Tepache Inspired Filipino Drink Negosyo Recipe Youtube

In this 4th‑week Foodtrepreneurs Month vlog, Leslie Pascual‑Bartolo presents a two‑part tutorial. First, she demonstrates a "negocio" version of the Mexican fermented drink tepache, created from pineapple peels and a blend of golden brown sugar, pandan, lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, and other spices, fermented for about four hours. She details exact measurements (8 cups/2 L water, 4 cups pineapple peel, 2 cups golden brown sugar ~440 g, three pieces pandan, six spice bundles), preparation steps (boiling, caramelizing sugar, adding aromatics, allowing fermentation), and serving ideas (bottling, cocktails, possible mass‑production). The second half shifts to practical social‑media marketing for food entrepreneurs, emphasizing Facebook as the dominant platform in the Philippines. Leslie shares survey results, explains why a Facebook page is essential, and walks viewers through crafting memorable taglines, adding value beyond sales, posting strategies (daily posts, behind‑the‑scenes content, value‑adding articles), page optimization (hours, location, shop section, reviews, auto‑reply), engagement tactics (boosted posts, budgeting $25 for initial boost), and handling the Facebook algorithm. Finally, she delivers a motivational pep talk, acknowledging common fears—unknowns, rejection, failure—and urging entrepreneurs to persist, trust in their abilities, and rely on faith, concluding with encouragement to keep taking small steps toward their business dreams.

Today, or come on, I know, but I didn't even pack a cute headband at all. Sister-in-law, thank you so much. Hello, po, acho po si Leslie. Welcome to my channel. This is the 4th week of Foodtrepreneurs Month. Ay, sobrang nagging challenging po ang pag-produce ng mga videos for this month. Dahil mas mahaba sha than my usual, pero it was all worth it dahil sa mga feedback ng mga tao. And I am still so excited to share this last Negocio recipe, which is much more of an inspiration rather than a recipe itself. Gagawin natin yan pagkain at nenenegosyo pa natin. Ang mga kakaaylangan natin ay 8 cups of water or 2 liters of water, 4 cups napina talatan ng quinyang, 2 cups golden brown sugar, about 440 grams, halos kalahat ng kilo, tatlong piso pandan, 6 pairs of spices. So eto na kasalan na yung ating 8 cups of water or 2 liters. Doos sa flavor no inyong drink. Ya, so komo kulun na sha na inyong kalan, at haya lang itong komolo for about a minute or two para medyo ma-lootopa yung inyong azúcar, so yung caramel flavor na mas ma-enhanced. Time's up! Add eto ating lemongrass, so patulad ng pandan, pat natin. Actually, yung flavor nito mas nandi gusto ako na 'to. Tapos, For at least 4 hours and it's good to go. Actually, wine and then vinegar, depending on the recipe. Iced pudding. This is the one I prepared beforehand. This is the one I made last week. So, I added more ice to make it colder. Wine or vinegar. This is the acid. Yeah, here it is. There are bubbles, bubbles, there's pudding, frothy formation. That's the acid. Okay, that's it. This is the one I made with cloves, cinnamon, And then after about 4 hours, special drink. So, tiko na namin, mabah. Mmm, it's nothing like anything I've ever tasted before. So the flavor of the pineapple, the tanginess of the jackfruit, and the sweetness of the pandan, and then just a hint of star anise. So it's not like Diko, siya mahalin too lat sa kain, annoying. Pero masarap siya. Refreshing. I can't imagine this na ibobote, yung mass production. Dapos bibiling na mangatao eh. Yaling, yaling. Or vodka. For this last week, we are going to talk about social media marketing, specifically using Facebook because it is the number one social media platform here in the Philippines. So, we conducted a survey for a group of food entrepreneurs to know their target market. We learned that 100% of their target market is on Facebook and only 60% Ang nasa Instagram. So this shows us that here in the Philippines, talaga widespread ang Facebook. And kung mami-mili kayo ng social media platform to start your social media marketing, I definitely recommend using Facebook. Sa Foodtrepreneurs discussion natin, on the second week of Foodtrepreneurs Month. That's why I'm asking you to think about it, or to think about it, how can we manage or how can we use our social media page to market our products and increase our sales? This won't happen by chance. It's not just a sudden thing. You have to have a direction, you have to have an intention, and you have to set your focus and your priority. And there are two questions that I need I need you to ask yourself to start clarifying what your focus and your priorities are. So number 1, how do you want people to remember your product? Why will they buy from you? What makes your product different and irresistible? Kailangan mo sagotin ang mga atinong naito. At ang magiging sagot mo ay kailangan mo i-highlight lagging bungitin in different ways and forms sa iyon Facebook page. Maybe you should consider drafting a tagline. Ano ba yung tagline? For example, M&M's melts in your mouth, not in your hands. So it's trying to tell us irresistible, M&M's. So hindi, walang mati tira sa kamay mo, kasi gusto mo siyang kainin na kainin it. Ano pa? Pringles, once you pop, you can't stop. So very memorable, very catchy, and haba kain mo ay Pringles, na affirm yung tagline na yon, na totoong ano, once na binoksan mo tong Pringles na to, yung boom, you start popping it in your mouth, you won't stop. Hanggang hindi siya mawubos. Nakikreetsya ng memory, nakikreetsya ng trust na toto oyu sinasabi nila na once you pop, you can't stop. Another one, meron ako na kita na isang cheesemaker, I think sa New York, na ang simple lang tagline niya, it's just different. Kasi kapag kinain mo yung hanyang cheese Yeah, it's just different. But actually, language, you description, into saying it's just different because we have different ways to describe a product. Yung pagdescribe sa product mo, mas nagiging stronger yung brand mo pag narinig nila yung product mo na isit nila agad agad yung tagline, and na alalan nila na