ready. Just tap it and allow to rest for about an hour. Then about 10 minutes before we're done with the resting period, make sure to put in the mantika for deep frying over very low fire. And then we're done with our hot dog. Hapang pinapalibutan yung shanang dough, so mas gusto ko yung ganito. Yeah, so na habarbecue stick na sha, ready na sha for frying. Ready yung bread crumbs, this is about 2 cups. Isso is among the paraan para malaman yung kung ready na sha. Ay, kapag tinusuk niyo Wooden stick. Spread ground. Okay. This is where you will see the benefit of using a round barbecue stick. Because when you turn it over, it is more sturdy. Because when you turn it over, it will not collapse your hot dog. Let's put the frying pan. 3 at a time lang, Terry. So it takes about 5 minutes para maluto ito. Ya, once golden brown, pedo na to. There you go. Ayan, ito nang ating Korean corn dogs. So do this for the rest of your hot dogs. So, mitira pa tayong dough, pedi nyo pang gamitin yan for additional pieces of hot dog or kumeron kayong cheese. And yan, eto nang atin, Korean corn dogs. Mm-hmm.
