Hey, everybody. Welcome. And today I want to talk about something that I think is really cool. And it's going to help a lot of you guys make more money online with either your E Comm businesses, your print on demand businesses, even if it is just simply a side hustle to help you pay for ads for your course or your coaching business. Right? And what we've talked about in previous lessons is a really cool strategy that I've learned. Right? And this really is one of the best ways I've found to make money online, which today we're gonna talk about how to find winning products. Okay, you guys following along? All right, so previously we talked about the One Funnel Away challenge and specifically the E. Comm version done with Trey Llewellyn. If you don't know anything about Trey, Trey is the fastest person to ever get a 1, a 2 comma club award. And, and like a 10 at the 10x, right? The, the whatever. The $10 million or more. It's like the third user of ClickFunnels, right? He's the fastest person to ever do this and he uses a really cool strategy. If you've not signed up for the One Funnel Away challenge, I'll put a link below this video and you can go and take it. It's going to also give you 90 days free of click funnels if you don't have that. Okay. And this was what I thought was really was a game changer for me was to actually validate your. Your products first and using a lot of kind of the same strategies that we teach here at Monster Academy, right? We're using gamification. We're going to give people a chance to win something in exchange for them doing something for us, right? So in exchange for taking our quick three minute quiz or our three minute form, I want you to come through and I'm going to give you a chance to win a $50Amazon gift card. What are we doing here? We're validating our offers, right? We're figuring out what, what we're going to sell, right? What do our people actually want? I'm going to show you a couple different statistics and things that I found interesting. And like in previous videos, we've actually broken down some of these results. But here's what I want to say, right? Here's what you guys are a lot of like, anyway, I ran the freaking. I ran the form. What do I do now? Okay, so you can see here I have which phrase would you love on a sticker? And I see you can always add Your own sayings, which you can see down below. Thou shalt not steal. Warning. Constantly talking about baseball. Eat, sleep, baseball, repeat. I can't, I have practice. Baseball is my favorite season. Eat, sleep, softball. Because I also ran this to softball. Ain't nothing soft about it. I can't remember. I don't think I put that one in. That's so after that point, people added those in. And as we can see, I'll pull up the, the Google form here. We'll go over to responses and we'll scroll down. So we scroll down on the page. There we go. All right, so you guys can see I have tons of different responses here. And these are once people have added in home run, don't suck, take an extra base or two. And you can see like they have little percentages. Those are really just the people that have added right now. I could go through and be like, oh, all right. See the ball, hit the ball, catch the ball, throw the ball, right? That one. Maybe that one was this one, right? Maybe it was the biggest percentage. But I also have down here, which one of these mock ups would you buy? Now if you're at this point and you don't have a product yet, you don't have a design yet in your mind, and you basically have this right here and you're like, baseball is my favorite season. Okay, that's awesome. Everybody chose that one. But how in the world am I going to design that? Okay, well that's what I want to show you guys today is how you can find winning products to put on either stickers or simply as just like print on demand. Once you have already validated what your audience wants by running a thing like this, a form, you, you can also go back through and on a second time and ask them, which design of these do you want? So this works best for stickers, for print, for simple products. You can do this with selling your own products, like drop ship products. And you can also do this for print on demand. It's great for print on demand. Okay, so we use three different methods. We're going to use search ads and sites. So what I want to do here is I'm actually going to switch my screens up and we're going to talk about. I want to use that example of baseball is my favorite season, right? Let me scroll down and so I can go simply here. I got, I just have Google, right? Baseball is my favorite season. All right, now simply, I can just go through here, through images, right? And I can see all of these that I could take as inspiration for what I want to put on my style sticker now, I might come through, okay, baseball's my favorite season. I could do like a half baseball like that. I could do the bats crossed. I can simply write it out like this. I could have it on a base. I could do it with American flag behind it. You could do. You guys can see, like, you. There are tons of different options here. Now, the problem with this is you don't really have a good grasp of, like, what is actually selling versus what is just something that people want to. They. They're trying to sell, right? I know, like, this one in particular is really playing off of another one that's like, I'm in my baseball mom era or something. Like, right? Like, you've seen a lot of these other ones. You could also come through here and just like