ay, oh, masarap yun, it's just different, oh, once you pop, you can't stop, talaga irresistible ang M&M's. Another memorable tagline ay yung sa KitKat, have a break, have a KitKat. Dahed dun sa tagline nila na, have a break, have a KitKat. So it's another Good slant sa pag-iisip mo ng tagline mo for your own product. So number 2 question, think about how do you want to add value to your customers instead of just the customers adding value to you through sales. How do you want to help them beyond selling them your products? Because this is very important. You need to be aware of this and you need to be intentional about this. So that you won't get into the trap of just selling, selling, selling. So ikaw mismo nasa Facebook and then meron kang may kita don na page na fina-follow mo or friend na ang mga post niya puro bilikan ito, bilikan ito, bilikan ito, bilikan ito, bilikan ito. How would you feel? Diba parang nakakasawa na na pero kapag nag-add ka ng value sa kanila then they would want to continue following you. And ultimately they would want to buy from you. Ano halimbawa nito? Hunwari meron kang producto cookies or pastillas or polvoron katulad ng mga recipe na chinergos sa inyo in the past weeks, tapos gustumosang i-position as a gift item. Tapos gustumosang i-position as a gift item. So in Instead of just posting pictures of these products again and again and asking people to buy from you, why not give additional value? For example, find an article about the benefits of gift giving and post it on your Facebook page. And your customers will be reminded that, ay, oh, important ang gift giving. And then since nakita nila ito sa iung page, malaman kanino sila bibele, nampagregalo sa iyo. So hindi mo binenta directly iung producto mo, nag-add ka ng value by reminding them of the benefits of gift giving, by reminding them of the importance of relationship, pero in so doing, na ibenta mo yung product mo sa kanila. It will be very deep sa kanang mind, sa kanang heart, at hindi nila mahakalin natin ang iyong producto. So you see how powerful, you know, social media marketing can be if you will just think about how you can help your customers. Through this, you are also building relationship, you are building a community, and it's very, very important, especially sa panahon natin na yon, ang mga tao nagahanapsila ng mga producto na mapagkakatiwala nila, ng mga producto na kilala nila Naman product na familiar, naman product na kilala rin nila yung gumagawa. Kaya rin mismo, if you were to choose between two products na parehas yung quality, pero yung isa kilala niyo yung gumagawa. Meron kayong relationship nunsa gumagawa and kung meron kayong feedback, alam niyo na mapapahinggan kayo do sa feedback na yon. Anong bibele niyo? Eto, voilà, diyo kayo la la, nakita niyo lang, or whatever. In the long run, sobrang makakatulong ito sa inyo kasi maliban pa do sa constructive feedback na mao kuha nyo from your customers, from your followers, from the community na nabuild nyo sa inyo on Facebook, Facebook page, dahil do sa relationship na mero in kasahanila, mas may iintindihan dinila pag kunwari kaylangan mo na magtasnan pressure. So how do you explain that to people that you don't have a relationship with? Pero dahil may relationship ka sa kanila, you can explain it, you can make them understand, you have a better chance at successfully raising your prices. So ano pa yung mga pedi mo i-post? Pedi ka din mag-post mga behind the scenes para ipahitamo a pa noo ginagawa yung mga product mo, para ma-appreciate nila the hard work, the passion that goes into your products. Now for practical tips about your Facebook page, make sure that you fill in All the details, opening hours, location, prices, shop part in your Facebook page, business template. And then make sure that you have recommendation, alam nila pa no mag-recommend, pa ano mag-review. Pisa talaga, hilangan, and encourage, no, mahilala niyo narenda mag-leave na reviews. Kasi among atao, may ganun talaga ng psychology, yung pag-gaya or pag-mirror. So pag-minahita sila dun among reviews na, it will encourage them to also give their reviews. Tapos, mero dinatao na auto-reply sa inyong Facebook page, so make use of that. Pero di na kayo agad agad maglagay na answers to frequently asked questions, but that is not an excuse para hindi kayo magrespond personally dito sa mga tao ito. Dahil ang gusto ninyo magbuild ng relationship, gusto nyo ipakita namita o behind the products that they are buying, that they are seeing, hindi rin dapat na makulun na kayo sa pagikipagchat sa mga tao ito, dahil may buhay pa rinaman kayo, deba? So mag-set lang kayo 'ng time, for example, every 12 noon, every lunch break, 12 to 1 PM, union time, to check messages and to respond. So we didn't talk about the Facebook algorithm. It's a very complicated discussion. So ang importante lang na malaman nyo ayon, ay kailangan nyo ipakita kay Facebook and even duns sa mga followers ninyo that you are very active. So at least once a day mag-post kayo. At tumero kayo ng bumintang post bigla, intalagang ang pasno engagement, ang pasno shares, Pwede nyo siyang iboost, may buya dyan, pero yung first $25, I think, free palang. So in the end, you may have all the knowledge and even the resources to start your own small business, but you won't because you're afraid. You're afraid of the unknown, you're afraid of the rejection of the people, and you're just afraid to fail. There will be people who will reject you or bash you on social media, and it is a given that at some point you will fail. It will never be a smooth sailing ride, but I'm here to tell you that you have what it takes to tread the unknown, to accept the rejection of the people with poise, with grace, and to rise above every failure that you will encounter in this business journey. You are stronger and more capable than you think you are. You have so much more in you than what you can see right now. So please believe in yourself even if nobody else does. Don't stop taking steps, no matter how small, towards fulfilling that dream, because God is faithful, he is powerful, and he has your back. God bless your business.
