It has reached almost 200,000 views, sobrang masaya po ako malaman na nakakatulong po ito sa mga aspiring and growing foodtrepreneurs all over the world. Walang iba kundi, Milo polvoron. So para di to sa polvoron flavor na to, slightly different yung steps na ten. Kasi yung Milo medyo sticky sha, may tendency sha mag-clump together. So ang gagawin mo na na ten, pag-haloo in mo na na ten, yung mga dry ingredients except yung ating all-purpose flour. Add the double sifted. So it's 3/4 cup or about 94 grams Naski milk powder, and then add 3/4 cup or about 90 grams of Milo, and then add 1/4 cup or 50 grams of white sugar. Sift it. You can use your hands. Duro, you might not be wrong. My granules, okay, I post it. Makita nyo do, na isinift ko sha after pa. Nakabukas narin ang ating apoy to about medium-low fire. With this amount of flour, it will take about 5 minutes para maluto sha. So stir around the rest of our dry ingredients. Now, let's add 1/4 cup of oil and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Now, let's add the secret ingredient, 1 tablespoon of water. This will ensure that the oil will mix well with the onion powder. Recently, I discovered that I have to test it. I haven't tried it yet, the Goldilocks a la Polvoron recipe. But I will update you on that in my next vlog. I'm just going to show you the ingredients that I'm using. Uniform, distribution, okay. Tapos ready na natin siyang emold. Okay, salatin yon, dapa't medyo nakakapasupayan ang init pa. Let's release na natin. Okay, start na tayo magmold. Okay, lang anda lagrito mabilis. Pititing ma-iging ma-ige tapos using the straight edge ng inyong spatula Leveling your lang, tapos tangalin sa mold. Pag nahita niyo na medio may laban na, then using your plate, napang-push dun sa mold. So patience lang talaga. Ayan, so cooled na completely ang ating Milo polvoron. Pedin na natin tikman.
