Hey, there it is, matt from 1000xleads.com. And this is going to be a five minute video on how to grow your agency with no fluff, no nonsense, no bs, just actual stuff that you can do. It's very possible when you have all of these things to 5x, 10x or even 100x your agency rather quickly that might seem unbelievable or unrealistic or just not possible, but I've seen it happen time and time again, including in my own experience. I've sold three agencies, including one in 2023, and I've tried almost everything at this point. And I'm going to show you the five things that you can do right after this video that will grow your agency the most. The first thing is to have seven different revenue streams. And this is the number one thing in my view that holds people back is they only have their main service, whether that's Facebook ads or email marketing or whatever the service in that just have their main recurring offer. And the problem with this is 99% of the market will be unqualified for this in terms of price, fit, whatever. And these people are essentially going nowhere on the screen. You see qualified versus unqualified. 99% of people are just going nowhere. Because all you have is your main recurring service. You need to have your digital products, your affiliate links, your referral partnerships, your courses, your programs, and a one time offer in addition to that main recurring service. Because this is often the difference between ads being profitable or not. If 99 cents of every dollar you spend on your ads is being wasted by default because you don't have any other offers or revenue streams, that's not very conducive to profitable ads, is it? And profitable ads are probably the number one thing that will allow you to grow your business. The second is four ways of acquiring clients. You don't want to just stick to one client acquisition method and master it and focus on that. That is actually terrible advice. And if you take a look behind the scenes or if you look just closely, 99% of people telling you to do that don't stick to that advice themselves. The four main categories are ways you can acquire clients are paid ads, content, outreach, and partnerships. And pretty much everything you can do is going to fall into one of these categories. And you want to have all four because each of them make the other ones more effective. So if you were running paid ads and you had a bunch of content on your profile and they click your profile, that's going to make it a lot more effective than your Profile was bare or blank or had nothing on it, or if you were doing cold email, you're much more likely to get a reply if they've seen your content and your ads before. And all of these things just work together to make it much more effective. The third is to have a lead magnet for every step. There's always going to be different steps with your service. If you were having a YouTube agency, for example, you know, thumbnails, titles, scripts, ideas, SEO, that kind of stuff. You want to make free lead magnets that give away all the secrets and information for each step. People don't really want to do it themselves, and in many cases they don't even want to learn to do it themselves. They just want to know and be confident that you know how to do it. People can't read your mind, so if your lead magnet is basic or half ass or anything like that, they're going to think you're basic and they're not going to hire you. The fourth thing you can do is make a bunch of long form YouTube videos that actually teach people something. Not just highly edited retention tricks. Fluff, where you just have a 10 minute video but don't actually say anything. They're one of the best ways to post both, get attention and convert people. Someone watching your video is kind of like them spending time with you one on one. And the more time someone spends with you, whether it's business or not, the more likely they are to trust you. The last thing we can do is send a newsletter three times per week. So like videos, these are one of the best tools to convert leads into clients. The reason they don't work for most people is they just don't send them frequently enough. You need to send it through three times per week, not monthly or quarterly or annually. The second reason it doesn't work for a lot of people is they're more like company updates or all about them instead of all about, you know, the clients or the leads and how you can add value to them. It's a very, very different type of newsletter when you frame it that way. And a newsletter is so effective because it's like a direct stream from your consciousness to theirs. It's very intimate. It's like them getting in your head. So these are the five things that you can do that'll have the biggest impact to scale your agency right now, easy enough to implement. All you need is a little understanding and a little bit of focus for a few weeks and it really can transform your entire agency. So I hope you enjoyed this video, and it was worth your five minutes. And I'll see you in the next one.
