Today, we will be making triple chocolate chip cookies. So this is a recipe request, and take note, the base is dark chocolate cookie dough. So simulan natin paghaluhaluin mo natin na ating mga wet ingredients. You can use cooking coconut oil or canola oil or any other oil, basta flavorless po sha. To this magdadagdag tayo na combination ng dalawang sugar. So meron tayo dito 1/2 cup or 100 grams na white sugar Okay, tapos 1/2 cup or 110 grams na dark brown sugar or golden brown sugar. So yung white sugar gives the cookie crunch, tapos yung dark brown sugar naman gives it chewiness plus additional flavor dahel dun sa molasses na meron sha. Tapos pagkain natin ng ating 1 large egg, this is about 50 grams. And then add 1 tablespoon of water. Why do we add water? Because usually butter is what we use to make cookies, and butter has fat content and water content. So since oil is what we use for this recipe, which is 100% fat, we add 1 tablespoon of water. Now we just beat together until it becomes uniform and lighter in color. So give this about 3 minutes. So don't expect pala na maguing super aerated eto katulad ng kapag na cream crayon ang butter at chaka ng sugar kasi oil yung gamet mo hindi to. Na yon, pati na natin idagdag yung ating dry ingredients ating wet ingredients. I prefer using a sifter lalo na gamet ay yung cocoa powder kasi may tendency na maglump together yon. Kapag na clump together yung dry ingredients, habang hinahalo nyo sha into the wet ingredients, may tendency na ma-overmix nyo sha kasi na siempre tatangalin yung mga lumps na yon para ma-mix nyo sha thoroughly. And pag na overmix nyo yung dough, titigas yan. So meron ako dito 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons na all-purpose flour, about 78g. It. And then 1/2 cup or 63 grams of bread flour. Why do we use bread flour instead of all-purpose flour? Because bread flour gives it a more chewy texture. That's because of its higher protein content. We'll add 1/2 cup or about 60 grams of cocoa powder. We'll mix again our cookie dough. Dark chocolate, so very strong chocolate flavor. 1 tablespoon of full cream milk powder. You can also use skim milk or your regular milk powder. 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Sift. Lumps or clumps, lump or clumps, in your mixture and it will be easier to mix. So using your spatula, just mix it. So halfway through mixing, let's add our chocolate. I have here 1/2 cup or 85 grams of dark chocolate pellets. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, or mag-chop kayo na chocolate bar. So you mix it until just combined. So why halfway through we add the chocolate? Because when we sift, the chocolate halfway through will prevent us from overmixing our dough. Because when we overmix, the dough will get too thick. So when we make cookies, we just need to mix it. So as you can see, we moisten the dry ingredients. So we're done with this. From here, we're going to put it to bake. And if you want to bake this at once, make sure you preheat your oven before you prepare it, because you have to preheat the oven for at least 15 to 20 minutes before you bake it. So the temperature is 350°F or 180°C. Pero I recommend na it chill niyo mo na ito sa niyo refrigerator bagong niya sha ibake for at least 4 hours or just leave it overnight tapos kinabukhasan niyo na sha ibake. Bakit kung iro recommend yon? Kasi mas makakam together yung ingredients, yung flavors, yung flour mas mahydrate pa sha kaya pag binik niya sha mas masarap yung texture and yung flavor ng inyu. Because of that, it's easier to chill cookies and then bake it later. So I decided to chill the dough overnight for best texture and flavor. And this is the result. As you can see, it's already hard. So I just let it rest for about an hour or two, so that it will be scoopable, depending on the weather. So if it's cold, Naschinut ko 'to, so medyo matagal siyang lumamboot. So habang nihintay 'nyung lumamboot 'to, tan-chahe 'nyo na lang na ma-preheat 'nyo 'yon in your oven to 350°F or 180°C for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Ayan, so after 2 hours, natin nilabas sa grill. Ang ipang scoop ninyo and gusto ko pong winiway yung aking dough as much as possible. So I'm Weighing this to about 60 grams. So do this for the rest of your dough. This will make about 12 pieces po na 60 grams na cookie dough. For about 15 to 20 minutes. So after 15 minutes of baking, eto napon ang ating triple chocolate chip cookies. So hintayin lang natin. Hehehe, masisira pa. Inamatko. Kusong-gusong na shang tikman pero kailan mo na natin sha ikuldown for a little bit para hindi po masira pa kinaatno ka si agadian ng sisira yan. So, let's cool it down for about 10 minutes before we can eat it. So, it's already a little bit dry, our cookies are getting a little bit thick. Yeah, I don't know if you can see it, but it's already a little bit smooth. I like it a little bit crackly, crackly. Look, look, look. Crunchy shell, crunchy surface, tapas chewy in the oven, tapas chewy in the oven yet it's so moist as you can see. Grab it. This one has dark chocolate chips and dark chocolate dough, and then it has white chocolate on top. Mmm, so good! Grab it!
