Scrape Tens of Thousands of Cold Email Leads For Under $100

A short tutorial showing a low-cost workflow to collect large cold-email lists using Apollo to search and export contacts (filters: US, job titles in marketing/agency roles, employee count 3–25, keywords like "marketing"/"advertising"), verifying results with Million Verifier (keep "good" results), and importing into Instantly for campaigns. The creator emphasizes oversampling (e.g., ~21,000 initial hits → ~15,000 exports) and claims the process can cost tens of dollars instead of thousands. Alternatives and extra filters (technology, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, BuiltWith) are briefly mentioned.

Hey there. So in this video I'm going to show you how to scrape leads for cold email for very cheap. A lot of people don't know how to scrape leads altogether and a few people don't know how cheap you can actually get them. So I'm going to show you exactly what to do, how to do it and how much money you're going to save by following the instructions in this video. Because we all need tons of cold email contacts. That's the name of the game. We need to send a lot of volume and we're going to pay an arm and a leg for it if we don't do it in this manner. So let's get started. I'm using instantly for this. There's lots of tools. Instantly is the one I prefer. So login. I am going to be logging in because I already have an account and I'm going to be going to showing you new campaign and this is where you would upload your CSV full of leads. I'm also using Apollo because I already have an Apollo account. If you didn't you would have to sign up. That's just one of those things. It's kind of obvious. I would hope so. Just like this. I'm going to log in because I have an account. You're going to sign up if you don't. You don't need a paid account for this, but it can help and I'll show you that in a sec. There are certain like things you can only do if you're with a paid account. One of the best things to do is like by sorting by technologies. So if you had your your target audience was E Commerce for example, you might put technologies used as Shopify or WooCommerce and that would only have Shopify stores. So that's an example of something very useful. I don't really like the revenue one just because I find that not very accurate. Funding can be good, job postings can be good, but in a lot of the cases you don't need that. So what I'm going to be doing here is I'm going to be basically sorting it by job title. I'm going to do a list of marketing agency people is what I'm going to be doing for this because I have to kind of choose something, don't I? Of course I do. Of course I do. So I'm going to be putting in marketing and Legion type roles for that. I'm going to be putting the location as the United States. I'm going to put the Number of employees from 3 to 25, because this is for a ghostwriting service. And that's kind of who would take advantage of a ghostwriting service, in my opinion. And then I'm going to go marketing and advertising as the keywords. So I'd have 21,344 contacts. Don't be afraid to loosen up the criteria and make this a lot because not all of these 21,344 contacts will be exported. It's just you got to overshoot it a bit. Maybe about 15,000 will be exported, maybe a little bit less. So what I'd be doing is I take this URL, I'd go to something called Export Apollo and let me just see here. I already have an account again. So it's just one of those things. Name it. Marketing and advertising. And then you take that basically thing that you put from up here and put it here. You'd select your number of credits. So 215000 here. And then you'd submit the order and then it would take about 20 minutes to scrape. And then you'd see it in your orders here. So I already did this previously, so I'm not going to do it live, but I don't need to wait 20 minutes on camera for it to go. And then you would download it here and you'd get your CSV file up here. Then what we do is we go over to Million Verifier, again, I already have an account. And then we would login. And then what we would do is we would upload that CSV file here and we would click start to verify. I've already done this and I don't want to waste my credits. And then you would basically get this, because I did this two days ago. And then you'd see three lists. You'd see good, you'd see risky, and you'd see bad. Don't download the bad ones. If you want to download the risky ones, that's up to you. But I usually just download the good ones when I use this method. So you get another list of good, and that is the list that you would upload here. So you'd have marketing agencies, Million verifier good, and that's what you would upload here. And that's how you can get a lot of good contacts. Because this is going to cost you maybe 20 bucks, 30 bucks, 40 bucks, versus thousands and thousands of scraping it the normal way. So it's just a nice little thing that you can do. You could also use with other sites like sales nav and all that kind of stuff you can do with people who've engaged with certain LinkedIn profiles. You can build lookalikes you can do. There's a site called Built with. You can do LinkedIn jobs, lots of scrapers like this, or you can build your own. It's just one of those things that you have to do if you want to send a lot of cold email contacts. So hope this was helpful and I'll see you in the next video.