to get ideas. You could type in, football is my favorite season, right? And you could say, oh, okay, they have it around a football like that. I could do that around a baseball. And in the middle, say, is my favorite season. So you can come over here. Football is my favorite season. You can see all of these different things to give you inspiration about other things. You could also even come in here and be like, fishing is my favorite season, right? You could just put in, probably just get over here and just have. Is my favorite season, right? So you can see summer is my favorite season. Baseball is my. My favorite season. Gives you tons of different ideas to give you designs, right? The other thing we can do, we go back up here to baseball. It's my favorite season. We can also tab over here to shopping. So we see we got a lot of them on. There's one on Etsy. Here's another one. We got this one on this site, Crazy dog T shirts. You can kind of see how this is laid out. You could easily do this as a sticker. You could take your own twist on this. You have tons of different options here, right? Okay, so now you maybe have a few ideas, right? And you're like, okay, but what if. What if you don't have any ideas yet? We're gonna move on to the next one, which is ads, which is using a thing called the used to be called Facebook ads library is now the Meta Ads library. And you go over here to United States, you choose a category, and we're gonna say all ads. Now, at this point, you could type in. And this may not actually give you, like, if I typed in specifically, baseball is my favorite season, but we're gonna get a lot of things that are just baseball related in general. So we're just going to scroll through these. We might also go to type in baseball T shirt. Okay. My heart is on the field play ball game day. We have, we want to stay away from logos, right, that are trademarked. Thou shall not steal. You guys can see I asked God for a baseball father, a baseball parent, a baseball partner. He sent me my son. She doesn't ask questions during ball games. You can see we have lots of different options here. Now here's the real caveat to this. We want to see. We got these ads. These were. Ads were launched in July. This is currently the first of July. All right? So we don't want to really grasp these as ideas that are giving us winning products because they're just running today, right? We want to go down here to the bottom and say who has been running ads? Here's like June 2023, they have been running that ad which was like hit was at the spot of. It was like how to bunt. Okay. This ad has been running for over a year. Not that one. That's not the right one. We wanted, we wanted this one down here. How to bunt. How to bunt. Don't hit dingers. Like that might be one that we'll be like, okay, that might be a better idea for a sticker than what we had already designed, right? So if you're really at that, maybe this is the best thing for like the phase before you're creating all your things. You come through here and you get some ideas about winning T shirts because this person has been running this ad for over a year. Meaning they've spent over $365 on just that ad because it's been up for over 365 days. And we know they have to spend at a minimum $1 per day on their ads. Granted, maybe they've turned it on, maybe they've turned it off, different things like that. But that one has been up in some capacity in the same script. Remember, it's the same campaign objective. It might just be like page post engagements, right? They might just be trying to get link or link clicks or just comments, likes and shares on that. Right? Tons of different options there. All right, now the third one, which is probably the best one, once you have that idea of that, that winning saying, right now we got to figure out how are we going to make it, how are we going to design it? And that is when we come through to site. Now the best one to use by far is Etsy. I will Say the caveat. You guys can see I'm running all of these in an incognito window so that my choices, like my preferences are not object, not like manipulating our results. I want pure. They don't know anything about me. They're not trying to show me things that I would buy. I want them to be pure market research when it comes to this. So a few key things on Etsy, we're gonna type in. Baseball is my favorite. Baseball is my favorite season. This is a SEO keyword now because it's starting to populate. It's starting to like drop down anytime you see those drop down. All right, so we have here one thing we want to exclude. We want to exclude any of these ones that say sponsored. We want to have any single ad that's going to manipulate our results. Right? We don't want to be. We don't want to be manipulated. We don't want to be like, have that be a bias in our research. Right? Okay, so we got. Usually your ads are going to populate at the top. Oh, see? Ad by Etsy seller. Ad by Etsy seller. Add by Etsy seller. Right? This one just says the name of the shop. So obviously this is going to give our most relevant first. Now we want to look in like two different categories. When it comes to this, we want to look at newest. Okay? So we come down here. It says, my favorite player calls me mom. Let's open this in a new window. Now, when you look at most recent, an Etsy listing will repopulate once it sells something. So it just sells once it makes a new listing. So that's why it says new. Okay. You see it says listed on January 1st. Now this could simply have been created today. So if we look at some of the reviews, you can see there's a few reviews. Like it's not like a whole bunch like this maybe is like a new shirt for them. Let's actually go back and let's see. We could actually, for this, we can look at some of the ads, right? Baseball is my favorite season. We always want to scroll down to the bottom. It has been listed. It was started June 27th and that was just a couple days ago. And it's been favorited 1720 times. Okay, that tells us that obviously it's not listed today, but this one is in pretty good demand, right? It's pretty simple. Would it work for a sticker? I don't know, but it might work for a tumbler. Right? How else could we utilize this saying when we're Thinking about like a fan first approach. Right. We want these to be really to focus in on people who are gonna be happy to wear that their baseball is their favorite season. Okay, so we go back here. Now the other way you can do this is you can search by top reviews. Obviously we want to exclude our ads again, but if we look at. That's that same shirt that populates with the most reviews. Here's one that's an svg. Some of these, you can actually use this to have a commercial license with. You just want to definitely read through the instructions down here. Small commercial license use is available. You can sell things like shirts, scrapbooks, invitations, etc. You just cannot redistribute the files. Okay. Now if we look at this one, we can see that it was listed on June 7. So mean that was the last time this sold was June 7th. It also has 59 favorites. Is it in super high demand? No. Which is unfortunate because that's just like the time of the year that it would be baseball season. So I would expect that a lot of these more would probably be moving. But then again, this is just an svg, so your average consumer would have no idea what to do with this. Okay. So definitely on Etsy, when you come here and you want to search, you want to search for your obviously look for your most relevant. You want to look for your top reviews and then your newest. And you want to make sure that when you look on your newest that these things are actually selling. Right. So this might be a cool idea. We can't forecast baseball with no chance of cooking or house cleaning. Right. I think that's funny. I'm going to look down here at the bottom. It was listed June 27th and it has 182 favorites. You want to at least have like 25 or 50 favorites. Okay. The other option, specifically what you're looking for, stickers is redbubble. Because you can come up here and say, you can say baseball stickers. Right. And you can see we have a lot of ones like we wouldn't want to use because there's going to be trademark infringement on them. Like some of them obviously are not going to make a lot of sense. I think that's going to be a trademark infringement as well. Thou shalt not steal. Right. Here's our first one. We got the baseball American flag one. We could definitely use that one. Baseball. Right. We can come through here and we can get some ideas. Now we can also say you type the same thing. Baseball is my favorite season in here. And you kind of see how people are, are designing these, right? Like that one's kind of cool. And same thing here. We can go to best selling and this is going to populate. Baseball is my favorite season. You can see they kind of start to change a little bit. And then, you know, we can come down here and see how many have. I don't believe that it's products that's probably like all the products of redbubble, because redbubble can also do print on demand for you. So I definitely wouldn't take like the reviews are probably for all the stickers. Okay, caveat. Now the last one you can do is obviously our good old friend the Amazon and come over here and say, baseball is my favorite season. You can type in shirt and see what it's gonna pull up. You can see more results. We could do something like that as a sticker. You know, in a lot of these, you can actually sell print on demand through Amazon, right? And allow Amazon's SEO to sell and move the things for you. You can also come through here and go, same thing. Like a lot of them best selling. Lacrosse is my favorite season. Baseball's my favorite season. Like that. And so this gives you a ton of different options in terms of you have a product, you have a saying, right? You know, like, hey, most of the people want this saying on their sticker. Now before I go out, I'm trying to figure out how to even design it or make it. And I need some ideas. You can go to these different resources that I've talked about today and use some market research, right? Do get some ideas, get those juices flowing that you can then go through and make out three or four different designs that then you could run another form, right? You could have more people go through and, and say which one of these is their favorite. So hopefully that has given you guys some ideas about different winning products and what you can do to, to get those right and to come up with that so that you can start to see progress being made with your physical products, either if it is print on demand or if it is selling stickers. And we're going to go into more in depth about that in the next coming weeks, talk about different strategies, build out different funnels, and do a lot of fun things with it. So I think I've rambled for long enough. Hopefully you guys have found this helpful. If you have, let me know down below. And I cannot wait to see you guys on the.
